About: I’ve owned cats all my life, and a few dogs. I have experience volunteering at a local animal shelter, working with both cats and dogs when I was younger . I have a 4H background as well. We adopted our dog Frida 2 years ago. I’m a stay at home, homeschooling mom with a flexible schedule. We are home often and already own a dog. It's not much more work to add one or two into the mix. My kids love dogs and enjoy meeting new ones. We all love that owning dogs helps us to be outside more, either playing with the dogs or taking them on walks. I am always home except for appointments which we can discuss and decide if on those days I can meet your pets needs or if another sitter is better. I do not smoke in my home. I have 4 children, all pet trained and pet friendly. I do not have a large or fenced yard BUT I have an absolutely amazing park that abuts to my house so there is plenty of opportunity to run and play. I am at home all day for the entire week so I am able to keep a good schedule for my fury clients. I don’t have a problem with med or potty schedules. I listen to their needs. I watch for cues to hunger or need to potty. I feed and walk my pets or clients pets. When they need bathed I handle that as well. Medications in my house are no problem at all as over the years I’ve learned a lot about injectable and oral medications. I’m not the master for certain but I try my best to be your pets next best friend while I am with them.
About: I am a remote worker with extra time available. I grew up with labs and Shih Tzus as well as cats. I've been dog sitting for the past 8 years and have done volunteer camps at the Willamette Humane Society. I am pretty flexible this summer for house sitting, dog walking, or drop ins. I can feed, walk, play with, cuddle, or even bathe your dog! I'm an animal lover and would be fine with other pets at the house, too. Watching and caring for dogs, cats or other pets is something I love to do on its own, aside from it being a "job." This would be a great way to spend my time. I am currently working part time, so will have time most days for drop ins, walks, etc. I am also available some weekends, as well. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats at home. If your pet is friendly, then it could be an option for them to come stay at my house.
