“Katelyn was an amazing host, she was so good with Chaucie, and loved his time with Gus. She was very attentive to him, did everything asked in making him feel comfortable. Sent pictures and video to update me, will definitely use her again”

“Claire is a master. She is so great with dogs. She is a trainer and a dog person through and through. I can't say enough about how helpful she was with indigo during our recent trip. She was fantastic. Easy to work with. The dog came back behaving better and looking better than she did when she went. I'm going to use Claire in the future to do some training as well. I highly encourage anybody to use Claire. But not so much that I can't get in with her anymore!”

“Denise is kind and caring. She has taken great care of our little Terrier and always updated us as well while we were away. Thank you Denise! We so very much appreciate you!”

“Brittany loved on my sweet Nova. She worked hard to make sure she was well taken care of. Nova has some unique special needs that Brittany gracefully supported. It’s always a hood sign when Nova doesn’t want to leave.”

“First time booking on Rover and it was great! I was a little hesitant booking at first but now I can’t recommend this app enough. Keith and his wonderful family made me feel comfortable and safe leaving my fur babies with them. A few days before my booking Keith offered a meet and greet, to make sure my dogs were familiar with the area. They were flexible with drop off and pick up times and responsive to any questions I had. I got daily updates and pictures. My dogs were very well taken care of and loved! The kids helped my dogs not feel lonely and scared being in a different environment. They played with them and cuddled up on the furniture. Keith and his family took amazing care of my dogs like their own. I can’t recommend Keith and his family enough. I would 100% book with Keith again!”

“Wonderful experience with Alexis. Excellent communication. She took awesome care of Cooper. I was gone for a week. She sent pictures and updates. He was very happy and I never worried about him. Her love of pets is genuine.”

“Shay was great to work with! Dennis had a great weekend and I got regular updates and pictures on how he was doing! Would definitely use her again in the future. Thanks for taking such great care of our Dennis:)”

“Caitlin was easy to communicate with, and her house is perfect for pet sitting, replete with a grassy backyard and dog door. Comfy, clean, welcoming environment. You can tell she really cares for the pets in her charge. Future repeat customer!”

“Diane was great! Lilly seemed comfortable there and it’s nice to have the fenced in backyard since we don’t have that at home. I appreciated the updates and pics over the weekend!”

“Tina and James did a great job again. Otto got walks in the woods with other dogs every day. They were careful not to walk him in the afternoon heat on the 90 degree day. Safe and caring sitters.”

“We are so grateful to Amy & Rob for taking such wonderful care of our dog! We felt that they listened to our care instructions and concerns and felt confident throughout our pup's stay. Amy & Rob were attentive, kind, and kept us updated with photos and messages throughout the stay - and provided photos of our dog's meds being administered which we appreciated so much. Our dog came back happy and well-cared for, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be booking again in the future!”

“Cecilia and her family were great. She was very accommodating on pick up/drop off times and responded very quickly to our messages. She also sent several photos of our dog during her stay. Would definitely recommend!”

“Sarah and Anthony were the perfect sitters for our little dog. They also have a big dog and small dog to keep her company. Their house is very dog friendly as are they, thank you so much for taking such good care of her and sending pictures. This experience could not have been better!”

“Tessa and Tyler were wonderfully attentive to our rambunctious Zuzu. They sent us adorable pictures and videos of her playing outside and doing her typical sleeping paws up. She totally enjoyed herself and we know absolutely nobody, even in our extended family who could have given her such personalized care.”

“Highly recommend Corynne and Matthew! They watched our 2 dogs while we were out of the country for 11 days. They did great with both of them, which are completely different in their needs: one a very energetic 2 year old heeler mix and the other a 16 year old lab mix. They administered meds for our senior also. Our dogs had such a great time, they didn’t want to leave. Will be booking again - thanks!”

“Destiny was flexible and accommodating to my schedule. I liked the perodic update photos of Snowball eating, relaxing, going on walks, and playing with her dog Max. Her home is very dog friendly and I would definitely rebook.”

“Cinnabon loved Jacqueline. I loved the frequent updates so I felt connected to my furbaby while away. And Cinnabon was clearly treated like a special princess (as she is accustomed too). I am happy to have found a great new sitter after our move!”

