“I couldn’t be happier with my first Rover experience. My 2yo Golden Retriever is what the call a Velcro dog, following me everywhere and loving nothing more than a good cuddle. We tried kennels and while they were safe and well managed, my pup was simply anxious in a loud setting with limited contact. Tiffany was wonderful and warm providing plenty of playtime and affection throughout the week long stay. Photos and updates showed him playing happily in the yard and comfy on the sofa. About: Hi! My name is Emily, and I live with my husband and our two pups in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Dogs have been a huge part of my life since a very young age. As a child/teenager, I grew up with two Standard Poodles. In my early 20's, I was a parent to two Staffordshire Bull Terriers. Present day, I am mama to Nala, our Australian Shepherd & Siberian Husky mix, and Riku, our purebred Siberian Husky. Throughout the years, neighbors, friends, family, and clients have relied on me to walk, provide daycare, pet & house-sit, and overnight board many dogs of all different breeds. I am available on a daily/weekly basis for boarding/overnight stays in our home (including weekends, i.e. Monday through Sunday). This includes: Feeding: Ensuring everyone gets their appropriate breakfast, fresh water and medications Potty Breaks: Taking them outside for their morning elimination. Exercise/Playtime: A walk in the yard, a quick game of fetch, to get their energy levels up. Health Checks: A quick visual assessment to ensure everyone is looking and acting healthy. Mid-Morning/Afternoon (Variable): This is often when I schedule client visits or depending on the day, this might involve: running errands Boarding Care: For dogs staying with me, this includes regular potty breaks, supervised playtime in my yard (often integrated with my own dogs if appropriate and safe), and individual attention. Evening (5:00 PM - 8:00 PM): This mirrors the morning routine for my own pets: Feeding: Dinner time for everyone. Potty Breaks: Evening elimination walks. Relaxation/Affection Time: Cuddling on the couch, gentle petting or quiet playtime. Preparing for the Night: Ensuring fresh water and comfortable sleeping arrangements. They'll enjoy stimulating playtime in our monitored group setting on our expansive 2.5-acre fenced property. If needed, your dog can retreat to its own secure, comfortable room (with optional crate) for peaceful rest. You can expect a happy and well-exercised dog upon their return.
