“This is the first time we have ever boarded a fur baby in someone’s home. We were very nervous. Our dog has stitches and needed meds during his stay and Karin was able to accommodate his needs! She was also awesome at sending us pictures and updates. It was great seeing him having fun! We will definitely be using her again! We will even do some doggy daycare since our dogs are besties now!”

“I would 100% use Catherine again. She is so sweet and LOVES animals. She treated our Goldendoodle like one of her own. If you need a sitter don’t hesitate on using Catherine, You will feel very comfortable leaving your pet with her ❤️”

“It was our first time leaving Poppy and I honestly couldn't have felt better about it. Meeting Stephanie on her porch and her holding Poppy, letting her do her Doxie thing and lick her in greeting had me knowing it was meant to be. I knew she would be well taken care of and safe. She sent pictures that allowed me to know Poppy couldn't be happier. I would certainly recommend Stephanie to take care of your fur baby.”

About: I own and care for a 3 year-old medium goldendoodle. He is energetic and always ready to play with any dog or human around. I have 2 years of dog training experience, including basic obedience training, and basic trick training. I grew up with a Brittany, so I am very familiar with the personalities and instincts of hunting breeds as well. I stay at home with my one year old son, so I am available during the week days, and for extended stays/overnight boarding. We would love to care for your dog! I have a fenced in yard for the dogs to run. I will provide your dog’s food and any medicines or care routines on your provided schedule, to maintain your dog’s familiar routine while in a new environment. I am flexible with your dog’s preferred sleeping arrangements— I have a large crate and a medium sized crate available if your dog is a crate sleeper, but my dog is allowed on furniture, so I will provide whatever your dog prefers. Family-friendly, non-aggressive, fairly sociable dogs are preferred, no age preferences or restrictions. My toddler LOVES dogs and will certainly run up to hug or pet the dog.
About: Hi, I’m Courtney! Your dog’s new dependable best friend. With 15 years of experience working with animals, I bring a calm, confident, and caring approach to every visit. I’m comfortable with all breeds, all sizes, and all personalities — from shy seniors to energetic puppies. Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I currently have dogs and guinea pigs at home, so I understand how important it is to find someone you trust with your furry family. My goal is to make every dog feel safe, happy, and understood while keeping you updated every step of the way. Pet care is naturally built into my weekly routine. I plan my schedule around my drop-ins and walks to make sure every pet gets consistent, on-time care. I check in throughout the day, send updates, and make sure each visit has my full attention. On my days off, I’m even more flexible and can offer extra visit times. In your home, I follow your pet’s routine, make sure their needs are met, keep their space clean, and give them plenty of attention. I provide calm, consistent care and always send updates each visit.
“Biscuit had a great first ever day of dog daycare with Tim and Kasia! We got a couple of short videos of playtime and reassurance that she was doing well. Tim and Kasia also were very generous with their time when we visited beforehand and answered all of our questions. They have been very trustworthy and we will be back!”

I'm really open to anything and have flexibility because I work from home, just send me a message to ask. About: Hi, I’m Trina. I’m someone who leads with compassion — especially when it comes to animals. I’ve been helping rescue and care for them since I was 13, and I still feel just as passionate now as I did when I walked into my first shelter. Whether it’s dogs, cats, rats, or any animal in need, I’m always ready to show up. I currently volunteer with my local Humane Society and have hands-on experience with everything from fostering and bottle-feeding to behavioral support. I’ve helped scared, sick, and overlooked animals feel safe and loved again — and there’s nothing more fulfilling to me. I’ve also been vegan since I was 13 because I believe in kindness toward all animals, not just the ones we share our homes with. My approach is calm, patient, and respectful. I know that trust takes time, and I never take that for granted. I’m new here and just getting started, but I’d truly love the chance to turn this kind of work into my full-time job. It would mean the world to me to earn your trust and be given opportunities to grow, help, and show what I can do. If you’re looking for someone who brings heart, care, and consistency — I’d be honored to work with you. I am hoping for so this full time! As of right now I have a job 9-5 most days! Except Sunday and Monday I’m off! If I can start doing this full time, I would available all days! 7 days a week, anytime between 7am-10pm. Let’s talk about how I can help you. I provide a calm, secure space, follow routines closely, give constant supervision, and treat every pet like my own—with patience, respect, and love. I take my job very seriously and handle with so much love and care.
“Catherine and Hubby are a wonderful team. They both love animals and they take such good care of my fur baby, just like she's their own. If you need care I highly recommend THEM!”