About: People can trust me as a cat sitter because I am dependable, gentle, and attentive to each cat’s needs. I make sure cats are fed on schedule, have clean water and litter boxes, and feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. I also give them plenty of attention, patience, and care. All cats have different personalities.

About: I’ve cared for cats since I was 14 years old and currently own three cats at different life stages. I’m experienced in meeting a variety of feline needs, from playful young cats to seniors. I maintain clean, consistent hygiene practices, including litter box care, feeding routines, and providing a safe, comfortable environment for every cat in my care.

About: As a pre-veterinary student, I understand that every cat is different. Some are social and playful, while others need time, patience, and a calm approach to feel comfortable. I always let cats interact at their own pace and work to keep their routine as consistent and stress-free as possible. I'm experienced caring for cats of all ages, including seniors and those with special medical needs. I'm comfortable administering medications when needed and pay close attention to changes in behavior, appetite, litter box habits, and overall well-being. Whether your cat enjoys play sessions, quiet companionship, or simply having someone dependable to care for them while you're away, I'll provide attentive care and regular updates so you can relax knowing they're in good hands.

“Caralisa took such great care of our kitty, we are definitely booking her again!!! Thank you for going the extra mile and giving us peace of mind while away on vacation🤍”

About: I’ve owned my own kitty since 2010 and previously her brother who was special needs. I also have fostered kittens and nursed them back to health we found on our property until a rescue took them in.

About: I have two boy cats! One 7 year old who I have had since he was 3 months old and a one year old who I got at 5 months old. I have always lived with at least two cats in the house and at the most 4 cats. I have a ton of experience with cats and an understanding of what they need whether it’s affection, space, food, or play. I absolutely adore not only my cats but all the cats I meet. I have cat sat for multiple friends and family. The most I have cared for at one time was 4 cats and one dog.
About: Hi, I'm Madeline! I'm always active taking my dogs for long walks and hikes, or to the local dog parks. I'm a lifelong dog lover, and proud dog mom. While I’m new to Rover, I bring years of trusted experience walking and sitting dogs of all breeds, sizes, and ages from playful 8-week-old puppies to wise 13-year-old seniors. The dogs I'm carrying in the photos have been family to me since they were pups, and ones I've had the pleasure of looking out for. Friends and family have relied on me time and time again, one even called me a dog whisperer after watching me connect with their strong-willed pointer mix! I’ve studied basic training techniques through a puppy obedience course, guidance from a professional trainer, and good ol' YouTube. These tools help me better understand each dog’s energy and needs, whether they’re high-reactive adventurers or mellow cuddlebugs. My goal is always to make your dog feel comfortable, safe, and loved while you're away. Let’s set up a meet-and-greet because I’d love to connect with you and your pup! Whether your pet needs regular daily walks, last-minute check-ins, or extended sitting while you're out of town, I’m here to help. My open availability means I can easily accommodate your pet’s routine and make sure they get consistent care and attention. I've had the pleasure of dog sitting and walking for close friends and family, always making sure to follow any specific instructions provided. Since summer days can get especially hot, I’m always prepared by carrying a bag with essentials like water, a bowl, treats, poop bags, and a frisbee. For my dogs, if the pavement is too hot (I always check with the back of my hand), they wear protective boots to prevent burns, and if you're dog has some little booties, I'll make sure their paws stay protected and take frequent shade breaks. On those extra hot days when it’s safer to stay indoors, I make sure my dogs still get their energy out with games, enrichment toys, and fun training tricks. I love keeping things playful while prioritizing safety and well-being.
“Tina is a fantastic pet caregiver. She is compassionate, reliable and has incredible attention to detail. I trust her implicitly to care for my pets and my home. Highly, highly recommend Tina!”

