“Candace is a wonderful dog mom!! From the moment we met I knew Maizie would be in good hands. Candace is warm and nurturing but also aware of the mischief puppies can get into. She sent me lots of photos throughout the day and kept me updated on Maizie’s progress. Maizie had fun meeting the other animals around the farm. About: I’ve owned cats all my life, and a few dogs. I have experience volunteering at a local animal shelter, working with both cats and dogs when I was younger . I have a 4H background as well. We adopted our dog Frida 2 years ago. I’m a stay at home, homeschooling mom with a flexible schedule. We are home often and already own a dog. It's not much more work to add one or two into the mix. My kids love dogs and enjoy meeting new ones. We all love that owning dogs helps us to be outside more, either playing with the dogs or taking them on walks. My name is Laurel and I am excited to begin this joyous journey with you and your dog. I currently am in graduate school for counseling. This leaves me with a unique schedule where I am gone for 5-6 hours Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. I am dedicated to making sure your animal receives the same detailed care as you give despite these restrictions. I keep an eye on the safety and environment of your pet by consistently checking surroundings. I am also aware of the dogs body language, being taught that in my own dogs training.
