We’ve used drop-in sitters before, but this was our first time trying boarding, and I immediately felt confident leaving him with her. Deanna introduced him to the other dogs in such a calm, skilled, and safe way, and her dogs were so gentle that my pup seemed to adjust much more easily than I expected. “Jalaina did a great job looking after my dog Baxter. Typically, I board him with a kennel, but he hates being in a cage and restricted. Jalaina was all I could have hoped for. She sent numerous pictures of Baxter that allowed me to have peace of mind when I needed a last minute sitter and a “homey” environment for Baxter. He warmed up to her immediately and even got comfy on her couch. Also, she walked him daily and when I picked him up he wasn’t anxious as he has been in kennel environments. I almost forgot to mention that she watched my Mom’s dog as well in the same weekend. We wanted to board them together because they are with each other most days. I can’t say enough about Jalaina and her sweet and gentle spirit which is why I think both dogs had such an enjoyable stay and I will not hesitate to book her again.”

About: I’ve had a fur companion all of my life! I’ve successfully raised and trained five dogs from puppies and I have experience with rescue pups who may not feel entirely comfortable in their new environment. I’ve experienced small and large breeds alike, with my current pup being a King Cavalier Spaniel. Goose’s cousins who we see weekly are two Golden retrievers and one rescue mix. I’m able to be flexible or rigid when it comes to your pets schedule, and am knowledgeable in special diets, fresh pet food, administering meds if needed. I have the luxury of working from home and creating my own schedule which makes my days very flexible! I currently can accept pets for boarding, play dates or walks Sunday through Thursday, 9:30am to 10pm. My dog is allowed to be on all furniture and sleep in the bed and your pet would be permitted to as well if that is your preference! We are happy to share our dogs food but would prefer food is delivered with the dog for stays. We are used to dogs that have a tendency to run if given the chance but appreciate heads up so we can be extra attentive.

I’ve experienced small and large breeds alike, with my current pup being a King Cavalier Spaniel. Goose’s cousins who we see weekly are two Golden retrievers and one rescue mix. I’m able to be flexible or rigid when it comes to your pets schedule, and am knowledgeable in special diets, fresh pet food, administering meds if needed. I have the luxury of working from home and creating my own schedule which makes my days very flexible! I currently can accept pets for boarding, play dates or walks Sunday through Thursday, 9:30am to 10pm. My dog is allowed to be on all furniture and sleep in the bed and your pet would be permitted to as well if that is your preference! Goose and I take several walks a day and love to take day trips to various area dog parks and hiking trails or enjoy a lazy afternoon on the couch.
