So nice to not have dogs in a crate or kennel the whole time you are gone, and with Sandy they get to hang out and run around with her 3 Golden Retrievers, inside and safely outside, which is fenced. She sent us pictures while we were gone, of each dog sleeping on the couch. Very accommodating for pick-up and drop-off as well.”

About: I was a veterinary technician (2 years) with experience caring for both small and large animals, and I spent four years rescuing and fostering animals. I’ve worked in a veterinary clinic with a strong focus on emergency medicine, so I’ve seen firsthand how quickly things can go wrong and know what to watch for when it comes to your pet’s health and safety. I was a hospital technician for one year, meaning my job was to monitor patients, give medication, and notify the vet to any health changes. I plan to attend veterinary school in the near future, and in my free time I do TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) for feral cats and volunteer walking dogs at local shelters. I also minored in Human-Animal Relations, which has given me a strong understanding of animal behavior and how they think. I’m comfortable caring for pets of all ages, personalities, and medical needs, and safety is always my number-one priority. I’m very attentive to changes in behavior, appetite, energy, and overall health, and I will never put your pet in an unsafe situation. Mostly, though, I’m just a HUGE animal lover. Getting to spend time caring for your pet genuinely feels like a treat to me. My favorite dog breeds are probably pit bulls and corgis, but my favorite animal will always be a cat. :) Boarding & Day Care I also have the perfect property for boarding, overnight stays, or day care! I live on a beautiful 5 acre property with 3 acres being a large fenced pasture where dogs can safely stretch their legs and explore. I’m a horse trainer, so I’m on the property every day and your dog will have plenty of supervision and attention. I’m also very careful about keeping dogs separated when appropriate. I do have a very friendly Lab who loves having dog friends, but they only interact if you’re comfortable with it and give me permission. The property has everything a dog could want for a little vacation- large grassy pastures, a creek, and wooded areas to explore. I make sure every dog gets plenty of exercise, enrichment, attention, and downtime. Most dogs leave happy, tired, and ready for a good nap! :) I’m also located less than 2 minutes from Silver Creek Animal Clinic, which provides emergency animal care. I pray nothing ever happens but it is conveniently close. Currently all proceeds are going towards childhood horse’s cancer treatment 😔 she took care of me as a youth so now it’s my turn to take care of her. I recently started my own horse training business, so I work primarily from my property and have an extremely flexible schedule. This makes pet care a really natural fit into my day! I feed and care for my horses around 8 AM and 5 PM, and I spend the middle of the day working and training them. I work with my Mom so she can care for the horses when I need to take care of your pets. During breaks between rides and training sessions, I’m able to spend time with the dogs, whether that means letting them run and play in the pasture, going for a walk, giving them some one-on-one attention, or just hanging out together. Working a horse takes about 45 minutes, where your dog will be left in a covered run where they can potty if needed. Because I’m on the property throughout the day, I can also accommodate early-morning or late-night drop-offs, bathroom breaks, walks, and other schedules that might be difficult for someone with a traditional 9–5 job. Your pet gets to be part of my everyday routine rather than being left alone for long stretches of time. I have plenty of space for dogs to exercise and explore, and I’m able to give them frequent attention throughout the day while still maintaining a consistent routine for my horses. I do not mix dogs and horses! I keep them very separate. Your dog’s stay will feel more like a little vacation than a traditional boarding facility! I have a 3-acre fenced pasture where dogs can safely run, explore, and get plenty of exercise and enrichment. I’m here throughout the day to supervise and spend time with the dogs. I keep all boarders separated from one another, unless you are dropping off more than one dog :) I also have a very friendly Lab who absolutely loves having dog friends, and I’m happy to let her play with your dog if allowed. You can see her in my photos. Otherwise, your dog gets their own space and one-on-one attention. I can get away with the your dog never knowing there is other dogs on property. There are several comfortable options for your pet depending on their needs and your preferences. Dogs have access to comfortable dog mats and fresh water, as well as a covered run where they can go outside and potty even when the weather isn’t cooperating. I also have large, heated horse stalls that can be used as comfortable private spaces. For dogs who are potty trained and comfortable in a home environment, they can also spend time inside my house or have their own room. I’m happy to tailor their routine to what they’re most comfortable with. Oregon winters can be rainy, but your dog won’t be stuck inside all day. When the weather is wet, they can run and play in my indoor arena or barn, which are both warm and provide plenty of room to move around. Most importantly, I prioritize safety, cleanliness, and supervision. I’m on the property every day, keep boarders separated, and make sure every dog has fresh water, a comfortable place to rest, and plenty of opportunities for exercise and attention. Whether they’re running through the pasture, exploring the property, relaxing in the house, or curling up for a nap, I want every dog to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while they’re here.
“I can not say enough about Eileen, Rich, Shadow, Peanut and Piglet! They accepted both of our fur babies like one of the family. We had to board both my 10 year old lab and my parents’ 9 year old lab for a 10 day vacation and I was a mess over it. However once we met these 2 human angels and saw the love they had for their animals and the compassion they have for fur parents that are unable to take their family members with them, my heart and mind and soul were put at ease! Their place is a haven! Plenty of shaded yard thanks to a canopy of oak trees, multiple opportunities for the dogs to explore, play and lounge! My parents dog enjoyed the entertainment she got from just watching the chickens and lounging in the pool! Our boy enjoyed his playtime and relaxation along with the loves and cuddles they provided! They were even amazing with our 9 year old human daughter who had a million questions and a never ending need to explore! This has been absolutely the best experience ever!!!”

