My dog had some issues initially acclimating to the new environment and they went above and beyond to make him feel at home. To the extent that Brian slept in the living room with him, where my dog felt most comfortable. Their children and their pup were wonderful with him as well! About: I've loved cats for longer than I can remember - and I already know I love yours! I've had my own kitties for 6 years, and I've been taking care of others' cats for even longer, from young kittens to grumpy elders. I can give most kinds of oral and topical medications comfortably if your kitty needs any, and I have a decent amount of behavioral experience. Some of my own cats have been highly anxious or prone to aggression, and I've done long-term sits with cats still being gradually introduced, so I've seen and handled a lot! I'm also no stranger to litter box issues, and am more than happy to scrub any carpet. Bring on the enzyme cleaner!

She followed our overly complicated feeding instructions and sent pictures of them eating and a few of them hanging out. One of the weekend days she definitely fed them all breakfast closer to lunchtime, but I still felt like they were in good hands, and in her defense I had expressed some flexibility in their feeding time. She also went out of her way to set our cat camera back up after the cats knocked it over so we could continue spying on one of their favorite hangout spots. Cats were happy and healthy when I got back.”

About: I'm a dependable and hard worker who's had dogs and cats my whole life, and have been pet/house sitting off and on since I was an early teenager. I love taking dogs for runs or walks with me and getting the chance to exercise them, or just playing with them in the house. About: I’ve been rescuing animals for over 22 years-I’ve cared for big, slobbery Rottweilers to tiny, judgmental cats, fish who pretend not to notice me, and guinea pigs that somehow eat like linebackers. I’ve handled rabbits with attitude, a special needs Yorkie who runs the house, and our Texas rescue Lucy—who I’m pretty sure thinks she rescued me. I have a designated bedroom with a ring camera just for my furry friends! We can keep the pets isolated in their own space the entire time, or they can have free roaming of the house. Options for those pets who need less sensory and more quiet and privacy. I work full-time at a hospital Monday through Friday, so my availability for more hands-on, all-day care is best on weekends. During the week, I’m still happy to offer overnight stays, I just like to mention that-because on weekdays, there may be up to an eight-hour stretch without potty breaks while I’m at work. I live in a fantastic walking neighborhood and can happily meet you in yours or bring them to mine. Can never get too much exercise in! Plus, my big fully fenced in yard is at their disposal.