About: I am a walker/sitter that loves animals. I have shadowed service dog programs, police K9s, and basic obedience. I graduated Lane Community College in biology with an emphasis on zoology and animal behavior. I have pet sat and worked with dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, reptiles, and other exotics. I’ll treat your pet like my own! I can do walks or drop in visit care. I am available: Sunday: 6am-10pm Monday: 6am-10pm Tuesday: 6am-8am, 2pm-10pm Wednesday: 6am-8am, 2pm-10pm Thursday: 6am-8am, 2pm-10pm Friday: 6am-10pm Saturday: 6am-8am, 2pm-10pm I treat all animals like my own and can do drop in visits for walks, stay for play time, or just spend time with them the way they need it. If they enjoy dog puzzles, brain games, or chews I can provide them.
About: I have had the joy of sharing life with a wide variety of dogs in my time. I have lived with cats, small dogs and big dogs. I tend to prefer the bigger dogs myself, because I love their cuddles. I have also cohabitated with cats, and enjoy their cuddles and purr vibrations. I have trained all of my dogs with the positive reinforcement method. I understand that dogs love to have boundaries made clear, so that they can feel safe. I do not raise my voice with dogs, and focus on reinforcing the positive choices that they make. I am experienced with giving medications to animals, even grumpy senior cats. I am patient with all animals, reliable and responsible for all pet owners. I value having a trustworthy petsitter for my own pets, and want to offer that to others in return. I am currently available anytime for pet care. I have some hobbies, but can easily schedule around them. With my own dogs, I am very active. We go on walks daily and often do road trips to the beach. I care for pets with patience and respect for the animals needs as well as the owners requests and preferences. I am very clean and organized, and will leave any space I am in clean.
“I was floored by how attentive and engaged Jessica was with our two elderly kitties. She took extra time to earn their trust, and after a week in her care they were utterly devoted. One of the two particularly suffers when I’m absent for extended periods, and she took extra care with him. Her daily updates were informative and gave me clear indication of whether she was concerned/ not concerned for the small issues that cropped up (furballs and etc). She has my highest recommendation!”

About: We have a cat of our own! As well as a dog that gets along great with our cat. If needed we are able to separate them. Would happily house your cat or come take care/check on them.

“Tausha is the first Rover pet sitter I have used. My two dogs are both medically fragile, with one taking 3 different meds, daily. My prior pet sitters have either been family members or a a neighborhood pet sitter who knows my dogs. I was going out of town for six days and the scheduled pet sitter had a family emergency. So, I asked Tausha if she would feel comfortable stepping into the role... and she accepted. Taking care of my dogs means following a medication chart, and a fairly specific task list. For example, one dog must be fed by hand, using a baby syringe. Additionally, my dogs are small, and it is Winter, so they don't get "let outside" to pee or poop. This means I use high-quality pee pads, which is an extra step for keeping the dogs' room clean and sanitary. Tausha visited my dogs three times each day: breakfast, dinner, and the last visit just for a "night" tuck in to make sure they would be okay until the morning, clean up any poop or change the potty pad. Tausha was not intimidated by the complexity of my dogs' care and did a great job. If you consider she had never taken care of them, especially for an extended number of days, she did a stellar job. Would not hesitate to use her again.”

“Joel and Crystal watched my pup for 8 days and did a wonderful job. I would recommend them. They were also extremely kind and flexible when I was late returning due to flight delays. I will definitely be using them in the future! Thanks so much!!”

“Journey is the perfect sitter for our reactive baby. I could immediately tell she has lots of experience and is comfortable with even fearful dogs like ours. The thing about Journey that I am most appreciative of is that she has Fear Free certification. She showed in all her communication with me that she understood Guinness’s needs through his body language and was respectful of his boundaries (however long they lasted, apparently he got pretty cuddly!). I will definitely be bringing Guinness back for boarding, daycare, and probably grooming too. I can’t express how grateful I am to imagine being able to board Guinness and therefore travel again! Thank you, Journey!”