About: I have taken care of family/friends dogs since I was little, I have also taken care of my own since I was a teenager. I have two puppy's one who is 3 years old who is my best friend, I also have an 1 and a half year old who is also my best friend. I love all animals. About: I love pets more than most people but no time for one full-time myself. I love to love and give all the time and attention to the pets of others. It's one of the greatest joys in life. I currently only work part-time because I have my kiddo every other week and love to make sure I don't miss out on the younger years. I want a pet so bad, but just don't have time to have one full time myself. I would take my neighbors dog most weeks when he'd go out of town to care for him, and sadly moved away and would love to spend my free time loving on the pets of others. About: I was raised in a dog and cat household and loved taking care of them. For the brief time in my adulthood that I did not have a pet, I would dog/cat sit for a various families often. I am fond of elderly dogs/cats and have taken care a few (including giving medications, shots, cooking specific diets, etc). I am also comfortable feeding farm animals such as horses and mules. I work full-time from my home allowing flexible time to play and care for animals. My outings are usually quick errands around town so my pets get a lot of dog mom time! I am available to do longer stays given that I work remote and love making pets feel safe and comfortable whilst their owners are away. About: I've had cats throughout my childhood and adult life, and I've lived with cats more often than not. What I love about cats is how varying their personalities are, and they are so unique in that sense because you often times cannot tell what they're going to be like as an adult when they're a kitten. If I had it my way, I'd be sleeping with cats in my bed every night.

I’m a nurse so I have experience with giving meds. When I go to work, my boyfriend is at home and your pet will not be alone. I work 3 days a week but my boyfriend works from home and is home all of the time. We can take your dog to the park and go on walks at least twice a day. We have a two bedroom house with plenty of space inside. We have a small outdoor space for your dog to sniff but we will go on daily walks with your dog.

“Blessed finally someone I can trust Eileen and Rich found me on Rover. They were looking for a sitter for there pup as their beloved long time sitter had moved. Rich came to my place with piglet for meet and greet with my 3 smalls . He shared with me how much anxiety he was having trying to find the exact right fit for piglet. I have 3 dogs. Doyle is my fear dog (He has come ALONG ways in 5 short years. He immediately ran up to Rich and put his feet on his legs so he could pet him. They watched the pack for me one day and it was the first time I had ever left Doyle with anyone and even tho I was a little nervous that Doyle would try to escape to come find me I knew they would be watching him like a hawk. Just a short time later I received a photo from Eileen comfy on the couch with all the dogs (even Doyle!) Laying on her and snuggling. But honestly, I already knew on my heart that they would care and lovey dogs almost as much me by the number of dog sitters they interviewed and even coming back for a second meet and greet just to make sure everything was going to work out. I will also add that piglet is very well behaved has excellent social skills , and over all just a well balanced dog. Says a lot about her parents! I became a pet sitter because I adore dogs, and I can't have one of my own right now so I'm here to give lots of love and attention to yours! I'm very understanding of dogs that are a little more anxious, and provide them with a calm presence during the stay. Your pet is your family, and I understand what it's like to be away from them, even if you're off doing something fun. I'm responsible, creative, and have been described as an old soul. About: Hi! I have experience with all different types of animals. I have a 7 year old terrier mix that gets along with other dogs. I used to foster and took care of all types of dogs. I’m a nurse so I have experience with giving meds. When I go to work, my boyfriend is at home and your pet will not be alone. I work 3 days a week but my boyfriend works from home and is home all of the time. We can take your dog to the park and go on walks at least twice a day. We have a two bedroom house with plenty of space inside. We have a small outdoor space for your dog to sniff but we will go on daily walks with your dog.

