“Juliann did such a wonderful job of taking care of our beloved dog. She took the time to introduce herself and her lovely family and we got a chance to have Yoda do a meet and greet. Their house was very warm and inviting and they really took to him. They were very thorough with all of their questions and made sure that they were equipped to take good care of him. During the trip they gave us constant updates and photos and we felt very safe that he was in good hands. when we went to go pick him up, he did not seem that enthusiastic to leave, which was both sad but also a great sign of how much fun he was having there. We absolutely would work with them again and recommend them to anyone looking to have their dogs be in safe and loving hands.”

“Highly recommend Liz and her family! She was very communicative and accommodating of our dog. This was our first time ever leaving her with someone, and she made us feel at ease and our dog seemed to have a great time. We will definitely use her again!”

“Susie is the absolute best sitter!! She and her family give so much love and care to my dog Rocco that I never worry about a thing when I’m out of town. She sends the cutest pictures daily and is in continuous contact when needed. I absolutely adore her!”

“Kristopher was very helpful and accommodating in setting up boarding for my dog just a few days before I needed to leave town. He put my mind at ease with leaving my pup with someone I didn’t know. I got updates and photos of my boy each day and I’m pretty sure Kristopher could make a living doing pet photography! Should I need pet sitting again, I will certainly seek out Kristopher again.”

“We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Kelsi! Will definitely book again next time we need a sitter. She took amazing care of my dogs and communication was great. We got fun little updates and pictures everyday. Thank you!!”

“Jean was awesome putting our minds at ease leaving our 2 babies for the first time ever. She sent us pictures and let us know how they were doing while we were missing them terribly! She’s a warm loving person and we’ll definitely want to use her again!”

“I could not have asked for a better family to watch my dog! Samantha and Brian were so kind and accommodating with my older dog! My dog had some issues initially acclimating to the new environment and they went above and beyond to make him feel at home. To the extent that Brian slept in the living room with him, where my dog felt most comfortable. Their children and their pup were wonderful with him as well! The family even accommodated me picking my dog up a night early since our holiday plans changed. This family really was a blessing when we needed to leave our dog for the holidays! Thank you again!!”

“Nadine took SUCH good care of my pups! They loved their time with her. The backyard is amazing… so much room to roam. And her pets got along so well with mine. Lots of communication and photos. It was so nice to know my babies were being loved on so much while I was away. I’d definitely recommend Nadine!!!!”

“Barbara was wonderful! My dog took to her right away which made leaving her for 4 days less stressful! Everything went smoothly and when I picked her up she was happy and well taken care of! Thank you Barbara!”

“Nancy was absolutely amazing! This was our first time leaving our girl with anyone so we were very nervous on how it would go! Nancy was so reassuring that Paisley would do well. She sent us pictures to keep us updated on how she was doing. Paisley came home one happy girl! We are so thankful to have found Nancy and highly recommend her!! We will definitely use her in the future!”

“So happy to have come across Jennifer and Eric before boarding our pup. Seeing photos of him snuggling their kids and knowing he was being loved on all week gave us so much peace of mind while we were on vacation. Thank you guys so much!”

“Our experience was fantastic with Kevin & Atalaya! We took our golden over there for the week and it was fantastic. They have plenty of room to run the dogs around, they have a great family that gives the dogs attention and they send plenty of updates and videos throughout the week. Five star review from our family, we will definitely use them again!”

“Bonnie was awesome. She took great care to make sure our very small dog had his own space and was safe playing among the other large dogs she had. She sent daily pictures and videos so we could see how he was enjoying his time there.”

“My dog enjoyed it. The first 3-4 days was rough, but after that, she gotten so used to it, and the family is so loving and sweet. They have a huge area and land where it gives a dog space to run around. Overal the lady was super sweet and understanding, super loving and always tried to find a solution to solve a problem when we were away. I MUST RECOMMEND HER!!!!”

“Sharon is amazing. She sent me pictures everyday. Clara is a 8 pound Havanese and very spoiled. Sharon is a a new trusting friend if Clara’s. We will definitely use her services again. Thank you Sharon for loving our little girl.???”

“I cannot thank Katie and her family enough for their excellent care of our labradoodle Olive while we were out of town for a week. Katie met Olive before the trip, sincerely inquiring about her likes and dislikes. She was on time to pick up Olive and cared about transporting her safely. During the stay Katie sent me pictures and daily communication about Olive's time at her house. All I can say is that Olive was treated like a Queen. She had daily exercise, was well fed (with the food we provided) and most importantly given lots of love. I know Olive would gladly go back to stay with Katie and her family the next time we travel. Thank you Katie!”

