“This was my first Rover experience. My usual dog boarding option wasn’t available so I was grasping at straws last minute. I’m so glad do found Rover but even more happy that I found Josephine. I was able to book just a few days before my leave date and everything went flawlessly. My trip was 4 days and 3 nights. Josephine was very friendly and responsive anytime I reached out from beginning of booking to the end. She sends pictures and updates every day and let me know she would do more if I would like. She was flexible and allowed my in laws to pick up since my trip took longer than expected and allowed me to drop off a few minutes earlier than scheduled time. When I got back to my fur babies they were happy and healthy. I will definitely use Josephine again and anytime she is available!! Thank you again Josephine!”

“I can’t even put into words how much we appreciated tails and scales. We were super anxious to leave our giant baby with someone, but Brian and his wife made us feel so comfortable and kept us up to date with pictures. I am so grateful for them, and to have some place so lovely for our big baby.”

“Patricio took such great care of our greyhound! She was clearly happy and relaxed at his place. Lots of great walks and awesome communication. Our dog got along very well with his.”

“Norma was an amazing person to leave my girl with! From my booking until I picked her up, Norma was in constant communication with me! She sent pictures and updates throughout the day which totally put me at ease! I would absolutely recommend and can’t wait for Charlie to have a sleepover at Norma’s again ♥️”

“I have never ever used this app and i actually found some one i can trust with my ESA next time i ever use this app i would have Emily watch her this lady i trust so much with my dog and my dog looked happy with Emily and her dogs thank you so much”

“We left our two dogs (Chihuahua & French Bulldog), with April, her family and her own dog this past weekend, and we couldn't be happier. We did a meet and greet ahead of the stay, and our boys explored and got to meet everyone. April provided a wonderful, welcoming environment. She communicated well throughout the weekend and sent some snaps, putting our minds at ease. April noted she paid special attention when the weather was warmer outside not to let our frenchie play outside too long. (Which is always a plus knowing someone is giving breed-specific attention with a frenchie) It’s clear they were well-cared for and entertained the entire stay. It’s such a relief to know our boys were in such good hands and had so much fun. We will definitely be booking with April again!”

“Lynn really helped us out giving Sif a great place to stay while me and my fiance went out of town! She even took her to the vet and accommodated us when our flights were cancelling. Lynn is awesome!”

“Words can’t describe how thankful I am for Regina and Ted! They took absolute GREAT care of Sabo, I was nervous at first because of his breed but they kept me in the loop and he did amazing! Definitely recommend and definitely will be sending Sabo back to hangout with his new buddies!”

“Sheri and her family always take great care of my dog. Sheri was extremely helpful with a last minute request to keep him an extra night. Highly recommend for great care.”

“Kevin and Delinda provided wonderful peace of mind while caring for Olivia. They sent frequent pictures and updates throughout the day, which made it so easy to know she was happy and well cared for. Olivia received plenty of walks, attention, and love during her stay. It’s clear they genuinely care about the pets they watch, and I wouldn’t hesitate to trust them with Olivia again. Highly recommend! 🐾❤️”

“Tara and her family are so sweet! They did a great job watching my 2 energetic kittens. She gave me daily updates with pictures. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I will definitely use her again.”

“Yukie was absolutely amazing and made me feel so comfortable leaving Echo with her. She made sure to send updates daily and was extremely responsive. I highly recommend Yukie!”

“Jaine was super accommodating in agreeing to watch my two bernedoodles at the last minute. She welcomed me into her home and her husband and son were already playing with my girls when I left. I received multiple photos and updates! I would definitely use Jaine again!”

“Genella is amazing! She takes great care of my two big dogs. She was even able to give medication to my one dog that I always struggle giving meds too. She’s the best!”

“Rocky is always loved and fully taken care of when he comes over! Also he’s always happy and excited to comes over to your house! Thank you for taking great care of Rocky when we’re gone on vacation!”

“Cecily did a wonderful job looking after my three cats. My older cat requires medication and she was attentive to her needs. Cecily put my mind at ease while away from home.”

“Words cannot express how much I appreciate the professionalism, care and commitment that Jason gave to my cats while I was away. I am a domestic abuse survivor and this is the first person, let alone a man I have allowed into my home since I have been basically in hiding from my ex husband. His height of well over 6’5 or more (you will have to ask him) could have been intimidating to someone like me but so helpful to literally “ herding cats”. He told me that he actually owns a dog which you would think that he had owned my cats all his life, because when I got home after my one week away they looked disappointed that it wasn’t Jason that walked through the door! He sent me pictures and videos every day. He even ran out and got food and toys. I was so excited to finally meet family that I had not been able to connect with due to my circumstances that I forgot to buy more food before I left! If you don’t choose Jason for your pet, you are missing out on an amazing gift for you and your pet!”