She sent us pictures while we were gone, of each dog sleeping on the couch. Very accommodating for pick-up and drop-off as well.”

About: I was a veterinary technician (2 years) with experience caring for both small and large animals, and I spent four years rescuing and fostering animals. I’ve worked in a veterinary clinic with a strong focus on emergency medicine, so I’ve seen firsthand how quickly things can go wrong and know what to watch for when it comes to your pet’s health and safety. I was a hospital technician for one year, meaning my job was to monitor patients, give medication, and notify the vet to any health changes. I plan to attend veterinary school in the near future, and in my free time I do TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) for feral cats and volunteer walking dogs at local shelters. I also minored in Human-Animal Relations, which has given me a strong understanding of animal behavior and how they think. I’m comfortable caring for pets of all ages, personalities, and medical needs, and safety is always my number-one priority. I’m very attentive to changes in behavior, appetite, energy, and overall health, and I will never put your pet in an unsafe situation. Mostly, though, I’m just a HUGE animal lover. Getting to spend time caring for your pet genuinely feels like a treat to me. My favorite dog breeds are probably pit bulls and corgis, but my favorite animal will always be a cat. :) Boarding & Day Care I also have the perfect property for boarding, overnight stays, or day care! I live on a beautiful 5 acre property with 3 acres being a large fenced pasture where dogs can safely stretch their legs and explore. I’m a horse trainer, so I’m on the property every day and your dog will have plenty of supervision and attention. I’m also very careful about keeping dogs separated when appropriate. I do have a very friendly Lab who loves having dog friends, but they only interact if you’re comfortable with it and give me permission. The property has everything a dog could want for a little vacation- large grassy pastures, a creek, and wooded areas to explore. I make sure every dog gets plenty of exercise, enrichment, attention, and downtime. Most dogs leave happy, tired, and ready for a good nap! :) I’m also located less than 2 minutes from Silver Creek Animal Clinic, which provides emergency animal care. I pray nothing ever happens but it is conveniently close. Currently all proceeds are going towards childhood horse’s cancer treatment 😔 she took care of me as a youth so now it’s my turn to take care of her. I recently started my own horse training business, so I work primarily from my property and have an extremely flexible schedule. This makes pet care a really natural fit into my day! I feed and care for my horses around 8 AM and 5 PM, and I spend the middle of the day working and training them. I work with my Mom so she can care for the horses when I need to take care of your pets. During breaks between rides and training sessions, I’m able to spend time with the dogs, whether that means letting them run and play in the pasture, going for a walk, giving them some one-on-one attention, or just hanging out together. Working a horse takes about 45 minutes, where your dog will be left in a covered run where they can potty if needed. Because I’m on the property throughout the day, I can also accommodate early-morning or late-night drop-offs, bathroom breaks, walks, and other schedules that might be difficult for someone with a traditional 9–5 job. Your pet gets to be part of my everyday routine rather than being left alone for long stretches of time. I have plenty of space for dogs to exercise and explore, and I’m able to give them frequent attention throughout the day while still maintaining a consistent routine for my horses. I do not mix dogs and horses! I keep them very separate. Your dog’s stay will feel more like a little vacation than a traditional boarding facility! I have a 3-acre fenced pasture where dogs can safely run, explore, and get plenty of exercise and enrichment. I’m here throughout the day to supervise and spend time with the dogs. I keep all boarders separated from one another, unless you are dropping off more than one dog :) I also have a very friendly Lab who absolutely loves having dog friends, and I’m happy to let her play with your dog if allowed. You can see her in my photos. Otherwise, your dog gets their own space and one-on-one attention. I can get away with the your dog never knowing there is other dogs on property. There are several comfortable options for your pet depending on their needs and your preferences. Dogs have access to comfortable dog mats and fresh water, as well as a covered run where they can go outside and potty even when the weather isn’t cooperating. I also have large, heated horse stalls that can be used as comfortable private spaces. For dogs who are potty trained and comfortable in a home environment, they can also spend time inside my house or have their own room. I’m happy to tailor their routine to what they’re most comfortable with. Oregon winters can be rainy, but your dog won’t be stuck inside all day. When the weather is wet, they can run and play in my indoor arena or barn, which are both warm and provide plenty of room to move around. Most importantly, I prioritize safety, cleanliness, and supervision. I’m on the property every day, keep boarders separated, and make sure every dog has fresh water, a comfortable place to rest, and plenty of opportunities for exercise and attention. Whether they’re running through the pasture, exploring the property, relaxing in the house, or curling up for a nap, I want every dog to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while they’re here.
“I can not say enough about Eileen, Rich, Shadow, Peanut and Piglet! They accepted both of our fur babies like one of the family. We had to board both my 10 year old lab and my parents’ 9 year old lab for a 10 day vacation and I was a mess over it. However once we met these 2 human angels and saw the love they had for their animals and the compassion they have for fur parents that are unable to take their family members with them, my heart and mind and soul were put at ease! Their place is a haven! Plenty of shaded yard thanks to a canopy of oak trees, multiple opportunities for the dogs to explore, play and lounge! My parents dog enjoyed the entertainment she got from just watching the chickens and lounging in the pool! Our boy enjoyed his playtime and relaxation along with the loves and cuddles they provided! They were even amazing with our 9 year old human daughter who had a million questions and a never ending need to explore! This has been absolutely the best experience ever!!!”