“Our plans changed suddenly due to a medical emergency, and she was very accomodating with pickup/dropoff as a result. The yard & house were spacious and lovely, and she kept our puppy feeling safe and loved.”

“Enchi, our rescue beagle felt right at home in Angelique’s and Francisco’s home. Their small home is setup for family and furry friend comfort. Our Enchi loves to snuggle; therefore, he fit right in. Angelique sent updates and pictures during our week long vacation. It was comforting to see how Enchi was adapting. Angelique and Francisco offer a safe and loving home. They are two individuals that I would definitely entrust to care for our precious beagle again. Thank you Angelique!…and Francisco! :)”

“Murphy always has fun at Suzanne's. He comes home happy, rests and sleeps a lot for a day or two and then drops back into his more sedentary lifestyle routine. Even though we moved further away from Suzanne, we would never consider another sitter unless she's on vacation or has too many puppy guests ahead of Murphy. Suzanne is always notified way ahead of the dates we need her help so she can take Murphy.”

About: I've loved cats for longer than I can remember - and I already know I love yours! I've had my own kitties for 6 years, and I've been taking care of others' cats for even longer, from young kittens to grumpy elders. I can give most kinds of oral and topical medications comfortably if your kitty needs any, and I have a decent amount of behavioral experience. Some of my own cats have been highly anxious or prone to aggression, and I've done long-term sits with cats still being gradually introduced, so I've seen and handled a lot! I'm also no stranger to litter box issues, and am more than happy to scrub any carpet. Bring on the enzyme cleaner!

“Julie did a fantastic job of watching our two cats over the holidays! Great communication and photos of the cats. Our trip was unexpectedly extended by 5 days and Julie kindly continued to care for our cats until we got home. We highly recommend Julie and hope to use her again.”
“Bonnie is amazing with both my animals. We needed her for a vacation over Christmas for my very shy and anxious cat. She made herself available even on Christmas Day. We lost power in a storm for two days before we went out of town and service had not been restored at the time we had to leave. Bonnie saw my wet clothes laying out to dry and even put them in the dryer for me! That is above and beyond! My cat is a one person girl, but she took to Bonnie immediately. She is creative and fun and uses her imagination to get her engaged in play during her visit. She is always our first choice for caring for our animals and her rebooked her multiple times.”

“Emily was AMAZING! Updates after each visit. Emily was in constant communication and responded promptly. Our cat, Mo, absolutely loved her. Sybil likes people on her own terms and let Emily pet her which is huge. The cats were well cared for. We will definitely be using Emily again!”

“Christina was informative, reliable, and really sweet to my cat! She followed all of my instructions perfectly, and when I returned home, I could tell that my cat was happy, at ease, and well taken care of. I highly recommend Christina!”

“Highly recommend Kat! She took care of our two cats expertly for 6 days. One of our cats takes an inhaler for asthma as well as oral medication, and Kat was able to provide that without any issues which is so important to us. She spent quality time with them and kept us informed of anything that came up throughout our trip. She is very trustworthy and has a very nice and caring personality. Thanks, Kat!”

“Arian is such a great cat lover and caretaker!! I felt completely at ease leaving her my keys for drop ins to my place, and from the looks of the photos and videos my cats will honestly miss her once I’m home! Fantastic experience.”

About: I've been around cats my entire life and currently have a 3-year-old cat named Chopper, so I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your furry family member. Living with cats has taught me that every cat has their own personality. Some love attention and playtime, while others are happiest relaxing in a quiet space. I'm happy to adapt to your cat's routine and make sure they feel comfortable and cared for while you're away. I'll provide fresh food and water, keep litter boxes clean, spend quality time playing or cuddling (if your cat wants it!), and always make sure they're safe and happy. I'll also send regular photo updates so you can enjoy your time away knowing your cat is in great hands. I treat every cat like they're my own, and I'd love the opportunity to care for yours.

“I really appreciated Perci sticking to my proposed scheduled drop-ins. Cats like a consistent eating schedule and that allowed them to stay on it. I came back to happy and calm kitties, which tells me they were well taken care of. The texts and photo updates were clear and gave me a good idea how things went. I couldn't have asked for more!”

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kelsi! From day one, it was clear how genuinely caring, patient, and attentive she is with my puppy Lucy. She treats her like her own, making sure she’s safe, happy, well-exercised, and loved. I always receive great updates and photos, which gives me total peace of mind knowing Lucy is in such good hands. Her reliability, communication, and obvious love for dogs truly sets her apart. I am so grateful to have found someone I trust completely and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for exceptional care for their dog—especially puppies!”