“McKenzie provided good communication and updates of care with pictures. Our dogs seemed healthy and happy upon pickup. McKenzie creates a well prepared dog environment for their enjoyment and safety. McKenzie was friendly and professional.”

About: I enjoy helping friends and family with their pets and am looking forward to meeting your four-legged besties. Our family loves animals of all kinds. I am a STAHM to two littles so I am always available to spend time with your dogs, but we do require them to be kid-friendly. We recently had two older dogs who passed away so we are happy to get our dog time in before we commit to a new family pet. Our backyard is not fenced but we enjoy taking walks around the neighborhood! I took a break from dog sitting while my two littles were babies. Now I am staying at home with them and we love taking walks so I thought we would starting taking care of dogs again! We have an open floor plan house and a big yard, our yard isn’t fenced so we do lots of walks and just spending time together outside!
“Our dog, Monty, really enjoyed his stay and obviously bonded with the care providers and other members of the pack. The daily pictures and updates were very much appreciated. We are fortunate to have found you. Thank you!”

About: I have experience taking care of friends' dogs and my own dog, giving her oral medications and in food, walking them among others. I enjoy the experience a lot, to be able to meet new pets and their owners. I work from home, so I am available during the day to give your doggie attention, take your dog for a walk, feed and of course give your doggie a lot of love. I know very well what it's like to be away from your beloved doggie and how much you miss them when they're not by your side. That's why I assure you of frequent, daily updates on your doggie so you can have peace of mind knowing how they are and what they're doing each day. Being home all day allows me to guarantee that your doggie will always be accompanied and well cared for. They will be able to go outside to pee frequently, will have their meals on time, and will get their daily walk if they enjoy physical activity. I always keep a close eye on the dogs I'm caring for and always take them outside on a leash. If your dog takes any oral medication or vitamins, please feel free to bring them so I can administer them. Just send me the instructions in writing before the day you drop them off. If your dog has any favorite toys, treats, or long-lasting chews that they're used to having, it would be great if you brought them so they feel even happier. My priority is that your doggie feels comfortable and happy, and they will receive plenty of belly rubs and love.
About: Hi! My name is Andrea and I’d love to hang with your pup! My preference is to house sit for you as I’m currently in a condo that might limit my availability to watch your fur baby in my home, but I’m open to discussing! I work remote, so my job allows me to work anywhere. It’s a win/win for you and me. If I go anywhere, I won’t be gone long or I’ll take them with me. I’ve had dogs in my family for all of my life. I had my own baby for almost 15 years and had to say goodbye a couple years ago (he’s pictured in the red wagon on my profile). I’d love to have another dog, but I haven’t found the right one yet. So in the meantime, I’ve been dog sitting for friends and family and found that I love it! I love all dogs and will love your furbaby as my own! I’m flixible and available last minute most of the time! My schedule is flexible. Because I work remote/from home, we’ll have plenty of play time. It also means less alone time and/or kennel time for your pup. I don’t have an enclosed yard, but I enjoy taking breaks from work to go for walks. And I promise your pup won’t be ignored. I can crate if needed, but I’d much rather take them for a ride in my car if I have to go anywhere.

