About: I have a decade of experience taking care of small to medium dogs. Have a lot of experience with senior animals and animals with disabilities and know how to handle and distribute medications if needed. I am currently on summer break from work as I am a Special Edcation paraeducator. I am somewhat of a homebody who loves to spend her time reading and taking walks outside. I tend to go to bed fairly early at night so that I'm up early to take care of my own fur baby. This tends to be the same when school is in session as well. As stated before I have a fur baby of my own. A cat named Phoebe who loves people and getting to know other animals. I love spending time with the animals I take care of whether its walk or play time. Bonding is very important to me. I want your fur babies to feel as safe and comfy as possible when they're with me. I have trained puppies before (and even my cat can do tricks) as well have helped care for elderly pets who need extra attention. About: I have had cats and dogs in my home since the age of 11 and have loved everyone. My childhood dog passed in 2023, around the time I moved from the East Coast (Maryland). My Gracie girl was a rescue and required extra attention during thunderstorms and other anxious situations. Near the end when mobility slowed, we made sure to give her the best, wagons rides and stair carries to spend as mmuch time as possible. I also used to take care of my sisters cat when he got sick with FIP. This included giving him two shots daily for ~3ish months and getting him back to being a healthy boy. He has since moved with my sister and my fiancee and I moved to Portland with our own two cats. I would love the opportunity to take care and spend some time with your puppy or kitty! I work remote full time and besides some scheduled meetings, I am able to provide morning and afternoon pet care in and around the Portland area during weekdays.