“Very understanding and patient folks. They were able to help me with daycare pretty last minute, which was a huge help. Photos and videos throughout the day were great and a big relief for me as a first time dog parent. The space seems really nice and safe for dogs to enjoy themselves and a nice quiet neighborhood as well.”

“What a fantastic oasis for our pup! She had an amazing time here, was lovingly welcomed and well taken care of. We would have her stay again if we were in town longer. This family is fantastic and provides a wonderful environment for dogs. Thank you!”

“Susie and her wonderful family are absolutely a dream come true! I'm so happy I found them. I've used daycare facilities for my little pug, Olive, in the past and she used to come home semi-traumatized by the experience. Definitely not the case with Susie. The second we pulled into her driveway, Olive had her tail wagging and couldn't wait to spend the day with Susie and family! Susie was sooo sweet and I know her daughter loved little Olive too...I can't speak highly enough of them. Seriously, if you're debating who to go with for your doggy...go with Susie. She is kind, extremely flexible, experienced and has such a warm and inviting home. Thank you so much for taking care of my little fur baby...10/10 would recommend and will 100% be taking Olive to Susie for all future daycare!?❤”

About: I’ve been rescuing animals for over 22 years-I’ve cared for big, slobbery Rottweilers to tiny, judgmental cats, fish who pretend not to notice me, and guinea pigs that somehow eat like linebackers. I’ve handled rabbits with attitude, a special needs Yorkie who runs the house, and our Texas rescue Lucy—who I’m pretty sure thinks she rescued me. I have a designated bedroom with a ring camera just for my furry friends! We can keep the pets isolated in their own space the entire time, or they can have free roaming of the house. Options for those pets who need less sensory and more quiet and privacy. I work full-time at a hospital Monday through Friday, so my availability for more hands-on, all-day care is best on weekends. During the week, I’m still happy to offer overnight stays, I just like to mention that-because on weekdays, there may be up to an eight-hour stretch without potty breaks while I’m at work. I live in a fantastic walking neighborhood and can happily meet you in yours or bring them to mine. Can never get too much exercise in! Plus, my big fully fenced in yard is at their disposal.
“Kristopher was great about communicating and sending pictures throughout the day. Our dog Lyle seemed to have a fun first visit and we look forward to booking again soon!”

“Rebecca was professional and asked questions to make sure she provided the best care for our dog. She gave us photo updates on how he was doing. Overall, we are pleased with the service. We would have her watch our fur baby again.”

“I am so grateful to have found Damon to care for my girl Fiona. She is almost 14, blind, and diabetic, so I was nervous when my schedule changed and I was needing to find a daycare solution for her. I feel so comfortable dropping her off with him. I know that she will be well taken care of and he will quickly communicate any concerns.”

About: We provide a safe, cozy, low-stress environment so your pup feels comfortable, relaxed, and truly at home while you’re away. Lots of attention, familiar routines, and genuine care. Pet care fits naturally into our daily and weekly routine. One of us works from home, so dogs are rarely left alone and get plenty of attention throughout the day. We also have two teen girls who love helping with care — extra cuddles, playtime, and lots of love included. Daily walks are part of our routine, along with a calm, cozy home environment where pups feel safe and spoiled. We care for pets as if they’re part of our family. In our home, dogs enjoy a fully fenced yard for safe outdoor time, plenty of supervision, and a calm, comfortable environment. “It’s clear that Christopher and his family genuinely love dogs! He is easygoing, an excellent communicator, and incredibly accommodating. Mason felt comfortable right away and absolutely loves going to doggy daycare at Christopher’s. We have complete peace of mind knowing he’s in such caring hands.”

“The perfect experience for an old dog with some extra medical needs! Peter was responsive, flexible and so caring with my boy! During pick up, it was clear how much Guinness enjoyed his time as he came out to say hello to me and then promptly turned around to try and go back into Peter’s house which is pretty much the best sign you can get! So happy to have a great option for daycare and boarding!”