I am a college student and I pet sit over the summer, and holiday breaks throughout the year. I am available for daily drop-in’s throughout the week and on weekends. Furthermore, I've owned and taken care of dogs my whole life. Even now I have two of my own dogs. Since my Mom's more experienced with watching animals, she may help me with jobs from time to time. I work part-time and also go to school part-time, so I'll have plenty of time to stay with your pet(s) and check on them. I'll check on your pet(s) periodically and care for them as I'm instructed. I also have prior experience caring for older animals and animals who take oral medications or shots.
About: 5 years ago I fell in love with my dog Shiba Foxy, she is literally my best friend. I have trained her to be such a good family dog. With maybe a little to much begging for food, but we are not perfect! Other than that I have raised 4 kids and a cat! So what can go wrong? After a very busy life of working in the finance industry and being a district manager in the outside field, I took a step back and now work in a director position working from home. I find myself needing a bit more. I also love things that don't talk back, like kids. hehe. In my home we have a fully fenced in yard. Foxy in leashed in harnessed on walks at all times. It's important to abide by the guidelines that the customer wants you to follow, if they want their animals in a crate with food or treats then prefect. If they don't then that is what you follow.

About: I’ve had 4 years of hands on experience caring for dogs and absolutely love being around them. Through caring for dogs of my own and being around different breeds and personalities, I’ve learned how important patience, consistency, and attention are when it comes to making dogs feel safe and comfortable. I’m experienced with feeding routines, walks, playtime, cleaning up messes, giving lots of affection, and making sure dogs get the attention and care they need throughout the day. Whether your dog is super energetic and playful or more shy and relaxed, I always try to match their personality and make them feel loved like they’re part of my own family. currently have a very open and flexible schedule, which allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to pet care. I’m looking to make pet sitting and animal care my full-time focus, so I’m available for weekdays, weekends, mornings and even last-minute needs whenever possible. Because of my flexible availability, I’m able to give pets the patience, consistency, and attention they deserve rather than trying to squeeze them into a busy schedule. I truly enjoy spending time with animals and love being someone pet owners can rely on and trust with their pets. I genuinely try to care for pets the same way I would want someone to care for my own. When I’m in a client’s home, my biggest goal is making sure their pet feels safe, comfortable, loved, and as stress-free as possible while their owner is away. I know animals can feel anxious or confused when their routine changes, so I do my best to bring a calm, patient, and comforting presence into their space. I make sure they stay on their normal routine with feedings, walks, potty breaks, playtime, medications if needed, and plenty of affection and attention. Whether that means playing with an energetic dog, sitting quietly with a nervous pet until they warm up to me, or simply giving them companionship so they don’t feel alone, I always try to meet them where they’re at emotionally. I truly treat every pet like they’re my own, and I care deeply about making sure both the pets and their owners feel safe and comfortable trusting me in their home!

I will only be offering dog walking and pet sitting in clients homes at this time.
About: Most dogs on Rover are being booked for walks. What I offer is different. This service is for dogs who are getting out, but still not truly getting the kind of output that changes how they carry themselves afterward. A short walk can be enough for bathroom breaks and basic movement, but it often doesn’t do much for dogs with bigger engines. I provide structured running sessions on repeat neighborhood routes at a steady, controlled pace. The goal is not random exercise or excitement. The goal is real physical output delivered in a way that stays consistent from week to week. And that difference matters. Because when the pace is steady, the route is familiar, and the session is long enough to actually count, dogs tend to use energy more evenly instead of just getting briefly stimulated. Owners often notice their dogs settle more easily at home, feel less restless through the day, and carry themselves more calmly after consistent runs. I use an electric longboard setup so I can maintain that steady pace while staying focused on your dog, the terrain, and the environment the entire session. It allows the run to stay controlled and repeatable instead of turning into a stop-and-start walk or an inconsistent jog. *Most dogs who fit this service do best running twice per week once their rhythm is established. ➣ Sessions are scheduled on fixed days each week, not rotating times. This keeps your dog's routine predictable and helps their body adapt to the physical rhythm. Routes stay consistent, and when a route reaches capacity, new dogs join through a waitlist. *Most dogs settle into a twice-per-week schedule once their rhythm is established. ➣ Dogs run on repeat neighborhood routes with controlled pacing each session. ➣ Pickup and return happens directly at your home. ➣ I run using a controlled electric longboard setup that allows dogs to maintain steady running pace while I stay focused on pacing, terrain, and the surrounding environment. ➣ Routes repeat week to week so dogs know what to expect and settle into the rhythm of the run. ➣ Sessions are capped to protect safety and consistency across the route.

