About: I have had dogs my whole life and each one has had a huge piece of my heart. I will treat your dog like they are a part of my family while they are in my care. I am home most of the time. I typically feed around 7:00 am and 5:30 pm, and this can be adjusted to meet your dogs needs. I do have crates if needed. I also have a large size doggie door that leads into a fenced back yard. I close up the house by 9:00pm after we have had the last potty break for the night. I have a cat, so your dog must be cat friendly. I also have a large male dog that is sweet and gets along with other dogs. Dogs are allowed on my furniture. They can either sleep in a crate, or sleep on their own bed, in my bedroom with me and my dog. I offer a daily walk in my neighborhood, weather permitting. Your dog will be the only dog I host. I only host one family at a time so that I can give your dog and my dog the best experience. Your furry family member will feel happy, safe and secure in my home. She was able to medicate those on meds the first day - which for a bunch of indoor/outdoor cats and someone they don’t really know is amazing. We also had to make some last minute changes in our plans (because ice) and she was completely fine with that. We also loved that she had experience with chickens and exotic birds as we may be adding those to our family. We very much hope to work with her again.”
About: I have taken care of many cats since we got one in 2016. He ended up needing medical care at the end of his life and I helped with his shots. I think it’s important to clean their litter box and give them as much attention as I would a dog. Cats are special and you got to let them learn to trust you.

“Review is for cat boarding. That sounds like a sport but you get the idea - my cats stayed with Kaelin, who had generous availability on short term notice. 2 cats, 6 nights, 0 problems. Kaelin is an absolute gem. Pre-stay she held a call to learn the specific needs of my cats and throughout their stay she picked up on components of their personalities I didn't even think to share. One of my girls is considerably shyer than the other, but Kaelin made consistent and ultimately successful efforts to engage each cat in a manner comfortable for them. Her patience calmed my shyer cat and her energy and thoughtfulness invigorated my more excitable/curious cat - she picked up on beneficial ways to interact with each of them that could not have been covered alone by what I shared with her pre-stay. Kaelin is clearly someone who has a profound understanding of and deep appreciation for animals, and she takes seriously how much they mean to us, her customers. Kaelin paid incredible attention to detail, was able to tailor every aspect of their stay in ways beyond what I requested, and she provided consistent updates with photos and videos of the two, often focusing on activities she intuited that I would be wondering about (How is shy Summer utilizing the space and responding to interaction? How is playful Autumn being allowed to explore and see outside? etc.). Through the way she was engaging with my girls and seeing how they, in turn, responded to her, it is so clear that Kaelin approaches her work with immense passion and care. It put me at ease throughout my entire trip, and it was clearly an excellent experience for my girls as well. Cannot recommend highly enough, will absolutely be a return customer.”

About: I’ve always had dogs growing up and currently. I have a quiet lil home , with a very safe and secure yard. Your fur baby will be supervised at all times while outside. And while inside all dogs allowed on the furniture and the bed. Im a mature 65 year old semi retired female ,so your fur baby wil get lots of attention and love. My lil dog DAISEY is a docile , friendly 14 lb Maltipoo. She is great with all other dogs, always eager to play. I just added a second dog female mini dashound Petunia to the family. I can take your dog to the dog park ,or hiking trails if they do well with outings. My back yard is a great place to hang out, I have multiple doggie beds in the garden, and a safe secure play space. I can administer any medications or special diet your dog needs. And will keep accurate records while they are in my care, sending daily photos if you’d like . I will always be home while your dog is on my care , your dog will have full attention and care at all times. If there is a time I need to be gone it will never be for more than a hour. Weather permitting if your dog likes to ride along they will come with me. I have a secure yard with a tall fence. My gate is always latched from the inside to ensure your pet is safe. Most of the time I’m out in the garden, painting, reading or lazing around with the dogs……my favorite place to be 😃 Your dog will always be supervised while in my little yard.

Animals who are tolerant/non-aggressive but need space are more than welcome to remain in a quiet room unbothered by our furry family members. We have a loft area where they can be completely separated if need be! They will, however, cross paths with the other dogs and cat when walked or let out in the fenced yard.

