I’m attentive to their routines, love giving plenty of playtime and affection, and will treat your pup with the same care I would give my own. Would love if dog(s) are getting treated regularly for fleas/ticks especially if coming into my home. I currently stay at home all day during the week so I would be able to give full attention to your pets needs. If they’re staying over the weekend I would accommodate my plans to be home while they’re in my care. Your pet(s) would have free range in my first floor apartment townhouse. There is a communal dog park that is walking distance I would take them to only if no one else was there. We have a private community that I would take them on walks throughout the day.

About: For the past four years, I’ve been actively involved in running a busy in-home dog boarding and daycare business through Rover. While my former partner handled most of the client communication and scheduling, I was heavily involved in the day-to-day care of the dogs and was responsible for making sure they were safe, happy, exercised, and well cared for throughout their stay. I regularly cared for multiple dogs at a time, including dogs staying with us 24/7. My responsibilities included taking dogs outside every 1–2 hours, supervising playtime and group interactions, providing exercise and enrichment, cleaning up after them, and paying close attention to their individual personalities and behaviors. Over the years, I’ve learned a great deal about dog behavior and how to safely manage different temperaments, energy levels, and personalities. I became comfortable introducing dogs to one another, supervising group play, recognizing when dogs needed space or a break, and making sure every dog was comfortable in the environment. I also handled a large part of the cleaning and daily upkeep, including cleaning crates, deep-cleaning the dog areas, washing food and water bowls, maintaining a clean environment, and making sure the dogs always had a safe and comfortable place to stay. One of my favorite parts of caring for dogs is making sure they have a great experience while their owners are away. I love playing with them, giving them attention, taking them outside, and getting great pictures and updates for their owners so they can see how much fun their dog is having. Dogs have always been a huge part of my life, and after four years of hands-on experience caring for dogs in a busy boarding and daycare environment, I’m excited to continue doing what I love and provide that same level of care to Rover clients and their pets. This is what I do and have done for a living for the last 4 years, prior to this I was working with my former partner under her rover account, plenty of play time for your pups! I create a safe environment for the dogs in my care by using crates, if your dog is good with other dogs then I do small play groups that last anywhere between 30-45 minutes, if your dog is reactive to other dogs I keep them in separate areas of the house, and let them out 1 on 1 with me.

However, if I didn't tell it exactly as it is, I would be extremely selfish and feel terrible because someone else could lose out on having the beautiful experience of feeling the peace of mind (.... heart, and soul) to go on a trip and truly know your fur baby is being looked after not only responsibly, but with love and care. Oh, and that they would be having an absolute BLAST and the time of their lives!! I myself was worried my pup (River) wouldn't want to come back home 😂😂!! Miranda graciously took the time to communicate with me and shared many photos and videos of River's time with her and the crew there, and I loved every single second of all of them. Her Instagram page is where it's at too and an absolute must whether your baby is staying with her at the time or not... but definitely while they're staying b/c you get all the enjoyment of seeing them doing all the (very fun) things. Well worth every single penny in every way!! I will not hesitate in any way to have River stay with Miranda again when I go on another trip and I'm actually looking forward to doing so for myself and for River. Miranda, you're amazing and you've got an amazing thing going on... and you're stuck with us forever now 😁❤️🤗”

About: I’ve had three dogs of my own over the years, so I know firsthand that dogs aren’t just pets—they’re family. I truly enjoy getting to know each dog’s unique personality, whether they’re energetic and playful, cuddly and calm, or a little shy at first. When your dog is in my care, my goal is to make them feel safe, comfortable, loved, and right at home. I’m attentive to their routines, love giving plenty of playtime and affection, and will treat your pup with the same care I would give my own. You can feel confident knowing your dog is getting both loving attention and dependable care while you’re away. Would love if dog(s) are getting treated regularly for fleas/ticks especially if coming into my home. I currently stay at home all day during the week so I would be able to give full attention to your pets needs. If they’re staying over the weekend I would accommodate my plans to be home while they’re in my care. Your pet(s) would have free range in my first floor apartment townhouse. There is a communal dog park that is walking distance I would take them to only if no one else was there. We have a private community that I would take them on walks throughout the day.

“I never met Heather... but her husband/boyfriend was there for both drop off and pick up for my 2 dogs. We only needed one night... they had a nice set up for access to a fenced back yard which is all my boys needed. Heather might have not been there that weekend or something, but the man who was there messaged me with updates and photos. I would book again with just the husband lol, maybe next time I can meet Heather.”

He’s 11 and can be a little finicky when staying somewhere new, and she even made him fresh eggs (his favorite breakfast topper) to encourage him to eat.