“Cassidy watched my two cats for 2 weeks while I was away, and they enjoyed it so much that I think they missed her more than me!! I loved all the pictures she sent, and it was so nice knowing that they were being played with and having fun! She was so diligent and always kept me updated about everything. I had full faith that she could handle anything, and it was wonderful having the peace of mind that I didn’t need to worry about them at all. “Loretta was amazing! Fortunately she was able to take care of Poupon last minute when our previous center cancelled a day before my trip. She was very communicative and Poupon loved her from the first time she met her. She updated us everyday and really knew how to take care of our cat. Our house was clean when we got back and all the instructions were followed. Poupon was well taken care of and would definitely have her house sit again. She’s the most trustworthy sitter we’ve had and also the most easy to talk to.”

“I’m so grateful for Claire and Martin! Parker has been going to them for a while and absolutely loves it, and they’ve been just as wonderful with Gunner. I rescued Gunner less than two months ago, and knowing he has such a safe, loving place to go means so much. I’m incredibly thankful for the care and patience they’ve shown both of my boys!”

“Josephine is GREAT! My fur baby LOVESSSSS her. He’s always so excited when we get close to her house. We just got him & she’s been so nice & helpful with advice on how to train him & get him acclimated to us.”

“My family and I were going to Universal Studios for 2 days…tickets bought, pet sitter confirmed. Then Mother Nature dropped a winter storm and our pet sitter was stuck in Texas. GABRIEL CAME THROUGH in the clutch! Not only did he agree to watch my baby, Simba, literally the next 2 days, but he was sooo accommodating! Gabriel sent pictures throughout both days…walks ✔️ naps ✔️ snuggling ✔️ Simba came home happy & tired both days! I can’t thank Gabriel enough for the last minute assist and for taking such good care of Simba! ??”

“Fudge had an absolute blast! I would recommend Jamey to anyone, I loved getting all the updates and hearing about his day when picked up. He also was very tired when coming home which only shows just how much fun he had!”

About: Hello dog parents! We know how it feels to go on vacation and worry about where to leave your dog. Rest assured that we will take great care of your pet so please don't worry and enjoy your vacation !!! We are a dog loving family that live in a single family house with our very friendly Golden doodle girl. We live in a 1 acre lot so rest assure, your pups will have plenty of space to roam around I work from home so I get to spend all day with your dog; our daily routines vary between, playing at local dog parks, local trails or walking around our neighborhood. Once the kids get back from school they will play non-stop, snuggle and tend to all our guest dogs. Rest assured our home is a wonderful place to raise our puppy and care for other canine pals. Why we love dog sitting My wife and myself are both animal lovers and grew up with dogs. Most of our adult lives we either lived or cared for other people's pets. I've owned all types of breeds for more than 15 years. My history ranges from small dogs like yorkies and french poodles, to bigger sizes like alaskan malmute and shepherds. Our kids are picking up after our love to dogs and really enjoy helping us with taking care of pups. Wether it's feeding them, walking them or just snuggling, they will take care of your pups and make them feel part of our family! About our space We have a very large 1 acre fenced in back yard where pups are free to explore, play and roam around as they please during the day. We have plenty of space indoors for your pet to sleep either on a comfy dog bed, on a cool floor, on fluffy carpet, or a private dog crate; all dogs will sleep indoors. My experience administering medication Yes, both oral or injected. *Please Note: We ask for all DROP OFFs be between 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm and all PICK UP's be between 9:00 am - 11:00 am. Please plan accordingly. This may require you to request an extra day to fit these hours. Thank you.* **We also ask for your dog to be housebroken before they can stay with us.** Usually we go for a long walk around the neighborhood in the morning and then go to one in the early evening. We usually let the dogs roam around the yard for a few hours but they are also welcome to stay indoors if they prefer. We have a one acre fenced in yard where your pupss are free to roam around. We leave in a gated community with a nice path along the lake where we take our daiily walks. I work from home and are constantly looking after the pups needs.
“Austin was again amazing as always! If you need a sitter I definitely recommend him! He’s very nice and communicative and so good with Hades! Hades loves going over there! And he loves Austin! I never have to worry when Hades is with Austin! He takes such good care of Hades!”

