She showed me where my dog would be going to stay and introduced other dogs. On the first day, she sent me my dog's photo and a little observation report about my dog. This was very kind of her. I did not have to worry how my dog was doing at a new place with other dogs. She seems to be very attentive and has a great awareness about dogs (e.g., how old ones act differently, eye sight, sleeping, etc.). She takes care of dogs like taking care of human babies.”
