Over the years, I've cared for dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, turtles, fish, hermit crabs, and more. Every animal has its own unique personality, and getting to know what makes each one feel safe, happy, and loved is one of my greatest joys. My heart has a special place for senior pets. My beloved Shih Tzu, Paisley, was my soulmate and constant companion for 15 wonderful years. Caring for her through every stage of life taught me patience, compassion, and the importance of paying attention to the little things—whether that's noticing a change in behavior, sticking to a medication schedule, or simply knowing when a pet needs extra comfort and reassurance. Today, my home is filled with the joyful chaos of two rambunctious hounds, Hunter & Brownie, and one mischievous black kitty, Batman (Mr. Meeps), who keep me laughing every single day. They remind me that every pet is wonderfully unique, with their own personality, quirks, and favorite ways to be loved. I believe pets are happiest when they can maintain their normal routine, especially while their family is away. In your home, I'll follow your pet's schedule as closely as possible, including feeding, fresh water, walks, playtime, medications (if needed), potty breaks, litter box cleaning, and, of course, plenty of love and attention. I'll also make sure your home is respected by bringing in mail or packages, watering plants if requested, and leaving everything just as I found it. I know every pet is unique. Some love to play, some prefer long walks, and others simply want a calm companion nearby. I'll take the time to understand your pet's personality and tailor my care to help them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I'll also send regular photo and message updates so you can enjoy your time away with confidence, knowing your pet is receiving attentive, compassionate care every step of the way.
About: I have been caring for animals since I was a small child. I’ve cared for fish, frogs, Guinea pigs, cats, dogs, etc. I have plenty experience dog sitting and dog walking a variety of breeds, ages, and plenty of fun quirks. I’m currently available Tuesdays and weekends, and I’m happy to work with pet parents looking for consistent weekly care, especially midday drop-ins. Building a routine and getting to know your pet’s personality is my favorite part of pet sitting! I always make sure the fur babies have fresh water and food if need be. I try to include a little play time of some variety along with plenty of cuddles.