About: I specialize in accepting single boardings at my home as well as short and long stays in your home. I stay day and night thru out. I’m a full-time professional sitter, and when I commit to your pets and your home, I’m all in. I don’t just swing by to scoop food and dash — I stay overnight, follow your routines, and make sure your pets feel calm, safe, and genuinely cared for the entire time you’re away. They get love, attention, and consistency — and you get real peace of mind. This isn’t a gig to me. It’s what I do. And I do it with heart. I have plenty of experience with large breeds — the kind that some sitters might shy away from. I don’t breed discriminate, and I know that “big” doesn’t mean “bad.” In fact, some of my most loyal cuddle buddies have outweighed me! I absolutely adore the pitties, rotties, and other gentle giants — they’ve got big heads, big hearts, and a soft spot in mine. That said, I do prioritize safety — for everyone involved. I’m confident, calm, and respectful in my approach, and I appreciate open, honest communication about your pet’s temperament, routines, and needs. I know it’s a big deal to trust someone with your fur babies and your home. I take that trust seriously. I treat your space with care, keep things clean and secure, and most importantly, Your pets will feel seen, safe, and loved. Whether your dog needs someone to curl up with at night or your cat needs their routine followed to the letter, I’m here for it. I’ll meet them where they are — playful, shy, anxious, spoiled, senior, or sassy. My goal is simple: when you walk back through that door, your pets are relaxed, happy, and barely noticed you left. I dedicate my entire schedule to caring for animals, which means your pet gets my full attention, flexibility, and consistent care. Being in their familiar space dramatically reduces the stress and trauma that new surroundings can trigger. I look at it like their very own staycation! My goal is to keep your pets in their normal routine while focusing on safe, stimulating and loving care. All the while providing you with peace of mind. I take great pride in my integrity — it’s non-negotiable. Doing the right thing, even when no one’s watching, isn’t just a value; it’s how I operate every day. You, your babies, and your home deserve nothing less than my full commitment and care.
“Vivian was incredible. She was super welcoming and spoke with us before to explain she has a dog and the disposition of her dog. Sasha loved her and would highly recommend her! Best experience 100%”

About: We currently have a 15 year old Yorkie and 2 rescues which we love, and we have kept friends and family's dogs over the years. We have a fenced yard and garden in back. I'm retired so I'm around most of the time. Sometimes I'm gone for a few hours running errands or going shopping for my business., or a music rehearsal. We live walking distance from the University of Oklahoma so we can keep your fur baby on game day! I have a fenced yard and garden, and 3 small dogs to keep your baby company. We have kept friends and family's dogs and they all get along with the others.

“Our dogs had a great day with Norma and friends! They were relaxed and happy when we picked them up. Norma sent us photo updates to reassure us that our babies were in good hands. Thank you so much! See you next time!!”
About: I've consistently taken care of animals for over 30 years. Feeding, caring, loving and training dogs for friends, family and neighbors has been an honor and a pleasure. I especially love senior dogs and am skilled at training puppies. I would love the opportunity to exercise your dog in solo or group sessions! I frequently visit local hiking trails and dog parks, so if your pet likes adventure then I can accommodate. Multiple dogs welcome! I am reliable, safety conscious and available for a free meet and greet so you can judge for yourself! Just send me a message to coordinate a convenient time. My energetic 6 year old daughter is home on Thursdays through Sunday morning. I am available for my services 7 days a week! This is my sole focus, so I am very available for your pet's needs. I have a large fenced yard with one dog to keep your pet company. She is a cheerful and energetic friend to all. I will send photos and updates and provide GPS location for our walks and adventures.
About: I’ve been a dog owner my entire life. My last baby traveled over the rainbow bridge and I’m looking for dogs to care for and give lots of snuggles. I work from home and have a lot of flexibility throughout the day. I have a fenced yard with lots of room to run. My two grandsons are here after school most days, so if I’m watching your family fur baby in my home they need to be good with kids. Happy to take walks, play fetch, and be their companion while you’re away. I work from home and have flexibility to go for walks, take outside fun breaks and give love and snuggles throughout the day. I am also able to go to your home to let your animals out and give some love a few times a day if needed. I can bring my laptop and work from your home to pet sit if you have high speed internet. I’m off most weekends. I have a large fences yard and a park close to my house. I live alone with no animals. I have two grandsons (7 and 11 years old) that walk to my house after school. I usually only have them for an hour or two before they are picked up. But if your dogs are staying at my house they need to be kid friendly.
“I have taken my dog to boarders in the past. She wasn't mistreated through these services, but, I also didn't feel the special attention that we got with Julie. Julie was an absolute delight for both my dog and myself. She notified me at intervals on how my dog was doing through using both pictures and short videos. She was extremely easy to work with from first point of contact to pick up. I will definitely use her services again if/when needed.”

