About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats for friends, family and neighbors. I also have volunteered at a local dog rescue, and I would walk dogs. I also volunteered for a cat shelter where I would clean and assist in enrichment activities for the cats. I am currently working a remote part time job. About: Growing up, my family was very pet oriented! Mainly dogs and cats, but also a few other creatures. Growing up with animals taught me the basics, and as time moved on I honed my skills and learned to listen to animals and respect their boundaries. When I was in my teenage years, my parents had a couple litters of puppies that I would take care of a majority of the time. They were my favorite memories, and I will still tell anyone that will listen that their tiny ears were like velvet. We began training the pups before they were adopted, and I have trained quite a few dogs in some areas; my shining achievement so far is my dog balancing a treat on her nose- yet only for a few moments before she gets excited and flicks it off to eat it. In high school I volunteered at my local animal shelter, my duties there were help with cleaning and socializing animals, and talking with people about the animals I knew and helped them get adopted. I have also pet sat for different friends and families over the years, and have heard positive feedback each time! I have a motivation and passion to keep animals happy, and will go to great lengths to ensure their happiness. :) I am a currently a student at Chemeketa! I am mainly an online class taker, so I am in the Portland area most of the time. At the time of writing this, I am on summer vacation, so my schedule is much more flexible. Come September there will be some changes to my calendar, but for now I can work with you and your specific needs very easily. I cannot bring animals into my home (we have a cat that does not like to share) but I can ensure you that I am a very dependable person! “We still cannot get over how amazing Saawan and Kangna are! We’ve never felt more comfortable leaving Piggy with anyone ever. The frequent updates and pictures we received were amazing, they went above and beyond, and we felt so reassured that Piggy was in good hands. Honestly, we’re a little hesitant to leave this review, because we want them all to ourself lol, but they are such incredible sitters, we couldn’t recommend them more!”
“It was our first time boarding our dogs, one of which has separation anxiety. Mersal was amazing— very involved with the pups, taking them on walks and playing fetch. We received frequent updates/photos, allowing us to feel at ease throughout their stay. She will definitely be our go-to sitter in the future!”

“I could not have asked for a kinder or more reliable individual to watch my senior dog! Leslie has watched my dog numerous times now, and I won't use anyone else. Leslie has a wonderful single story house with a great flat fenced yard! I had to leave my old pup for a whole week and Leslie spent so much time with him, so much love and many cuddles. My dog really did not want to come home after his vacation with Leslie., he even had more pep to his step. Leslie sent pictures and was very clear with communication. I really cannot stress enough how wonderful Leslie and her amazing lab were with my dog Levi! Thank you again and we will definitely use her services again!”
“So thankful for Kevin, Atalaya and their kids for taking care of Greta while we were on a long vacation overseas. I was nervous at first as Greta can be reactive on leash to other dogs but Kevin and Atalaya were very reassuring that things would be fine. They communicated and sent lots of pictures and videos of Greta enjoying her stay and having lots of fun with all the other dogs and her walks through the orchards. Greta came back very happy and relaxed following her stay. I highly recommend this family for pet sitting!”
