Our Frodo gave a bit of an attitude by trying to insist that we give him people food over the food he normally eats. Luckily, Sandy knew the drill and wasn’t fooled by his shenanigans. Frodo gave up by dinner time and would eat his food, but kept trying again every morning. 🤦🏻♀️ He obviously enjoyed his stay because he followed Sandy everywhere and made sure that she shared her recliner each night. I started dog walking because I know how important it is to find someone you can truly trust with your precious pups. My husband and I adopted two rescue dogs, Myrtle and Daisy, who came to us with potty and behavioral challenges after being poorly cared for in a puppy mill. With patience and love, they’ve blossomed into two silly, fun-loving dogs who are an important part of our family. I’m not a trainer, groomer, or vet tech—I’m simply a devoted pet parent who understands how much peace of mind matters when you’re leaving your “babies” with someone else. I’d love the opportunity to be a trusted friend to you and your pups! 🐾 I’m available for weekday walks starting around 3:30 PM. I enjoy getting outside and spending time with dogs, so pet care fits naturally into my routine. My own dogs also keep me familiar with the importance of consistency, attention, and lots of love! On weekends, I am available for boarding from Friday evening to Sunday evening. To ensure dog safety, we crate all dogs when humans are away. “Celene is legitimately the best dog sitter you could ask for. She not only is an early riser but is a night owl. Celene sends updates and ask questions without even being asked. She not only puts effort in towards jaxsons training she has even went out of her way to teach us on how we could be doing different/better. Celene also makes sure that jaxson gets the proper food/water/bathroom breaks as he needs. He doesn't come back hungry, needing to potty, or beat up. Penny, celenes dog, is hands down the cutest little thing I've ever seen. When I get there she is happy to greet me at the door with kisses and tail wags. Jaxson also loves penny and always comes back PROPERLY wore out. My final thoughts are if I could had another grandma I would ask her. About: My sister and I moved back to our home town and moved in together (along with my 10 year old niece and my 2 year old daughter). Both of us have had pets all our lives, including owning dogs from as small as 20 pounds to as large as 120 pounds. My doggie Odie stayed with my ex in California and our current family recently and unexpectedly lost my sister’s mini-Poochon, Cosmo. We recently adopted a Labradoodle! Grover is super sweet and loves to have playmates but also understands how to give other dogs space. My 2 year old loves all animals and understands how to give dogs space and to read physical cues (lip curl, growl), but unfortunately, we can’t dog sit or board any dogs that aren’t okay with small children. We are okay with dogs that need some extra care (meds, help going outside to potty, etc.). We have a large fenced yard and we welcome pups in all parts of our house. Thanks! I work from home, my sister watches my two year old in the house, and my 10 year old niece does online school so lots of options for care and cuddles. My parents are also just a few minutes away if we ever need back up! We have a large fenced yard and can do walks as needed (although with some limits when the weather is super cold). We welcome pups in all parts of our house including bedrooms on the second or first floor if pups have a hard time with stairs.
About: Since loosing my boy Copper I thought what better way to get that hole he left in my heart filled . I have lots of love to give if thats what your furry friend needs or lots of space if they prefer that to. My love for our fury friends runs very deep. & i have experience caring for them all! Im very active so there would be no worry on your pet missing a walk or play time. My husky was reactive on a leash so im always careful and hyper focused on my surroundings when on walks or doing anything outside with them. I have a small fenced in area of my yard that goes off my deck, an about an acre of unfenced for leashed strolls ,along with some wooded area that has a small loop around it perfect for sniffs! I also know of some secluded hiking spots for any reactive dogs that need longer walks and space from others. Saftey is most important to me, so im kind of a helicopter mom when it comes to any pet in my care! My husky was on severel medications for seizures and arthritis so I am used to scheduled medication as well. I have a giant garden and live a small homestead life. So I am almost always home except when i work my part time job. I have a small fenced in yard for them to relax in or go potty , along with a small wooded area with a loop for all the sniffs ! My area is safe and quiet as well.
