About: I have taken care of family/friends dogs since I was little, I have also taken care of my own since I was a teenager. I have two puppy's one who is 3 years old who is my best friend, I also have an 1 and a half year old who is also my best friend. I love all animals. I can help train a bit with basics if need be, am very patient and caring. I am able to take on walks, to the park or just hang out if needed. I can also give baths if they need one. I understand all dogs are unique and have different needs and am willing to help. I currently work part time, Monday through Thursday. So I will have plenty of time to check in on, take on walks/ to parks and just play with your animals. I can also bring my dogs along for other dogs if you would like so they have someone to play with or just learn to be around other dogs! I can either take care of your pet in your home or in mine if needed. I do have a fenced yard and 2 dogs of my own. Who are friendly with other dogs and can play/ keep your dog company if you would like. I know how crates work and am willing to learn the routine you have for your animal. About: I worked at a pet boarding facility for a 7 years before I moved. I am a fast learner and choose to have the pet accept me before moving on to anything else. I shadowed groomers and vets to be sure the road I was taking would assure me happiness with animals and still plenty of time with my own animals. Working with the boarding facility I learned pets are different without there parents and can act differently around them so learning their likes and dislikes personally is a must for me. I want to make sure Pets and Parents are happy with me as help. I want both parties to feel safe, happy, and well rested when staying with me. I am currently working part-time with a flexible schedule. I would be able to come for an early morning and evening walk or adventure if needed. I have two dogs that are high energy. About: I'm new to rover but I have been around dogs my whole life! My husband and I have 2 dogs that we've raised from 8 weeks old. Oliver is an 8 month german shorthaired pointer (gsp) and Stella is a 3 year gsp/lab. They are my life! I think that is a good indicator of my qualifications, but I have experience with many different sizes, breeds, and ages (from pomeranian to mastiff and many in between!) I work part time with weekends off. I'm available a couple hours during weekdays (primarily Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning). I started pet sitting for my neighbors when I was a kid and have spent most of my life helping out my friends and family with their pets. I am a huge animal lover and also very active! I often pet sit for my friends and love to take their dogs on walks and runs. I live in Albany with my cat, Bill, and work from home a lot so I have lots of availability and would love some more dog time in my life! I work from home four days a week (wednesday’s i am in office) so i have a lot of availability to spend time with your dog! I am also an active runner and walker, so I can get your pup outside and get out energy if that’s what they need, or we can cuddle up inside and play or hang out :) I live in a spacious two-bedroom apartment with lots of grassy areas and walking paths around. I do have a cat, he gets along well with dogs, but your pup would need to be okay with cats! I have a very gentle approach to dogs and respecting their boundaries is so important to me. Depending on what you prefer for your dog, they are free to roam my apartment and be on furniture, unless you prefer them not to be! I have some experience training so if you’re in the middle of building habits, i will adhere to those practices :)

I began volunteering at the Arizona Humane Society, where I provided daily care and enrichment for incoming and resident animals. To supplement my extensive academic training, I have pursued Fear Free Certification and Cat Friendly Veterinary Practitioner certification to better understand how to reduce fear, anxiety, and stress in animals in the shelter and clinic environment. I carry those principles into every visit, prioritizing calm, low-stress care tailored to each pet’s individual needs and personality. In addition, I am fully bonded and insured, and I maintain independent professional coverage beyond Rover platform protections. Currently, I am progressing on completing the BLS/ALS CPR certification through the RECOVER Initiative (the evidence-based standard used in veterinary medicine) and I will officially have that achievement met on May 16th! Additionally, I am continuing to expand my Fear Free certification in the coming weeks to include a higher tier of canine/feline care and a broader range of species in general. I am comfortable administering medications through a variety of routes and have experience caring for multiple species, including dogs, cats, and backyard poultry such as chickens and turkeys. While the majority of my experience is within the small animal realm, I have additional experience with a variety of species. Providing these services are an extension of my training and long-term career in veterinary medicine. I strive to provide thoughtful, consistent care so you can feel confident that your pet is in capable hands. One of my goals is to maintain your pet’s routine, while also monitoring for subtle changes in behavior or health while you’re away. I am currently transitioning into a full-time veterinary assistant role in a clinic in Eugene, OR, but I will do my best to accommodate any services in my time outside of the clinic. About: I’ve always had a love for animals and treat them like family. I had a sick pup that I took care of for several years, giving her medications 4+ times a day, taking her to vet appointments every other week, and providing tons of love. Your pet will be spoiled by me, guaranteed. 🤍 I currently do not have a pet of my own but often have a family member’s blue heeler at my house. I’m a SAHM to a 1.5 year old daughter who loves animals. I have a fenced in yard with grass to play in and a nice neighborhood to take walks in. I don’t mind pets getting on the furniture (as long as you allow it too) and have a large kennel available, if that is what your pup feels most comfortable sleeping in.

