About: I’ve started walking dogs since I was walking in diapers. Throughout the years I’ve taken care of different sizes of dogs~ puppies to seniors. I’ve taken care of dogs that needed medical care and trained my dog and my grandma’s pup. I can say I know a bit of things when it comes dogs. I’m currently going to school in the afternoon and working at a part time, my mornings are almost always open and some of my nights. I’ll Still be willingly to work something out between those times. About: Hi! I’m River. I was raised with cats and their kittens as a child, and have always bonded closely with them. I adopted My Own Cat promptly upon turning 18 (in 2002); Khaki was with me for 18 years, outliving his adopted brother Leo (my sister’s cat), who ended up living with me as well. I’ve also cared for my exes cat (Alli), and my son’s first cat (Lady Grey), and my current grand cats, Cas and Zizi. I am comfortable with litter box training, cleaning messes, handling kitten energy, etc. I can do light grooming (brushing fur, cleaning with wipes, applying powders, etc) and give medications. About: My first pet ever was a cat named Tiger who looked more like a cow, white with large black spots. My sister called her Moo Moo Kitty. I was a child then though. As an adult I have done one Drop In Visit for 2 Elder Cats through Wag! I pet them, fed them, gave them fresh water and cleaned their litter boxes. They didn't want to be brushed.
About: Hi yall! I grew up on a farm with my two parents who are vets. I have experience with rats, mice, horses and bunnies as well as dogs and cats. I work Saturdays and Sundays from 8-2pm, but other than that I have an open schedule. I tend to wake up around 8 or 9 am and can tend to the pet until around 10 when I go to sleep. My pets get fed at breakfast and dinner. Other than that they are accustomed to being around the family for the day. Occasionally we will lock them into our dog room when no one is home to watch them.

About: Although I'm new to Rover I have been dog sitting for years, now that I'm retired and have too much free time on my hands I decided to bump it up a notch. I love dogs and my papillon is getting up there in age and lost her sister and this is a great way to give her company and a buddy. I am retired and home more than away. Weather permitting I spend most of my time enjoying the outdoors playing and working in my yard. I have two beautiful landscaped fully fenced acres, lots of room for your fur babies to run and play. My home is well set up for extra paws. I have one senior papillon who could use a buddy.

About: I’ve been rescuing animals for over 22 years-I’ve cared for big, slobbery Rottweilers to tiny, judgmental cats, fish who pretend not to notice me, and guinea pigs that somehow eat like linebackers. I’ve handled rabbits with attitude, a special needs Yorkie who runs the house, and our Texas rescue Lucy—who I’m pretty sure thinks she rescued me. I have a designated bedroom with a ring camera just for my furry friends! We can keep the pets isolated in their own space the entire time, or they can have free roaming of the house. Options for those pets who need less sensory and more quiet and privacy. I work full-time at a hospital Monday through Friday, so my availability for more hands-on, all-day care is best on weekends. During the week, I’m still happy to offer overnight stays, I just like to mention that-because on weekdays, there may be up to an eight-hour stretch without potty breaks while I’m at work. I live in a fantastic walking neighborhood and can happily meet you in yours or bring them to mine. Can never get too much exercise in! Plus, my big fully fenced in yard is at their disposal.

