About: I’ve been rescuing animals for over 22 years-I’ve cared for big, slobbery Rottweilers to tiny, judgmental cats, fish who pretend not to notice me, and guinea pigs that somehow eat like linebackers. I’ve handled rabbits with attitude, a special needs Yorkie who runs the house, and our Texas rescue Lucy—who I’m pretty sure thinks she rescued me. I have a designated bedroom with a ring camera just for my furry friends! We can keep the pets isolated in their own space the entire time, or they can have free roaming of the house. Options for those pets who need less sensory and more quiet and privacy. I work full-time at a hospital Monday through Friday, so my availability for more hands-on, all-day care is best on weekends. During the week, I’m still happy to offer overnight stays, I just like to mention that-because on weekdays, there may be up to an eight-hour stretch without potty breaks while I’m at work. I live in a fantastic walking neighborhood and can happily meet you in yours or bring them to mine. Can never get too much exercise in! Plus, my big fully fenced in yard is at their disposal.

About: With over two decades of animal care experience, my journey began as a child caring for our family's English Springer Spaniels and cats, where I discovered my natural affinity for animals. This early passion made me the go-to caretaker for classroom pets throughout my school years. As an adult, I've owned several dogs, including a beloved Boxer who shared 10 wonderful years with me, and currently care for two rescue dogs - a Labrador Mix and a Pit Bull Terrier Mix. My professional pet sitting experience spans over three years with private clients, and I've developed expertise in handling medium to large breeds with high energy and prey drive. I'm equally comfortable caring for shy and timid smaller breeds, reactive dogs, and senior pets requiring medication. My feline experience includes managing a Maine Coon cattery of 10-20 cats, and I've cared for cats in all life stages, from newborn kittens to pregnant mothers. About: Veterinary assistant background, I am willing and able to do medication drop ins, feedings, and walks. I can do daytime sitting as well and my capacity for that may open up later. I have worked with disabled, and anxious dogs and cats and am fairly comfortable with most personality types. I have worked with professional trainers through my prior veterinary employment and am able to assist with basic training reinforcement. I am currently in a program so I have a lot of open availability, mostly daytime hours. I am available for dog walks, and drop ins, feedings/meds. I can do pet sitting for up to 6 hours at a time. I cannot do overnights becaus either have animals of my own, and I dont currently offer boarding due to my dog having a reactive nature. I have a lot of experience with animal handling and safety protocols. Leaving a pet in the care of a stranger can be nerve wracking. I treat every pet as I would my own. I will adapt to whatever care instructions are required when caring for each pet.

About: I want to hang out with dogs! I have a 3 year old golden retriever, a cat and a tortoise. You can definitely tell that we love taking care of pets! I am looking to change up my schedule, so it is likely that most of the time I will be available every week day in the morning until about 2 in the afternoon! In my home, we walk a lot! Our dog is high energy and doesn’t really get tired from exercise. We take her on long hikes often but she usually will want to play after! I hope to be able to provide some of that same excitement with your puppy, and replicate the amazing experience I’ve had on the app as a client!