About: My motto is that it's my responsibility to make sure that each dog feels the most comfortable, loved, and most importantly safe in the short time I have them. Every day that I'm with your pup, I keep that motto at the forefront of my mind. I know how important dogs are to our lives, so it's my duty to make sure that your pup gets to experience the same kind of love and care that they're used to at home. I'm an out of state college student who has three larger dog breeds at home that I miss so much. And I’ve grown up around dogs all my life so making pups as happy as I can and taking care of them just come second nature for me! Although I've been a lifelong dog lover, my experience with pups is much more far-reaching than that. I recently have over 2 years of volunteering experience at a no-kill animal shelter called “City of Norman Animal Welfare” and I’m hoping to take my lived experience and activism with animals into a summer job. I've worked with dogs big and small and loved taken care of all of them equally. I've also been trained in Pet First Aid and am experienced administering medication. When taking on a new client, I typically like to schedule a meet-and-greet. It's a great way to make sure that we're all a good fit for one another, which is so important to me. Likewise, it gives us the opportunity to chat face-to-face about your pup, their needs, and your care expectations. No one knows your dog better than you do, so it's always great to chat with owners in person about what makes their pup tick! Finally, I just love meeting new dogs!! like to get down on their level to show them that I'm a welcome presence here to make friends, and I'm sure we'll be best buddies in no time at all. I know how difficult it is to be away from your best friend, so communication is the name of my game. I'll make sure to send plenty of regular updates with accompanying pictures so you can see just how much fun your pup and I are having together <3 Note: Might do cats in the future, but as I’ve gotten older I’ve grown allergic so Benadryl is a must. I am currently working an internship at a museum with very flexable hours for the summer giving me lots of time to play and walk your pups! With the internship I just need to work 12 hours a week but can come and go from the museum as I like and can take an hour off for lunch, work only 2 days a week, only work early mornings, it is truely amazing having such an independent schedule, which is why I thought dog sitting & walking would be a great idea. Would love to do boarding/doggy daycare, like I said in my bio, I miss my dogs at home so much so giving some weekend love to yours won’t be a problem. But I do live in an apartment and having any animal for longer than a week without having them registered with the building would be against my lease, so I cannot do super long sleepovers :( My entire apartment complex is fenced in but because theres other people they would be on a leash, but theres PLENTY of grass to go potty and frolic. We also have a large yard in the center of the apartment complex where they can run and stretch their legs off leash. While all dogs are outside on or off leash they will NEVER leave my sight regardless of have a history of running away or not. Love playing fetch with dogs and rewarding good behavoir with lots of treats. (Dietary concerns considered) I drive a toyota highlander SUV with plenty of space for transporting your pups and making sure they’re secure and totally safe. Just like watching your dogs transporting them should be done with the utmost care and I have a squeaky clean drivng record. I currently do not have a crate at my apartment, but dogs generally feel most comfortable in their own bedding especially in a new unfamilar environment, if you’d allow me to bring it from your home and return it with your pet. There’s plenty of space in the apartment, but I’d only sit about three large dogs at a time to allow plenty of playtime space or incase they get the zoomies. Dog beds or crates can be in the livingroom or my bedroom wherever your pet is most comfortable sleeping. I am also comfortable washing dogs after having multiple sessions with them to gauge temperment. A lot of dogs get anxious with baths and I am more then comfortable handling that and have multiple times in the past, but I do not need to put myself in harms way dealing with aggressive untrained dogs. Nonetheless I understand that for a lot of middle aged dog parents bathing dogs is tedious and can hurt your back, so I am happy to provide a clean pup for an additional tip! (Skin concerns considered with products used)

My goal is always to provide dependable, compassionate care that gives both pets and their owners peace of mind. I am currently in school but I have only online classes so it is very easy for me to work around any pet parents schedule and I will work very hard to be able to give your furbabies the up-most care, love, and attention that they deserve! When I pet sit in someone’s home, I treat their dogs with the same care, love, and attention I would give my own. I am very affectionate and highly interactive, making sure each dog feels comfortable, safe, and happy while their owners are away. I spend quality time playing with them, giving plenty of cuddles, and keeping them engaged so they don’t feel lonely or stressed. I carefully follow feeding schedules, walking routines, and any special instructions to ensure their daily routine stays consistent. My goal is to provide a calm, loving presence and excellent care so both the dogs and their owners can feel confident and at ease.
