We knew it would be a VERY long day and wanted our babies to have more than the occasional visit from our neighbor. Shell responded very quickly to our request. After a meet-greet, we all agreed that it was a good fit for everyone. Shell accommodated our need for a very early drop off and a very late pick up. I have two big Great Pyrenees/ Saint Bernard mixes and we take them on walks regularly. “Brittany and her husband were amazing. They made our pup, Alaska, super comfortable from the initial meet and greet and let her roam around their house. You can tell how much they love dogs and they treated her like their own. Alaska has a ton of energy and they kept her busy with lots of playtime and walks and they even did some training. She’s very observant of all of Alaska’s habits and asked really great question to really establish the best stay for Alaska. Brittany stayed in contact and sent photos and videos throughout Alaska’s stay which made me feel super assured that my pup was not only safe, but legitimately having the time of her life. I highly recommend her and will definitely book with her again.”

When Sully had a bit of an allergy flareup on his nose, they were quick to notify me and give him some ointment. It truly seemed that they cared for our pup as they would their own. She went above and beyond with the meet and greet, having Rufus explore the place before going there to stay. She took him on walks and made sure to have water available and a foldable bowl for any moment he needed to drink. She was thoughtful throughout every part! I highly recommend her and couldn’t be happier with my Rover experience. :)”