“My dog, Maze, and I worked with Amber for several months with walks twice a week, she was always on time and left detailed information about how the walk went. I really appreciated Amber’s help and I know Maze loved her time with her.”

“She was very sweet and had great communication. So good with our sweet doggie, and she was flexible and worked well with figuring out what she needed in the moment. Would book again!”

About: Mom and two almost 14 year olds (twins), we’ve had dogs our entire lives, we love them and treat them as part of our family! Safety and kindness are our top priorities. We will treat your dog with love, care, and respect. Available for walking local dogs and house sitting in our home. There is always someone home during the summer. Your dog will be treated as part of our family. We go for frequent walks and dog park visits. We have a 1200 sq ft apartment with a fenced in dog park in our courtyard and walking paths/sidewalks in our courtyard and neighborhood. We live in a wonderful safe neighborhood with low traffic. We have one small dog <10lbs.
“Words cannot express the love they will give your pet. This was my first rover.com experience and I am happy to have found a great second home for my Lucy when we travel. Thank you!”

“Kristin was very proffesional and accommodating. We were able to easily schedule a meet and greet before booking the service. She sent daily updates, including pictures, and was very communicative throughout the entire process. We look forward to booking with Kristin again!”

“Sabrina and her family are absolutely wonderful! I could tell Bobo really enjoyed his visit and had a good time. Sabrina reassured me that they could accommodate Bo's needs and treated him like family. They are passionate about taking care of your fur babies and if we are around they will be the first place we contact! Highly recommend reaching out to Sabrina and her family if you need a dog sitter!”

“This was my first time using Rover and it was a great experience! Courtney and Jordan took great care of my dog and I was able to enjoy my trip away without worry.”

“Juliana is the best!!! Bailey loved being there and she made me feel so comfortable by answering all my questions and sending updates! I know I won’t ever have to worry about him when I need to leave town again!”

“Ryan is great! He has watched Niko, our GS mix a few times now. This last time we were gone for over a week, when we picked up Niko he was freshly bathed and tuckered out from his 3mile walk. We hope to use Ryan again!!!”

“Mckenzie was great! Her dog Ducky and my dog Teddy became fast friends, and I felt guilty making him leave to go home. Haha! Mckenzie's backyard and friendly dogs, along with her experience and sweet personality, lead to a great sitter experience. Thank you, Mckenzie, for taking good care of my fur baby!”

“Our pups enjoyed their stay with Caitlyn. They were well taken care of and loved. Caitlyn went above and beyond to get my dog’s medication from our vet when results of a medical test came back after we had left town. Highly recommend!”

“Leanne did great with our dog! She was prompt at replying and easy to schedule with. Our dog has allergies and needed a little extra care and Leanne was up for it. I would book with her again! Thanks, Leanne!!”
“Tara far exceeded our expectations in caring for our 13 year old Goldendoodle. Tara provided incredible care and it’s clear her family is deeply committed to the pets for which they care. We will definitely bring Baylee back, because she already misses them! thank you to Tara and her family!”

“Catherine and Adam are incredible! Our pup got sick while we were away and they went way above and beyond and made us feel so comfortable. Can't recommend them enough!”

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I can remember. From family, friends, neighbors and even teachers, they have relied on me to feed, medicate, walk, groom, play and love their babies like my own. Every animal is different, but always loved! I’m currently and fortunately a stay at home mom so my schedule is pretty open! During the school year, I’m available after 9am and could work afternoon needs around pick up times. School is about to be out, so my schedule would be open! I’m not doing in home services due to my rescue having a bad past and still working on trusting other dogs. In clients homes, I’d make sure to follow all requests, communicate what happened during the visit and have the utmost respect for their home/pet(s).
“Our Zora had a fantastic time with Emily & Kris! When I picked her up, she wasn’t sure if she wanted to leave. Communication was prompt and we will definitely use them again.”