“Anastasiya and her family have been caring for our energetic 10-month old aussiedoodle Tony each week for a couple of months now & I am so grateful that we found her! We are always greeted warmly, and he expresses excitement and interest for his visits. They have a wonderful home and outdoor space for him to explore and I am confident that he is being well taken care of and having lots of fun. Our brief check-ins tell me that they genuinely seem to enjoy his company, which makes me happy too! Anyone who is able to utilize her services will be fortunate and in very good hands:)”

“Alexis and Jacob watched Baja for the first time and it was a total success! Baja is very sweet but can be a handful and so we were pretty picky about who could take the reins after her last sitter moved. Based on the friendliness, competence, reliability, and great communication we experienced with Alexis and Jacob, we’re thrilled to have a new loving and safe place for Baja to stay when we’re gone.”

“I was looking for a opportunity for my year old Sheltie to gain some socialization skills and have play time with other dogs. Dottie has worked out perfectly. Katie goes a couple of times a week and comes home tired and played out. She already knows that when I say "Let's go to Dottie's" to head to the garage door. Katie has settled in at Dottie's and loves it. Thank you, Dottie!”

“Tommy truly loves dogs and handles our massive Newfoundland with ease! She spent the day with him and came home tired but content. We were kept updated of everything leading up to and during her stay. Highly recommend!”

“Trula was great! I needed someone last minute because we were going to a funeral about 2 hours from home. Trula was available and did a great job with Riley. She sent pictures and gave me details about the visit. I could see from the pictures I had made the right decision. Trula provided just what was needed - a friendly visitor for Riley to walk and snuggle with. I would definitely recommend her.”

About: **Please read the entire section for helpful information if our house is a good fit for your pet.** I grew up on a farm and have been caring for animals from a young age. We currently have 3 doodles & 1 frenchton of our own and have been raising doodles for the past 5 years. We love our dogs and spoil them rotten. They have plenty of outdoor space to roam as well as a play area in our garage when the weather is rainy. We initially joined Rover to host pets in our home but have quickly realized how much we enjoy drop in visits. We love visiting with your pets in their homes where they are comfortable & seeing their true personalities come out. We do host multiple dogs at a time and can only accept dogs that are friendly with others. We crate for feeding and sleeping as this is what we feel is safest in our home so your dog(s) must be comfortable in a crate for them to have a successful stay with us. Please keep in consideration our time. We plan our schedule for both the dogs and our personal lives based on what you schedule. We secure all pets prior to scheduled pick up and drop offs and like to limit the time the dogs are crated. We understand life happens but please communicate when you are going to be late or need to change your scheduled time. Additionally, it is extremely helpful if you text us when you are en route with your ETA. Thank you for helping us keep all visitors safe. We are dog people. We love having them in our home and will be certain to assure plenty of play time as well as time for snuggles, etc. Our 15 year old daughter is also a huge part of loving your pets and can always be found with a dog in her bed. We have a fenced yard in both the side and back of our house. We have 4 dogs of our own that are very friendly and love new friends. We have also turned our garage into a play area for our dogs as they are spoiled and prefer not to be in the rain.

About: Hi! My legal name is Devon, but I prefer to go by Perci. I’m a 29 year old professional dog trainer based in Clackamas County, Oregon. I always had dogs growing up, and in college I worked as a dog daycare attendant and part-time trainer for 3.5 years. Additionally, I worked as a freelance trainer with Karma Dog Training for three years, and I’m also enrolled in a course to earn my CPDT certification with CATCH Canine Trainer’s Academy! I actually have a puppy as of May 31, 2026! She is a Labrador mix named Ditto, and she is our world. Her days include plenty of play, training, and socialization. I’m still doing freelance training work on the side, as well as working with Rover, but have just moved to Oregon as of February 2026 and am still getting my bearings. I hope to get a full-time job working with dogs soon! In dog training, I use only positive reinforcement methods with no harsh correction or aversive methods. When training, I believe in teaching teamwork, rather than just teaching obedience. The same teamwork mindset can apply to my Rover clients!
About: I have taken care of dogs my entire life. My whole family is big on dogs and I am prepared for any situation…Healthy dogs to dogs with medical care needed. We have had dogs from as small as tea cup Yorkies to big English Mastiffs. Dogs have always been an important part of my life. I am home from college and looking for a summer job. My schedule is flexible and can be available week days and weekends. I can’t wait to meet your furry friends! I am comfortable taking your dog for a walk and letting them play in parks. As well as playing in the yard and giving them lots of time to run around. Making sure they are fed, hydrated and rested all the time is also very important.
About: I’ve taken care of both puppies, and elderly dogs. Elder cats and kittens. With providing dogs and cats with their medication, to feeding, taking dogs on walks, cleaning the litter box, and loving on them. I have 15 years of experience pet sitting for neighbors, family, friends and others. I’m pretty available, and it will fit into my daily routine. I’m open the weekends, as well as some week days. I do have a job, but can find the time before and after to care for your animals. Lots of time to take care of dogs and kitties! I have a 1+ year old cat that is indoor only. She has a ton of toys and gets lots of loves. I will care for your pets as you desire, and treat them as my own as well, giving them lots of love and attention. I follow the directions of whomever animals I’m watching, and usually spend a little extra time with them as needed.
About: I took a few years off from Rover but I’m back! I understand that each and every dog is unique and has their own way of being taken care of. I love to play/walk/run with dogs, or we could just hang outside. It's all up to the dog, it's all about them. I have been caring for animals since a was a little kid and it has become a passion of mine. My goal is to make animals happy, even if that is by simply taking them for a walk, or getting them outside twice a day. I am a freelance photographer, so my availability varies and dog walking fills in the gaps perfectly! I am a freelancer so my schedule varies often. I love to fill in the gaps with my furry friends. I’m down for early mornings, afternoons, and evenings! Every day is different I’ll come to your house! We will have to talk about your pets preferences before hand! Whatever your pet needs, I’m there for it.