About: Hello! My name is Samantha and I am 26 years old. I joined rover to earn some extra money while spending some time with furry (or non furry) friends. I have volunteered at local shelters and have watched the animals of my family and friends since I was about 10 years old. I treat each and every animal with the love, care, and respect that they deserve. I am very compassionate and take the time to tend to one’s animals as if they were my own. My rates are flexible depending on the animal(s), and the situation. I am able to flex my schedule around your needs! I work full time but I am able to work remotely if needed and can take breaks throughout the day if necessary. I often do not watch animals in my home due to my 5 fur babes. However, depending on the situation, and the animal, a short stay in my home may be an option. Hopefully I can be your next pet or house sitter. I have recommendations upon request. Our dogs usually need a long time to warm up to strangers but they immediately were very comfortable with him! He also has a very friendly French bulldog that is sweet and playful but also will give space if your dogs don’t want to play (ours are not the playful type). All and all - highly recommend Matthew!”

About: I have had dogs my whole life and each one has had a huge piece of my heart. I will treat your dog like they are a part of my family while they are in my care. I am home most of the time. I typically feed around 7:00 am and 5:30 pm, and this can be adjusted to meet your dogs needs. I do have crates if needed. I also have a large size doggie door that leads into a fenced back yard. I close up the house by 9:00pm after we have had the last potty break for the night. I have a cat, so your dog must be cat friendly. I also have a large male dog that is sweet and gets along with other dogs. Dogs are allowed on my furniture. They can either sleep in a crate, or sleep on their own bed, in my bedroom with me and my dog. I offer a daily walk in my neighborhood, weather permitting. Your dog will be the only dog I host. I only host one family at a time so that I can give your dog and my dog the best experience. Your furry family member will feel happy, safe and secure in my home. About: My name is Sophia! I am 27 and I have been around animals most of my life. I always try to understand any animal and pet. Making sure to get to their level and accommodate them in any way I can. I currently have one doggie, one cat, and a fish. They are all super sweet. I train my dog often at home and the public parks. She loves cats and other doggies. My cat keeps to herself and she will often follow us on walks with our doggie. We take walks daily around the neighborhood. I have a fenced backyard and live in a duplex. Always feel free to message with any questions! 🐶🐱🐾 I work in the medford school district. I work monday thru friday 7am to 2pm and I am off weekends. I have a boyfriend who works later shifts, so pets won't be alone until 10am. We have a fenced back yard with a doggie door. My cat and dog let themselves out when they need to. My dog is kennel trained and usually is in her kennel when no one is home, but we leave her out when we aren't gone long. I make sure everyone has water in the morning and evening. We walk our dog around the neighborhood twice daily. One in the morning and one in the evening. I have fenced backyard. I have a doggie door for pets to come in and out. I can also close it off to control access outside. I always leash my dog when going on walks.
About: I've been an animal lover my whole life and have always had at least one dog or cat in our home, as well as others often like fish and reptiles. I even lived and worked on a goat farm for a while and milked and cared for the goats. I'm an avid hiker and am happy to walk your dog for any length preferred on trail or road. In my other work I have over 15 years of experience as a healer (massage therapy and energy work) and meditation/yoga instructor and bring the calm this field has taught me to pet care. I'm used to hearing pet people tell me that their pets are so calm around me. I seek to form a connection based on trust and understanding with your pet. I am, without a doubt, a cat lady having had cats in my life since the age of 5. I currently have a sweet and sensitive Calico, who has lived with me for the past 11 years. She is a finicky eater and often deals with digestive issues, so I've had plenty of experience with various food regimes and giving supplements. We also have a sweet, playful, young male cat in our home (my daughter's cat) and a beloved bearded dragon. We recently welcomed a Shiba Inu into our family and she is such a joy in our home. I offer pet care as a side gig to my other work and love any opportunity to connect with your furry friends and other pets. I offer pet care part-time in addition to other work I do. I'm happy to walk dogs most weekdays/weekends between 8 am-3 pm and I can do pet check-in's most weekdays and some weekends and holidays with a few days notice. I am sometimes available for overnight pet stays in your home with ample prior notice. When coming to your home, I follow what usual routines you share with me for your pet and treat your home with utmost respect and care. If you have a preferred route to take your dog on a walk or favorite dog park, I'm happy to go with whatever your norm is and will make your dog most comfortable.
