“Megan and her family were the best sitters I’ve ever had! I had no worry or anxiety about her staying with Megan after the first day or two when I realized she was in great hands. Megan has a naturally calm and caring energy, was responsive, and seemed to genuinely enjoy Zolas company (my Zola is a very loving, but high energy and high attention pup. Megan picked up on behavioral oddities and anxieties that one would only notice if they were really paying attention and cared. Additionally the grounds were safe and spacious for lots of exercise time! To top it off, this booking was last minute when we found out our house closing date was being pushed back, not one, but TWO times. Megan was there to gladly take Zola for another week. In all, Zola stayed for about 10 days and returned to me healthy and happy and exercised. I would highly recommend Megan!”

“Christy was such a wonderful caretaker of our kitten! While we felt uncomfortable needing to board a young kitty, Christy was a tremendous relief and comfort while we were away. We received several videos a day, thorough information about how our kitty was doing and even helped us learn some new behaviors and interests our kitty was exhibiting. Sometimes I thought my wife was spending too much time messaging with Christy and not focusing on the trip (lol!), but Christy was more than generous with her time and was very patient throughout. Before our trip, Christy made herself available to meet us and our kitty at the park and it really helped ease our pre-travel anxiety! Once we returned for pickup, Christy packed all of our kitty’s things (which was a ton, sorry, Christy!) and sent her home with some toys that out kitty enjoyed playing with! My cat is usually very shy with strangers and I warned her she may hide the first few visits. But by the daily pictures Ariana texted it was obvious that she warmed up to her immediately. During our pre-care visit, Ariana dropped by our home and met my 4 dogs. She was able to manage their boisterous greeting with the talent of a dog whisperer. About: I’ve always had a pet as a member of my family. Cats and dogs. My current love is a super chill (yes, there is such a thing!) lab. Every walk is a mini training adventure. My lab Riley will get along with your pup, it’s just his nature. I provide enrichment during the day to keep boredom away. If I visit your cats, I know they might not visit me! About: I have my own dog, got him at 12 weeks he is 7 now. I also grew up with dogs as a kid to adulthood. My dog has a lot of health problems so I know a bit when it comes to a sensitive dogs or ones that needs things done a certain way because of a condition. It really depends on the day, but mostly I could so daily or weekly. I’m dealing with some health stuff and my dog has too. So I’m currently working on those but have plenty of time most days to do something like this. I have a fenced in yard for my dog, when I was in college one house I did it so he was constantly on a leash outside, another house I was in had fences but had to patch them up and make sure he couldn’t get out. I also created my dog at night he loves his crate. During the day when he is alone he has most of the house free to roam, but I will put down potty pads just in case. We know it is an honor and a privilege to be trusted with caring for your fury family member and we take that seriously and strive to never disappoint. I currently work from home for my main career as a Spatial Data Analyst (wildlife related). Your pet would have someone around aside from the occasional trip to the store or other errand. I will always communicate openly about my schedule during your visit so you are aware of any times I may have to be out of the house. I have a large fenced backyard and a 4-year-old Great Dane to keep your dog company! Thus, for stays in my home your dog must be dog-friendly, non-aggressive, and not afraid of large breeds. I also have four cats. I do have a doggie gate that keeps the cats separated, but one of them can jump the gate as she likes to sit on top of the kitchen cupboards and observe. Aaron and I have two sons, ages 7 and 10. They both have been around dogs their entire lives and are very used to respecting their space and letting dogs warm up to them. With that said, they are still kids. So for stays in our home, your dog will have to be good with other dogs, young kids, and cats. For stays in your home, your dog ideally will be okay with kids but my kids don't always need to come with depending on the dates of the stay.

About: I’ve had pets and family pets I’m always ready and willing to give them what they need. My baby loves animals too. It will be fun! I feel like they are the same as humans. I made a lil human! So I can manage my son loves dogs too. Just happy to get out more. I don’t have any pets anymore mine got old. I make sure they are feed and tuckered out before bed. About: Working with animals is my favorite hobby. I have helped with many foster programs and worked with plenty of adoption dogs and currently work as a veterinary assistant. What I can provide is extreme attention to detail on your pets needs. Whether it’s a drop in or a walk, your dog is in good hands with me. I love playing fetch and giving belly rubs but I also don’t mind a short mile walk. I did learn basic obedience training and am willing to help teach owners and dogs alike. I do also have practice administering oral medications, topical ointments, and injections such as insulin. The whole experience is for the dog and I would like to provide exceptional care well beyond imaginable. Whatever your pet needs, I am here to provide. I work full time at a veterinary emergency and specialty hospital as an assistant. I currently work 7a-5:30p Monday to Thursday so those can be long days for kiddos. I am free Friday to Sunday to house sit, walk, check in. I typically hike or run daily at least 3 miles if you have an active, high energy pup. I try to keep to the norm for the pets I’m watching, if they’re used to going for a long walk in the morning and having a more chill evening then that’s what I do too.

About: I've taken care of dogs most of my life currently have 2 and I take upmost care to make sure the animals in my care are happy healthy and safe I work 2 to 3 days a week at a care home but I am free most of the week. To walk play and take care of your furry family members I have an unfensed yard but have plenty of time to take them for walks and go to the park with them. About: I’ve grown up with animals my whole life. I started dog sitting at the age of 10 and have worked with a variety of breeds. I have personal experience with puppies and mid-aged dogs. I’m currently available mornings and evenings, and occasionally midday, for pet walks. I enjoy walking around the neighborhoods, parks, and trails around Prineville. I keep an eye out for hazards like snakes and bad water and always clean up after potty time. I always keep my pets on a leash or e collar (if trained). I use loose lead walking techniques (no pulling), and train dogs to stop at intersections. We are generally in areas with little to moderate use.

“Megan and her family were the best sitters I’ve ever had! I had no worry or anxiety about her staying with Megan after the first day or two when I realized she was in great hands. Megan has a naturally calm and caring energy, was responsive, and seemed to genuinely enjoy Zolas company (my Zola is a very loving, but high energy and high attention pup. Megan picked up on behavioral oddities and anxieties that one would only notice if they were really paying attention and cared. Additionally the grounds were safe and spacious for lots of exercise time! To top it off, this booking was last minute when we found out our house closing date was being pushed back, not one, but TWO times. Megan was there to gladly take Zola for another week. In all, Zola stayed for about 10 days and returned to me healthy and happy and exercised. I would highly recommend Megan!”
