“I was away for 2 months and during this time Greg took excellent care of my dog Max. He kept me updated with messages and pictures of Max's activities. He feed him the specific food I had requested along with specific joint nutrients. Greg is very knowledgeable about caring for dogs and cats. At one point Max's stool became a bit soft and Greg knew exactly what to do to get things right. The home environment with his children is very clean, friendly and caring. I think Max enjoyed it so much he probably didn't want to leave. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use Greg in the future.”

When my husband picked him up he acted like he didn’t want to leave which is out of character for Oliver because he’s usually glued to us 24/7! He loved being there and they will be our first choice whenever we need care for Oliver.”

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was 10 and have had animals my whole life. I have volunteered at many shelters and fostered previously. I have experience with older, shy, more understanding needed animals. We are used to training puppies so can keep up with any needed continued care. I work from home and am able to give my full attention to your fur baby. I can move my breaks around for bathroom or attention breaks. My 5 year old GoldenDoodle will keep them company all day, as well. We have a fenced in yard and will keep your animal safe and loved. During walks if desired we have a fully sidewalked neighborhood. We have couch covers for the dogs to be able to get on the furniture if desired. If coming to your home I will leave everything as you left it, with the exception of your animal feeling relieved and loved.

I went to do an introductory meet and greet. Her house was immaculate, very clean and organized. Hatsuki had printed (let me say it again, she printed a sheet!) a profile of clutch so she can make notes about his needs. Again this was just a meet and greet, she also made a thumb drive with a tag that had clutch’s name. About: I have watched dogs ever since I was little. I started with a family friends two huskies. They loved to run in their yard and would come visit us on days that we weren't watching them by jumping the fence. When I was 10 or 11 we got our first dog and then we got another a few years later. My wife and I now have three dogs all of which are rescues. I can help with any animals so long as I have a few days heads up that you need help. I have experience watching pretty much every kind of pet from snakes to horses. If you need your dog, or even your cat, walked than I will be happy to help. I can even just stop by to make sure that everyone has a chance to go outside throughout the day. I can stop by and just sit with your pets or I can take them out into the yard and run or throw the ball with them. I am also happy to take them out on long or short walks depending on the pets needs and age. If anybody need medicine I have plenty of experience giving it to them as well as giving dogs physical therapy while recovering from surgery.

At our home during boarding we allow dogs on all furniture (including beds) if that is something you are ok with! There is a backyard where the animal can be let out to use the restroom. Several parks nearby and dog parks to exercise the dog. A basement and extra bedroom where the dog could be crated (we have a large crate suitable for all dog types). If not crate trained, that works as well. I am capable of working with any type of dog behavior so far in my career regardless of size or situation. My wife is excellent with with medium dogs that are high energy.