About: I have taken care of family/friends dogs since I was little, I have also taken care of my own since I was a teenager. I have two puppy's one who is 3 years old who is my best friend, I also have an 1 and a half year old who is also my best friend. I love all animals. I can help train a bit with basics if need be, am very patient and caring. I am able to take on walks, to the park or just hang out if needed. I can also give baths if they need one. I understand all dogs are unique and have different needs and am willing to help. I currently work part time, Monday through Thursday. So I will have plenty of time to check in on, take on walks/ to parks and just play with your animals. About: I have had dogs my entire life and love to spend time/care for them! I love walking and being outside which is the perfect combo for a happy dog. I am flexible with what your pet needs, and am comfortable with giving oral or IM medications, special needs, and generally any dog. I have experience working as a vet receptionist as well as a vet assistant for both large and small animal. I have spent much of my life with horses, dogs and even some variety of small exotic animals. I am knowledgeable about basic dog body language and training making it easy for me to handle most canines! I live in a dog friendly house with indoor areas for dogs to play, including a VERY large fully fenced back yard. Additionally, I have my own car so I can get to wherever you and your dog need me to be. I also live near amazing parks and dog parks that give me great options for exercise and activity outside of my home. I’m looking forward to providing your pet a home away from home! About: I love pets more than most people but no time for one full-time myself. I love to love and give all the time and attention to the pets of others. It's one of the greatest joys in life. I currently only work part-time because I have my kiddo every other week and love to make sure I don't miss out on the younger years. I want a pet so bad, but just don't have time to have one full time myself. I would take my neighbors dog most weeks when he'd go out of town to care for him, and sadly moved away and would love to spend my free time loving on the pets of others. If a pet is child friendly, then yes to taking them when I have my kiddo. If not, I am child free every other week. I live in a safe and clean home and treat them as my own. I love to go outside, so frequent walks and restroom breaks are no problem for me. I live in a dog friendly area for walks and to use the restroom, so I can ensure your pet gets the love and care they need.