About: I have taken care of dogs of various sizes and breads since I was five years old. My neighbors and friends trust me to take impeccable care for their pets. I am currently in college and I work part-time three days a week. Although, I have quite a bit of free time and in that time I usually like to workout or try new things. Occasionally my family and I go to bend on the weekends. I do not have a fenced yard but I do have a property that Is not heavily populated by cars on the road. I also have three varying sized crates as well as two dogs. My dogs are let out every 1-2 hours. One of my dogs is crated when I am not home and my other dog does not have to be crated. In my clients home, I will care for their pets like my client would normally and I will ensure that their home is left clean.
About: I've taken care of pets basically my whole life, especially cats, and I've also had a dog for a couple years. I'm always the first person my friends and family call when they need help with their pets. I stay well read on what's good for animals, from training to helping with anxiety, and I'm always willing to go the extra mile to make sure a pet is happy. They're living creatures who deserve just as much happiness as we do. In terms of training, I've helped a cat retrain to use the litter box after it regressed due to anxiety, working through the root cause rather than just the behavior itself. I've also reduced aggression in animals through consistent training. I'm willing to stick with things for a long time and stay consistent, especially when it's for the betterment of the animal. My life is quite flexible, so pet care fits easily into my routine. I prefer jobs where I'm able to stay in charge of how the work gets done, since that's when I feel like I can give my best contribution. That flexibility means I can adjust to a pet's needs rather than squeezing them into a rigid schedule. When I'm caring for a pet in their own environment, I make sure to respect their space and routine completely, from where they're allowed to go to how they're used to being handled. I pay close attention to safety details like doors, gates, and anything that could be harmful to them, and I adapt to whatever setup the home already has in place.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs big and small for 8 years. I have some experience training puppies and adult dogs as well. Friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed, bathe, over all take great care of their furry friends for weeks before. I have always had a love for furbabies, I always volunteered at the rescue shelters as much as I could. Im currently enrolled in college, however after class hours and in between I spend all my time taking care of my fur babies at home. I am not currently working which gives me plenty of time to play and care for your loved pups/kitties. I have a big yard and 2 playful pups to keep your furry friends company. About: I've been around pets my whole life and love animals and I am quite good with them. I've pet sit and walked many times before. I am extremely responsible and currently work another job. I've taken care of farm animals and domesticated and enjoy helping others. I do have a part time job I can work anytime past 230 on weekdays and full time starting as early as ever on weekends. About: I have taken care of family/friends dogs since I was little, I have also taken care of my own since I was a teenager. I have two puppy's one who is 3 years old who is my best friend, I also have an 1 and a half year old who is also my best friend. I love all animals. I can help train a bit with basics if need be, am very patient and caring. I am able to take on walks, to the park or just hang out if needed. I can also give baths if they need one. I understand all dogs are unique and have different needs and am willing to help. I currently work part time, Monday through Thursday. So I will have plenty of time to check in on, take on walks/ to parks and just play with your animals. I can also bring my dogs along for other dogs if you would like so they have someone to play with or just learn to be around other dogs! I can either take care of your pet in your home or in mine if needed. I do have a fenced yard and 2 dogs of my own. About: I worked at a pet boarding facility for a 7 years before I moved. I am a fast learner and choose to have the pet accept me before moving on to anything else. I shadowed groomers and vets to be sure the road I was taking would assure me happiness with animals and still plenty of time with my own animals. Working with the boarding facility I learned pets are different without there parents and can act differently around them so learning their likes and dislikes personally is a must for me. I want to make sure Pets and Parents are happy with me as help. I want both parties to feel safe, happy, and well rested when staying with me. I am currently working part-time with a flexible schedule. I would be able to come for an early morning and evening walk or adventure if needed. I have two dogs that are high energy. We often go to parks, take long walks, or swimming during hot days. I do have a kennel and a large vehicle for transport.