About: I’ve worked with rescue dogs for several years, which has given me experience with puppies, seniors, and nervous dogs with different needs and personalities. I’m comfortable with giving medications if needed and helping reinforce things like crate and potty training. My main focus is always patience and making sure each pet feels safe, understood, and cared for. I take the time to really learn each pet’s personality so I can meet them where they’re at and build trust at their pace. Pet care is something I genuinely enjoy making time for in my day-to-day life! I’m organized and make it a priority to give each pet the attention and care they need while maintaining a consistent schedule. Even with classes starting up in the fall, I’ll still have the flexibility to provide reliable care and keep up with each pet’s routine. When caring for pets, my priority is keeping them comfortable by maintaining their normal routine as closely as possible. I carefully follow all care instructions and make sure each pet gets plenty of attention, affection, and care. My goal is to create a safe, stress-free experience where pets can feel relaxed, happy, and well cared for in the comfort of their familiar surroundings.
About: I have been around dogs my entire life. I have been training and showing my Aussies since I was little. I wash and groom my own dogs. I am currently training and showing my dogs in agility, rally, obedience, scentwork, and conformation. We compete in AKC (American Kennel Club), ASCA (Australian Shepherd Club of America), and UKC (United Kennel Club). Both have titles in rally obedience, obedience, barn hunt, and trick. My services could include: walks, baths (depending on breed), and basic obedience and trick training. I’m a SAHM with a two year old boy who is dog savvy and would come with me on visits and walks. He either walks on his own or is in a stroller. I have a fenced in yard and all of my dogs are crate trained (Snap doesn’t crate anymore though). I can help with crate training.
About: I have had my own pets since I was a kid! My family has two wonderful dogs who we got as puppies. I spent a lot of time learning how to care for and train puppies and now even in college I consistently drive home to dog sit for my parents while they are out of town. I also have experience watching a large number of dogs, caring for deaf dogs, feeding, administering medications, walking, and more. I understand the need for someone with attention to detail and a big heart as leaving your fur babies in the hands of someone else is never easy. I should have a consistent schedule which will make it easy to schedule in times/longer stays. I take great care to make sure your pets remain safe and happy when I am sitting for any family. I make sure I know what the pets can do while I am around and also what their limitations are. I have a great eye for detail and will make sure your pets are fed/given medicine on time, let out/walked when needed, and make sure they receive the love and attention they need. I tend to keep notes on me just to make sure I am not missing any little notes about what your pets prefer.
About: I work at a doggy daycare and boarding facility! I have been working there for 2 years and am a shift lead. I also care for the neighbors dogs when needed. I am currently in school from 9-12 on weekdays. The only other thing on my schedule is my work which varies on days from 2-8 about three times a week. I have a large grass fenced in backyard to allow your dog/s to run around in. I can also spend as much time in your backyard or outside with your dog as you would like me to.
About: I’m currently living on campus at my college and I come from a company in my hometown called HomeWard Bound which is a pet-care company that is very similar to Rover. I have many months of experience which lead me to enjoy this job and wanting to continue it when I live on campus. Over the summer I will be mainly free since my priority is occupying my time with taking care of animals and learning more about them! I care with patience and trust. About: I have taken care of animals for as long as I can remember! I currently have two dachshunds and am also the designated sitter for three cats who belong to my brothers, so I have a love for both! I’ve grown up with pets my whole life and love surrounding myself with them. I’ve had lots of experience sitting for pets, ranging from German shepherds to kittens. I have lots of experience working with puppies and senior dogs. I am currently at home full time for the rest of the summer before I start my first year at law school this fall! I wanted to have a relaxing and fun next couple of months before starting possibly the hardest journey of my life, and I thought no better way to do that then spend time with animals. I’m always out walking, especially during the summer and would love to have a cute furry friend to accompany me! Since I am home full time, I am very flexible and have the ability to provide lots of love and care toward your pets. I’ve just recently finished up my internship, so I am available most weekdays. Mornings and early afternoons work best for me, but I am flexible! I always make sure my pets feel loved and cared for. My parents travel a lot and rely on me to be with the dogs 24/7 which I gladly do. I make sure to take them on walks (long enough that their little legs can handle). I’ve realized that a lot more dogs than expected have separation anxiety, so I always try to be as present as possible for them! The same applies for cats. I understand cats can vary when it comes to personality and temperament, and that has helped me understand the best approaches for them and how to interact in a way that is respectful to them.
About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was born. My dogs vary in age and right now are 12, 10, and 3 years old. I am currently a freshman at Thomas More playing soccer, I have 3 dogs back home in Ohio, Being able to pet sit fits in perfectly. “I was away for 2 months and during this time Greg took excellent care of my dog Max. He kept me updated with messages and pictures of Max's activities. He feed him the specific food I had requested along with specific joint nutrients. Greg is very knowledgeable about caring for dogs and cats. At one point Max's stool became a bit soft and Greg knew exactly what to do to get things right. The home environment with his children is very clean, friendly and caring. I think Max enjoyed it so much he probably didn't want to leave. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use Greg in the future.”