“Highly recommend Liz and her family! She was very communicative and accommodating of our dog. This was our first time ever leaving her with someone, and she made us feel at ease and our dog seemed to have a great time. We will definitely use her again!”

“Jean was awesome putting our minds at ease leaving our 2 babies for the first time ever. She sent us pictures and let us know how they were doing while we were missing them terribly! She’s a warm loving person and we’ll definitely want to use her again!”

“So happy to have come across Jennifer and Eric before boarding our pup. Seeing photos of him snuggling their kids and knowing he was being loved on all week gave us so much peace of mind while we were on vacation. Thank you guys so much!”

“Kristopher did an amazing job with both our dogs, he asked a lot of good questions before hand and took his time with our shy boy. He provided pictures and updates to reasure us! We will for sure book with him again.”

“Marybeth and family took good care of our dog Toby for a week. I believe Toby had as good a vacation as we did! He got to play with Zoey and keep an eye on the cats. He spent time relaxing on the back deck watching the chickens. Working out the details with Marybeth was easy and she's quick to respond. She's obviously good with animals.”

“Perla had a great time with lots of play! Elizabeth has a nice big home with lots of room to run around both inside and out. Her dog Lilo and Perla got along really well. We'll definitely be a repeat customer.”

“Colton and Nicole were great!!! They were wonderful with my puppy and made her feel right at home. I’m sure she can’t wait to go back! They made me feel as ease by sending many updates throughout the week. They were wonderful, and I highly recommend anyone leaving their dog with them.”

“From the moment my two dogs met Peter they loved him. He is so good with doggies! The pictures he sent me showed just how happy they were with his family. They were given lots of time, affection, and fun, as well as special attention and grooming. They were with him because I was in the hospital for a medical procedure that went longer then expected. For me Peter's flexibility with my situation and the confidence he inspired made leaving my doggies in his hands in an already stressful time for me a peaceful decision. I would clearly recommend him!”

“Amanda was great with my dog! She took care of her well and was very communicative. She has a great backyard for running around too, with is always a bonus. I would definitely take my dog back to her!”

“My experience was seamless from start to finish. Manisha’s home environment felt very similar to our pup Bailey, making her transition smooth and stress-free. It was such a relief to enjoy my time away without feeling guilty or worrying about Bailey’s care and comfort. Manisha was an amazing caretaker! She kept me updated with constant communication and sent pictures of Bailey engaging in different activities, which I really appreciated. I could tell Bailey was well-loved and taken care of by everyone in the household. She came home happy, and I know she’d love another stay with Manisha and her family. We’ll definitely be back! 🥰”

“Ron was great! Very calming and seems comfortable around a variety of dogs. Our dog had a wonderful stay that included a trip to the dog park and came home tired. Thanks so much, Ron!”

“I would highly recommend Steve for caring for your pets. Our family went on a last minute trip and lucked out with finding Steve to watch our dog Arlo. We set up a meet and greet beforehand and he and his wife were so kind and hospitable. Arlo immediately felt at home. I received many photos and updates while we were away, and he was spoiled and loved on every moment with them! He didn’t want to leave when it was time to say goodbye. The best part is that we made some wonderful new friends and knew that Arlo was in good hands!”

“Our little cavapoo, Loulou, loved her stay at Charisse's. She got along well with Charisse's sweet dog named Nova and had a great time running around the yard. Charisse provided daily updates and how she was doing and it put our minds at ease while we were on vacation.”
