About: I've had rescue dogs who were able to live long healthy lives under my care. I don't currently have any animals of my own but while I was in graduate school I also helped care for my dads dogs. When I was a teenager, I worked at a kids camp and took care of horses during the summers. I've also had cats, a rabbit, ferrets, and a hedgehog. I've also volunteered at farm sanctuaries quite a bit working with all kinds of animals including pigs, goats, sheep, and more. I've house sat for people with cats, dogs, and even a sugar glider. Mines a coward and we'd need to check that he gets along with yours first, he'll get bullied if I'm not careful, the poor thing I stay home all day and spend as much of my time as possible outside. Your dog may come back muddy though, the messier you get the more fun you had and all! I am home all day with eyes/ears on the pets nearly constantly. I also spend so much time in environments that encourage explorative play and will keep most dogs too busy to get bored and act out in the first place. If a pet did act out, there's more than enough space in my place to separate animals and allow them to decompress. If at your place, mine is kennel trained for the same idea.

“To start, Danielle had my dog for a daycare, and, everything went great. I received photos showing him walking with others and I know him well enough to know he was enjoying his time. I felt comfortable to go ahead and schedule two overnights with Danielle for him during my next work trip. Things I love about Danielle are that she really pays attention to what you say, the details. She is straightforward and not afraid to express any concerns (such as safety of certain types of collars etc.) Her communication has been excellent. She walks every day with multiple dogs and the pack is such an enjoyable place for my dog. I'm not inundated with photos, but, receive just enough to know he's doing well! We will be boarding at Danielle's as long as she'll have us 💜”
“This was my first time boarding my dog with Elaine and I would do it again. I was out of service for the 4 days that my pup stayed with her, but when i got back into service I saw that she sent photos of big stretches and him chilling with the other dogs each day. Elaine and her family were welcoming to my pup and I would recommend her as a sitter or boarding option for sure.”

Debbie is clearly a dog lover and was so understanding of Egg’s quirks . She was incredibly flexible with drop-off and pick-up times, which we really appreciated. Throughout the stay, she was communicative and sent frequent updates, pictures, and videos of Egg. I highly recommend her and would gladly leave her in Debbie's care again!”

“Heath and Amy were amazing! Super flexible with all drop off and pickup needs, they have a lovely family that clearly love animals. Our dog was super happy to spend over a week with them which isn't super common as she is typically a bit nervous about new home environments. Not in this case, she made herself right at home thanks to their welcoming presence and their own pup was the perfect playmate. We will definitely be reaching out to them for future dogsitting needs.”
