They went for lots of walks and play time and he seemed very well cared for overall. She even dropped him off for me as I was getting in on a late flight. “Nadine took great care of our dog, Rosco while we were away for a long weekend with family. He got to play outdoors a lot more than he does at home, and with other dogs, too. It was his first time boarding anywhere and he was a little nervous but Nadine is a dog whisperer and gave him what he needed to settle in. She also introduced him to her cat; a creature he had little knowledge of, but had admired from afar. Rosco wanted to chase her a little bit but Nadine was able to talk him out of it. She took lots of pictures for us. Good ones! Rosco is usually either asleep or in motion, so he’s not the best photographic model. We’re homebodies, but if we go somewhere again, Rosco will stay with Nadine.”

“Blessed finally someone I can trust Eileen and Rich found me on Rover. They were looking for a sitter for there pup as their beloved long time sitter had moved. Rich came to my place with piglet for meet and greet with my 3 smalls . He shared with me how much anxiety he was having trying to find the exact right fit for piglet. I have 3 dogs. Doyle is my fear dog (He has come ALONG ways in 5 short years. He immediately ran up to Rich and put his feet on his legs so he could pet him. They watched the pack for me one day and it was the first time I had ever left Doyle with anyone and even tho I was a little nervous that Doyle would try to escape to come find me I knew they would be watching him like a hawk. Just a short time later I received a photo from Eileen comfy on the couch with all the dogs (even Doyle!) Laying on her and snuggling. But honestly, I already knew on my heart that they would care and lovey dogs almost as much me by the number of dog sitters they interviewed and even coming back for a second meet and greet just to make sure everything was going to work out. I will also add that piglet is very well behaved has excellent social skills , and over all just a well balanced dog. Says a lot about her parents! About: I have two older (but still high energy) dogs I love! I can cater if older dogs have bladder issues and can supply a doggy diaper to wear instead as well (our oldest has issues sometimes too, I get it!) I currently work from home Monday through Friday 6 AM to 2:30 PM. Stay at home working mom that also has a live in grandma. This is a total pet household. I do allow them on furniture and bed and they do not need to be kennel trained. I just ask that they are great with young children and other small dogs.

About: I’ve been rescuing animals for over 22 years-I’ve cared for big, slobbery Rottweilers to tiny, judgmental cats, fish who pretend not to notice me, and guinea pigs that somehow eat like linebackers. I’ve handled rabbits with attitude, a special needs Yorkie who runs the house, and our Texas rescue Lucy—who I’m pretty sure thinks she rescued me. I have a designated bedroom with a ring camera just for my furry friends! We can keep the pets isolated in their own space the entire time, or they can have free roaming of the house. Options for those pets who need less sensory and more quiet and privacy. I work full-time at a hospital Monday through Friday, so my availability for more hands-on, all-day care is best on weekends. During the week, I’m still happy to offer overnight stays, I just like to mention that-because on weekdays, there may be up to an eight-hour stretch without potty breaks while I’m at work. I live in a fantastic walking neighborhood and can happily meet you in yours or bring them to mine. Can never get too much exercise in! Plus, my big fully fenced in yard is at their disposal.

About: I have taken care of dogs my entire life. My whole family is big on dogs and I am prepared for any situation…Healthy dogs to dogs with medical care needed. We have had dogs from as small as tea cup Yorkies to big English Mastiffs. Dogs have always been an important part of my life. I am home from college and looking for a summer job. My schedule is flexible and can be available week days and weekends. I can’t wait to meet your furry friends! I am comfortable taking your dog for a walk and letting them play in parks. As well as playing in the yard and giving them lots of time to run around. Making sure they are fed, hydrated and rested all the time is also very important.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for the last 4 years. I’d love to spoil your pup! I have an extra crate if needed and plenty of toys from my dogs they can use. I work from home full time so I am available almost every day of the week. I am free to take them out too as needed. I have a large yard for them to potty in and a front yard for play time. Animals make my day, daily! Whether it be my friend’s dogs & cats or the Brahma bull that is up the road, I try to see an animal each day. I do have experience with animals that have high-anxiety, special needs and abusive backgrounds. I currently have a few tears in my meniscus which is preventing me to do rigorous walks. I will be scheduling surgery soon but that does not prevent me from tossing a ball around for a dog. I look forward to meeting and caring for your pet(s)! Although I do have a wonderful, small fenced-in yard, I live in an 800 sq ft home therefore, I think it's best to go where the pet is most-comfortable (their own home).
About: I have compassion and am understanding for animals that is hard to put in to words. I carry empathy towards all living things. I have had several dogs of my own and know how much it means to have someone you can rely on to care for them when you’re away. I am currently at home full time and don’t have plans on that changing anytime soon. I am able to work around your schedule and as needed. I have a few appointments a week but they are only one hour at a time. The rest of my time is free. I tend to take my two dogs to the park every day to play ball or run around (depending on weather sometimes). I would love to bring yours along as well. My dogs are very friendly and know how to give your pets their own space when needed. Please keep in mind that if you need a house/pet sitter, my two dogs would have to come with me as I am single and don’t have anyone to care for them. They are great with other dogs and cats. Fully potty chained. No chewing. Keeping safe distance from other animals, always leashed, never left at home alone, reassurance to help them feel safe in the new environment, treats, nap.

I was nervous leaving my puppy for the first time (I spent a long time making a decision and even visited other homes), but I felt comfortable leaving him there and I think he had lots of one on one time and was not alone very much.