About: Safety is always my number one priority while pet sitting. I make sure pets are always supervised, secure, and cared for in a safe environment. I carefully follow feeding schedules, medication instructions, and owner guidelines to keep every pet healthy, comfortable, and protected at all times. Although I do work a part-time job, I try my best to fit pet sitting in my schedule because it’s what I love to do! Animals will always be well taken care of, I insure that your pets will be let out before I have to take off for work, making sure water is full and fresh. I will be back to love and care you’re pet in a timely manner! Although I do not offer boarding, I prefer watching animals in their owner’s home because I feel like it makes the animals more comfortable to be in a well-known environment. My biggest priority is making sure the owners have peace of mind while they are away and know that their animals are in a safe hands.
About: As a pre-veterinary student, I provide more than just pet sitting—I bring knowledge, patience, and a genuine passion for animal care. I have hands-on experience caring for dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, and other small animals through both personal ownership and animal care work. I'm comfortable caring for puppies, senior pets, and animals with special needs, including administering medications when needed. I understand that every pet has a unique personality and routine, and I strive to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, quiet companionship, or simply sticking to their normal routine, I'll provide attentive, reliable care and regular updates so you can have peace of mind. I'm currently home for the summer, so I have a very flexible schedule and can dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets in my care. Aside from occasional appointments and errands, I'm home throughout the day. Caring for animals is already a part of my daily routine, as I have pets of my own with established care schedules. Adding your pet into that routine allows me to provide consistent feeding, potty breaks, playtime, exercise, medication (if needed), and plenty of companionship. I always work to maintain your pet's normal routine as closely as possible so they feel safe and comfortable while you're away. Your pet's safety, comfort, and well-being are always my top priorities. I take the time to learn each pet's routine, personality, medical needs, and any household rules so I can provide care that's both safe and consistent. In my home, I maintain a clean, pet-friendly environment and closely supervise interactions. I carefully introduce new situations at each pet's comfort level and never leave animals in unsafe situations. When caring for pets in a client's home, I treat both the home and the animals with the same respect and care I would expect for my own. I follow feeding schedules, medication instructions, exercise routines, and any specific care requests exactly as directed. I also provide regular updates with photos so you can have peace of mind while you're away. As a pre-veterinary student, I'm attentive to changes in an animal's behavior or health and won't hesitate to contact you—and, if necessary, seek veterinary care—if I have concerns.
About: I've been lucky to have dogs in my life for as long as I can remember, that is 50+ years of wagging tails. I know how important consistency is for keeping dogs calm, especially when they're staying somewhere new. My goal is to make their time with me feel as close to "home" as possible. Whether your dog (aka family member) wants snuggles, a cozy nap spot, playtime with my dog, or a little quiet space to themselves, I follow their lead and make sure they feel comfortable and cared for. I’m currently in between jobs, which means I’m home full‑time and able to give your dog plenty of attention throughout the day/night. My home is relaxed, warm, and set up for dogs to feel comfortable from the moment they arrive. I keep things safe, clean, and low‑stress, and I follow each dog’s natural rhythm — whether that’s playtime, naps, snuggles, or simply hanging out nearby. I share my home with my young male mix‑breed dog (born 12/6/24), a poodle/wire‑haired terrier mix who’s neutered, well‑behaved, and absolutely loves meeting new dog friends. He’s gentle, social, and always happy to have a buddy around, but I also make sure every visiting dog has space and downtime whenever they want it.
“Joshua was a life saver for us. We were attending a track meet and didn’t want to leave our buddy in the car all day. Joshua took our booking with just a few days notice and provided a great place for our pup to hang out all day. Highly recommended!”

“Denise is so great with Biscuit. Biscuit is always excited and happy when we drop her off. I know she is well cared for. I appreciate the pictures and reports Denise sends us.”

About: It’s been rough - three rainbow bridge trips in short order. I need more time before I go down that road again, but in the meantime, I will happily love your dog (or cat, or parrot, or lizard, or...?) as if s/he were my own. I have a special fondness for seniors and special needs, but I’m game for anything. And, who doesn’t like puppies and an in-the-prime-of-lifer?? Ornery, shy, suspicious, or complicated personalities happily embraced. I am patient and sensitive to the fact that some animals need lots of closeness and reassurance while others need their space. I’m willing to work to earn their trust and set appropriate boundaries to earn yours. The pet and owner and I will work together to set the terms of our relationship, and I promise to be a most excellent guardian catering to each individual’s needs. My most consistent regular obligation is a daily trip to the barn to take care of my horse, but if needed, I have alternate coverage. I try to keep my presence low profile while I’m there. I appreciate the trust that comes with visiting in someone else’s home. When you come home, it’s nice for everyone if you can barely tell I was there.
About: I love all critters and have an especially soft place in my heart for the elderly and/or disabled. I started by volunteering for neighbors friends on trips or working 12 hours shifts, just to stay busy, and it was awesome to see how my daily visits helped their overall health over time. Visiting with critters is always the highlight of my day. I move slowly, carefully, speak softly, so my energy is a great fit for older or anxious animals. I love them all, and every step. Greeting, walking, playing, chilling, pets and massage, special diets, and I have no problem helping administer medicine or any extra special care that is needed. It would be an honor to be of service for you and your fur baby :) I am flexible and available, single, no kids, and also a home care worker. I only work 4 hour shifts, so pet care can very easily fit in and around my other work schedule. When I meet you and your pet, you can show me the care routine, and I will confirm that I understand every step. What works well is if the supplies are visible and steps are also written down and left somewhere I can refer to if needed. I will take photos to either text or email you while I am at your home with an update for each visit.
About: I’ve been a pet mom for years, love all critters and they tend to love me back. Look forward to meeting and caring for your fur babies. I work days M-F, from home most days, also available eves and weekends. Happy to board if personalities mesh with my pets; drop ins & walks are options also. I have a nicely fenced, safe and private back yard and a doggie door for dogs 45 lbs or so and under. I have a one year old Australian Labradoodle who loves to play.

