Donte was very understanding and kept me updated, which really helped. After the first few days, I started receiving regular videos, pictures, and even video calls, and that made a huge difference. I could see Aldo was not just okay, he was actually having a great time. He’s normally the only dog at home, but during his stay, he had other dogs to interact with and played and enjoyed himself. It honestly felt like he was the one on vacation, not me. Aldo is a 12-year-old senior dog and can be a picky eater, so I was concerned about how he would adjust. Donte was very patient with him and made sure he was comfortable. When I picked him up, Aldo was completely himself, calm, normal, and clearly well taken care of. That meant a lot to me. I also really appreciated the home environment. There were always people around, which helped Aldo feel more at ease since he’s used to that at home. Overall, I’m very grateful for the care and attention Aldo received. You can tell Donte genuinely cares about the dogs he watches. About: I used to take care of my son's dogs for many years, as well as dogs from our neighbors. Our house has great temperatures inside and outside I am at home most of the time, since I work from home. I can spent a lot of time with pets. Our neighborhood (Manayunk) is very safe and not noisy. I can host pets, we have a large patio. I have security cameras un our fenced patio. I also have a doggie door, so pets can exit/enter on their own.

About: I’m a dog mom of two - that don’t like other dogs/kids, so I have experience with challenging walks. They live with their grandparents for now, so I have a lots of love, and care to give :) I work pm (3-11:30pm) shifts in center city with random days off, so I’m mostly available in mornings/overnights or certain full days when I have off. My apartment complex has a great green area around the building where I can walk my babies when they visit me. They are allowed on the bed/couch, but they like to sunbath on the fluffy carpet as well. They have a separate area in the dining room so they have space to eat peacefully. My little one also likes to hide with his treats, especially under the bed or table:) I make sure they get enough walks, even when their stomach is bad in the middle of the night. I also like to take them to the Wissahickon park, they love car rides. “Melanie was amazing!! I really appreciated that she asked lots of questions about my two boys because it gives me peace of mind that their doggy sitter will take the best care of them. Which was actually what happened! She sent lots of photos of updates during the stay. Her dog Pippa was also so sweet and got along great with Mr and Captain. We had a change of plans at the end and Melanie was so helpful in accommodating us. Would definitely recommend her to everyone!”
“Joseph was absolutely fantastic with our two dogs, who have very different personalities and needs. One of our dogs takes daily medication and gets very anxious during thunderstorms. Joseph was incredibly mindful and proactive, making sure he was comfortable and cared for whenever storms rolled through. Our other dog is a tiny velcro pup who only likes to be close to people she really trusts. She warmed up to Joseph surprisingly quickly even sleeping in his bed, which says everything about how safe and comfortable she felt with him! Joseph kept us updated every day with messages and photos, and his communication was excellent from start to finish. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing our dogs were happy, loved, and in such capable hands while we were away. We came home to two happy, well cared for pups, and we couldn’t ask for more. We highly recommend Joseph and would absolutely trust him to watch our dogs again!”

“Best dog sitter ever! Samantha was so wonderful with my dog Tino. This was my first experience using Rover and she exceeded my expectations! My dog quickly became best buds with her well behaved pup, Goose. The communication was great. She sent a bunch of photos/ updates of Tino through the day of them playing & cuddling; which also made me feel better about leaving him with a sitter for the first time!