My current work schedule is with a warehouse, that being said I have a flexible schedule and can accommodate a lot more pets and schedules than I expected. I live on a farm that is fully fenced around the entire property, there is an option to have your pet(s) meet some other pets on the property and play during the day, but I also am fully prepped for keeping the dogs separate from each other for any reason if needed. When staying at your home I am respectful of privacy and rules. I will NEVER have anyone other than myself inside your home or on the property, and I will clean up after myself as well as have the home clean when you get back. I do allow dogs on furniture at my home but will not allow it if needed.
About: I'm a dependable and hard worker who's had dogs and cats my whole life, and have been pet/house sitting off and on since I was an early teenager. I love taking dogs for runs or walks with me and getting the chance to exercise them, or just playing with them in the house. I have plenty of experience with older dogs who need medication and various special care needs, dogs who have recently had operations, as well as with puppies making messes. About: I worked at a vet clinic for 3.5 years but due to life changes I now work at a pet store and petsit to continue to work with animals while I work towards my goal of working in vet med again. I’m reliable with my own transportation and am very knowledgeable in proper pet care. I am communicative, compassionate, and attentive to animals and their needs. I have been my own friends’ and family’s pet sitter for the past 5 years and I treat every animal as if they were my own while in my care. My whole life revolves around animals; I have 4 cats of my own and have fostered 15 animals successfully in the past year, ranging from cats of all ages, dogs, and Guinea pigs. About: My primary reason for dog sitting is simply because I love spending time with animals. I just moved back to the area and am looking forward to continuing working with Rover and making some new 4-legged friends:) Dogs that I am sitting can spend their days lounging around with me, playing in the yard, going for walks, swimming in the pool, running around in the Orchard.and other fun outings when appropriate. I know that every dog is different and has different physical and emotional needs. I will make sure they're getting their individual doggie needs met as well as shower them with plenty of love and attention while you are away. I have extensive experience working with senior dogs and catering to their every need all the way through end of life services. I also have a lot of experience training puppies and preparing them with the basic skills to live a happy life. I have been around animals my whole life as well as raised an amazing 13 year Goldendoodle. Also, I spent 2 years working with Paws To Freedom assisting in Service Dog Training. In addition, my love for animals as lead me to volunteering at local shelters and fostering when needed. I have plenty of experience with a variety of animals and have taken cared for dozens of dogs while owners were away. Most importantly though, I have a genuine love and respect for animals emotional and physical wellbeing:) My schedule is very flexible and I am pretty much home full-time most days of the week. I can easily accommodate advanced scheduling and can sometimes accommodate last minute as well. This is however, very part-time for me so my schedule may fill up quickly at times. I can also arrange for pick up and drop off in Clackamas if that is easier. In my home pets are part of the family. They get treated with the love and respect just like any other member of the household.

I work 4 8-10 hour days during the week, but for sure have weekends and holidays off to fully take care of your pet(s). I get one day off a week as well. My boyfriend also always has Fridays off and is great with animals. They often love him more than me! We both love animals and they are always treated like a family member. I live on 10 acres in Colton, so I have a great area for your dog to run around. The property is mostly fenced, but a dog that likes to run off can easily escape if they wanted to. I don't let dogs outside unsupervised though, especially after dark.
About: Hi yall! I grew up on a farm with my two parents who are vets. I have experience with rats, mice, horses and bunnies as well as dogs and cats. I work Saturdays and Sundays from 8-2pm, but other than that I have an open schedule. I tend to wake up around 8 or 9 am and can tend to the pet until around 10 when I go to sleep. My pets get fed at breakfast and dinner. Other than that they are accustomed to being around the family for the day. Occasionally we will lock them into our dog room when no one is home to watch them.

About: I have compassion and am understanding for animals that is hard to put in to words. I carry empathy towards all living things. I have had several dogs of my own and know how much it means to have someone you can rely on to care for them when you’re away. I am currently at home full time and don’t have plans on that changing anytime soon. I am able to work around your schedule and as needed. I have a few appointments a week but they are only one hour at a time. The rest of my time is free. I tend to take my two dogs to the park every day to play ball or run around (depending on weather sometimes). I would love to bring yours along as well. My dogs are very friendly and know how to give your pets their own space when needed. Please keep in mind that if you need a house/pet sitter, my two dogs would have to come with me as I am single and don’t have anyone to care for them. They are great with other dogs and cats. Fully potty chained. No chewing. Keeping safe distance from other animals, always leashed, never left at home alone, reassurance to help them feel safe in the new environment, treats, nap.