About: Hello I’m Bianca! I am entering my senior year at U of O, barista at Dutch, and I want to love/care for your fur kids! I grew up with 3 corgis in my family, so I learned daily dog care early on with walks, feeding schedules, and playtime. Since then, I’ve taken care of family dogs and dogs belonging to close family friends, and I even dog sat for a breeder with more than 10 dogs at once, so I’m familiar with managing multiple dogs with different personalities, and busy households. I treat every pet like my own and can’t wait to be their new bestie 😋 I work part-time at Dutch Bros, so my schedule shifts week to week and I don’t have fixed days off. That said, I’m generally very flexible and can definitely work around my shifts to fit in walks and drop ins. Just send me your dates and I’ll let you know what works! 😊 Since I’ll mostly be taking care of pets at your home, I like to stick as close as possible to their normal routine, feeding times, walks, and whatever you’re used to doing. I’m careful about stuff like keeping doors and gates shut, giving meds if needed, and just making sure your pet feels comfortable the whole time. I love sending updates and photos so you’re not stressing while you’re away!
“My doodles love Kathryn! She is so good with them and will either take them for walks or over to the dog park which they thoroughly enjoy. So far she has been a godsend! Very good communications and always timely (I am tipping in cash)”

About: I have had cats and dogs my whole life growing up. I currently own a rescue pit mix who is my whole world and best friend. I’m an active sitter who is willing to run, walk, or play fetch with your dog. I love playing with and cuddling with cats as well. My family was big into dog training growing so I can work well with puppies. I also have experience with medicine as my family cat as been sick and my dog was adopted with heart worms. I have a huge heart for animals and can’t wait to meet yours! I have a part time job and a remote job that are both very flexible. I can be available at any time of the day or week. I unfortunately can not have pets in my home since it is very small. However, when I stay with clients pets in their home I always treat it with the most respect. I treat every pet as if they are my own and every house as if it is mine.

About: I have had experience with animals since I was 8, I currently have a Great Dane/Pyrenees mix and a tabby kitty. I love them all! I work nights until 12 am, so if I am staying at your house or watching them, I will spend a lot of time with them! I enjoy spending time with your pup/cat and I will care for them as if they are my own pet! I have been pet sitting for a while, so I love every animal.

“Katelyn was an amazing host, she was so good with Chaucie, and loved his time with Gus. She was very attentive to him, did everything asked in making him feel comfortable. Sent pictures and video to update me, will definitely use her again”

“Tina and James did a great job again. Otto got walks in the woods with other dogs every day. They were careful not to walk him in the afternoon heat on the 90 degree day. Safe and caring sitters.”

“10/10 experience- I will for sure board with Joshua again! Great communication with updates and pics. They took care of my golden for six days/nights while I was out of state. This was a great fit for my dog to be able to play and use all of his energy. Highly recommend”

“I am really glad I found Derek and Sabrina. We tried another sitter who fell through last minute. Thankfully these two were able to get us in for a meet and greet quickly and go over a few things. (Or dog has a medical condition) I was impressed immediately with how everything felt professional as far as making sure dogs are up to date with vaccines and can socialize together nicely. I always ask for a meet and greet before making decisions just as a rule in life so when that was a requirement on their end too I felt comfortable moving forward. My dog came back healthy and expecting extra outside time to run and play. He even pouted when we left when he’s very much a shadow pup typically. My favorite thing from Derek and Sabrina was the updates, check ins and pictures daily. They really were great and we will be using them going forward for doggy daycare and vacations”

“Dylan was a wonderful dog sitter for Skittles!! We will absolutely use Dylan again. Thank you so much for giving Skittles so much love and sending updates regularly.”
