He's a blond and white 11 pound Pomeranian So it was kind of a big deal especially for me to leave him with a new person for 2 nights and three days. About: I have had dogs all my life. We currently have 2 dogs, and a tortoise, that love to run and play all day. We do have a toddler and an infant in the house. I have cared for puppies all the way up to senior dogs and dogs that need special care. We would love to give your dogs a special place while you are away. We currently have someone home at all times either caring for our kids or my husband works from home and are home the majority of the time. About: I've been lucky to have dogs in my life for as long as I can remember, that is 50+ years of wagging tails. I know how important consistency is for keeping dogs calm, especially when they're staying somewhere new. My goal is to make their time with me feel as close to "home" as possible. Whether your dog (aka family member) wants snuggles, a cozy nap spot, playtime with my dog, or a little quiet space to themselves, I follow their lead and make sure they feel comfortable and cared for. I’m currently in between jobs, which means I’m home full‑time and able to give your dog plenty of attention throughout the day/night. My home is relaxed, warm, and set up for dogs to feel comfortable from the moment they arrive. I keep things safe, clean, and low‑stress, and I follow each dog’s natural rhythm — whether that’s playtime, naps, snuggles, or simply hanging out nearby. I share my home with my young male mix‑breed dog (born 12/6/24), a poodle/wire‑haired terrier mix who’s neutered, well‑behaved, and absolutely loves meeting new dog friends. I'm happy to host your dog as long as they're non-aggressive and non marking around other animals. I work full time Monday through Friday. About: Safety is always my number one priority while pet sitting. I make sure pets are always supervised, secure, and cared for in a safe environment. I carefully follow feeding schedules, medication instructions, and owner guidelines to keep every pet healthy, comfortable, and protected at all times. Although I do work a part-time job, I try my best to fit pet sitting in my schedule because it’s what I love to do! Animals will always be well taken care of, I insure that your pets will be let out before I have to take off for work, making sure water is full and fresh. I will be back to love and care you’re pet in a timely manner! Although I do not offer boarding, I prefer watching animals in their owner’s home because I feel like it makes the animals more comfortable to be in a well-known environment. My biggest priority is making sure the owners have peace of mind while they are away and know that their animals are in a safe hands.
About: It’s been rough - three rainbow bridge trips in short order. I need more time before I go down that road again, but in the meantime, I will happily love your dog (or cat, or parrot, or lizard, or...?) as if s/he were my own. I have a special fondness for seniors and special needs, but I’m game for anything. And, who doesn’t like puppies and an in-the-prime-of-lifer?? Ornery, shy, suspicious, or complicated personalities happily embraced. I am patient and sensitive to the fact that some animals need lots of closeness and reassurance while others need their space. I’m willing to work to earn their trust and set appropriate boundaries to earn yours. The pet and owner and I will work together to set the terms of our relationship, and I promise to be a most excellent guardian catering to each individual’s needs. My most consistent regular obligation is a daily trip to the barn to take care of my horse, but if needed, I have alternate coverage. I try to keep my presence low profile while I’m there. I appreciate the trust that comes with visiting in someone else’s home. When you come home, it’s nice for everyone if you can barely tell I was there.
About: I got my first pet at 18, a kitten who was from a stray in the neighborhood. I still have that cat today she is 16 and a 1 year old rescued chihuahua mix. I’ve fostered over 30 dogs and a few kittens, volunteered at our local animal shelters and worked events trying to find pets loving homes. I love caring for animals and being a person animals trust. I am a self employed person so my schedule is very flexible, I take my own dog on daily walks and can fit things in easily. For my dogs, if the pavement is too hot (I always check with the back of my hand), they wear protective boots to prevent burns, and if you're dog has some little booties, I'll make sure their paws stay protected and take frequent shade breaks. On those extra hot days when it’s safer to stay indoors, I make sure my dogs still get their energy out with games, enrichment toys, and fun training tricks. I love keeping things playful while prioritizing safety and well-being.

About: My mom raised me in a home where animals weren’t treated like “just pets” they were family. Because of that, I go above and beyond for not only my own animals, but any animal in my care. Their health, safety, and happiness matter to me. I’ll always put a lot of time, care, and attention into making sure they feel protected and cared for. As of now, I’m working as a part time hostess! I’m only working 4 days a week, 9am-2:30pm so I have a lot of free time to spend with your furr babies. Personally, when I care for others pets, my biggest thing is communication. I always follow instructions left by owners, refresh water daily, scoop litter daily, and if any accidents (potty or messes) happen I make sure to correct immediately. I also really enjoy providing photos of your furr baby!

“We had Ying watch our kitty cat, Mr. Ribs, for a week while we were away. He was a fantastic cat sitter. He sent tons of pictures and videos and kept us updated with his sleeping and eating habits. “This was Cashew's his first time without me and he's two! He's a blond and white 11 pound Pomeranian So it was kind of a big deal especially for me to leave him with a new person for 2 nights and three days. Teresa set up a play date for him one day which he loved . I found Cashew happy and calm when I returned. Teresa is very calm, very attentive and loving. Also she reliable and trustworthy. Cashew stayed at her place but Ill be giving her a key to my home in the future. She supplied him with plenty of play and walks. She will be my first choice when I need a sitter. Julie V.”

They did great with both of them, which are completely different in their needs: one a very energetic 2 year old heeler mix and the other a 16 year old lab mix.
