About: I have taken care of a variety of breeds of dogs and cats throughout my life. My parents have several dogs through six different breeds. Apart from feeding, watering, and running my parents dogs, I was often relied on by community members to be their dog sitter and to feed, water, and clean pens when they were unable to do. I work from 6a-2:30p Mon-Friday. Along with work, I am a student at Eastern Oregon University doing the online program. I can easily work around schoolwork everyday. I raised both dogs from six weeks of age and work from home full-time, so I’m always present to give pets the attention they deserve. Before Indy and Loki, I cared for two cats who each lived to 18 years old, providing them with a happy, well-loved life. During that time, I became experienced with administering insulin shots, pills, capsules, and liquid medications, and I’m attentive to the subtle behaviors and patterns that signal a pet’s needs. My home features multiple pet gates for safe separation when needed, a second floor for flexible space, and a large, fully fenced backyard with lush grass. I live in a quiet, flat, dog walk friendly neighborhood . While I’m not currently sitting cats, I’m happy to provide dogs with consistent care, attention, food, and any required medication. Because I work from home, I can accommodate nearly any reasonable request. I am able to take frequent breaks and often spend that time playing with my two dogs or taking them on walks. I service a 12 mile radius from McNary, but charge an extra $5 per check in or walk for anything outside an approximate 5 mile radius of McNary. I hope you understand, and to you talk soon! About: I grew up with multiple dogs and as a teenager I would pick up stray dogs about once a week, worked with agencies and fostered them until they found their forever home. I have a senior dog myself and my friends and neighbors rely on to walk their dogs and watch them while they go on vacation. Having a medical background, I am comfortable with pets with conditions that require special attention. My dog gets a long walk or hike first thing in the morning, then a mid-day walk, and another walk after dinner. I am very active and work from home, so I am around all day to give snuggles and pets. Taking care of my fur baby is my number one priority. I create my work schedule around providing him with everything he needs. I work from home most of the time and am only out for 3-4 hours a day, which overlaps with my boyfriend so at most he is alone for two hours. I have a fenced yard but always go on walks for potty time three times a day. Your pet will receive the proper exercise allowing them to get their energy out. Dogs are allowed on the couch, in the bed and wherever they would like. I do not use a crate with my dog.
