My dog Cedar can be reactive, barking, jumping, even nipping when meeting people but with Jordan, it was like a completely different dog. Calm, relaxed, and instantly comfortable. I was in total shock. Even around another dog (which normally worries me), Cedar was in dog heaven. No issues at all. I went in nervous and left totally at ease. About: I’ve owned and fostered both dogs and cats my entire life. I understand how stressful it can be finding someone to watch your pet when you travel- I’d love to help ease some of that. I’m comfortable administering medications and navigating the different needs of your pets. I’m currently working part time from home. I have a fully fenced in backyard and I’m home more than I’m not. I’m also training for a marathon so if you have a dog that enjoys longer walks or short runs I’d be happy to take them out for those! My yard is fully fenced and my home is kept clean. I can crate your dog or give them a separate space if that’s easier. I will follow your lead to make your dog or cat as comfortable as possible.

Parker had so much fun with them and his two dogs Shasta and Jasper. They even took videos and photos for me to see how he was doing. About: I grew up surrounded by kittens and cats! My grandma and mom were crazy cat ladies lol. I have a Siamese cat named Mochi! I rescued him as a kitten. He was found in a trash can covered in fleas, worms, and could barely keep his eyes open from excessive mucus. I spent every 5 minutes cleaning his eyes, treated his fleas/worms, showed him love, and trained him. He’s now an indoor kitty and he will be loved for the rest of his life! He’s my little cuddle buddy💛 I’m a very empathetic, responsible, and active person! I’m available to play and always down for some cuddles from some fur babies :)

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 16 whenever my family or friends go out of town I’m always the go to person for pet sitting following each direction from feeding bathing to night time. I also send out updates so no worry’s. I am currently available Monday through Sunday, offering flexible scheduling for walks, drop-ins, and overnight care, including weekends, holidays, and last-minute requests when needed , but if plans change please let me know 2 or 3 days before thank you When caring for pets, their safety is always my top priority. About: I started on Rover back in 2018 boarding dogs in my home! Now I'm available to do drop in visits for dogs and cats. I have a cat of my own named Peach who is 5 now. About: I have been to go to pet sitter in my neighborhood all of my life. I've dealt with one neighbor's dog in particular who is a difficult dog and requires medication. Pet care is always my number one priority because if someone was taking care of my dog, I would want the same level of care that I provide. I like to learn and also know the routine of the animal I'm watching to best fit their needs and learn or change when necessary.

About: I have had dogs and cats in my life since I was little, but what really kicked off my interest in dogs was joining my town’s canine 4-H club. I learned valuable skills here on reading the body language of dogs. Currently, I am fostering this interest by beginning to volunteer as a dog walker with Marion County Dog Services. I’ll make it a top-priority to stick to the schedule they know so they can be as comfortable as possible while you’re away. About: I am extremely detailed oriented and very observant. I sense when animals need something different and will always tend to their needs first over anything. I can chill with them or play forever and anything in between. I work 5-6 days a week with and average of 6 hours a day. My schedule is pretty set to only working mornings and being off work around 11am to 12:30pm. After that I am free and available! I am more than able to be in your home and you never question that I was there. I leave places cleaner than what I found them and make sure all the boxes were checked that are expected of me.

I’ve volunteered at animal shelters throughout my life and have personally adopted 6 dogs, 5 rats, 1 cat, and even a chinchilla—each one bringing joy and unforgettable memories. About: While I don't have a dog of my own at this time (due to both of my cats being absolutely terrified of them), I grew up with them and absolutely love and adore them. Every time I go to the Saturday Market I make it a point to pet and love on (with permission) as many dogs as I can. Whenever I visit friends or family with dogs, I'm most likely to be found on the floor next to them to ensure I get the most snuggle time as the dog is comfortable with. I've taken care of animals, including my own, for my whole life. I have my own medically complex cats that I take care of daily who each have their own medication and food plans, along with frequently watching my roommates cats when they are out for work. I've pet-sat for a friend for a number of years before I moving out of that area, which included both cat and dog care. I have loads of experience orally medicating cats and keeping track of difficult food plans. I've walked numerous dogs over the years and love getting to pet and interact with them. I left my job in April of 2026 and Rover is the first thing I have explored since then. While I have ongoing obligations on Wednesday and Friday evenings, the timing is flexible. I have lots of time to ensure fulfilling visits with your pets, making sure I can give them everything they need while I am there. I like to chat with folk about their animals ahead of time and learn some of their needs and habits. If they are shy - where do they prefer to hide and how best can I help make them comfortable with my presence. If they are abundantly friendly - how can I best spend my time giving them the right kind of care and affection to meet their needs (I have a cat who was wants to be next to/touching a human at nearly all times - having someone drop in for 20 minutes for food and some affection would NOT be enough for her). Every animal is unique, and our care should reflect that. I also make sure to clean/tidy up the area while I'm there and try to leave it just as clean, if not more, than it was when I got there.

About: I recently trained my high energy border collie mix puppy and although he’s still a teenager, he’s turned out to be a calm, caring, and gentle pup. Most of my pet sitting care has been done for cats, but I have house sat for a family with a Newfoundland, so I have experience with large breeds. I also have cared for a smaller dog that has OCD and separation anxiety. Thanks to the research and dedication that went into puppy training, I’m well aware of what their body language is signaling, and how to adapt according to what they’re feeling. I work from home, so my schedule is flexible. My weekends are pretty flexible as well. Most of my plans are in the evenings (if I do have plans). I give my pets a predictable routine. The cats need a lot of attention as they’re very social. I take my pup to the dog park every couple of days, but I also tire him out through walks, herding games, and mental stimulation.

About: I’ve owned and fostered both dogs and cats my entire life. I understand how stressful it can be finding someone to watch your pet when you travel- I’d love to help ease some of that. I’m comfortable administering medications and navigating the different needs of your pets. I’m currently working part time from home. I have a fully fenced in backyard and I’m home more than I’m not. I’m also training for a marathon so if you have a dog that enjoys longer walks or short runs I’d be happy to take them out for those! My yard is fully fenced and my home is kept clean. I can crate your dog or give them a separate space if that’s easier. I will follow your lead to make your dog or cat as comfortable as possible.
