After years in corporate recruiting, I’m finally leaning into a life that feels a little more like me — being home with our foster son, spending more time with dogs, being outside, going on walks, and building something slower and more meaningful here in Ohio. Dogs have always been a huge part of my life. Because I’m not away for long workdays, pets spend very little time alone and are part of our family’s daily activities. Safety is my top priority. We have a fully fenced yard and two friendly Labrador Retrievers who are used to having other dogs around. I’ve fostered and raised more than 50 dogs, including service dogs in training, and I’m comfortable managing different personalities, routines, crate schedules, medications, and introductions. Meet & greets are required before all new boarding stays so we can make sure everyone is comfortable and it’s a good fit for both your dog and our home. I want every dog to feel safe, successful, and stress-free during their stay.

Yes, I have a small dog but our house is big enough to have another dog/cat/pet around (I can gate, and keep my dog separate if need). Your pet will be taken out for a run or walk at least 4x a day (usually 4-8 times with pictures)! Schedule: I take your/our dog out first thing in the morning, lunch, then around 3-4pm around/after dinner time , and right before bedtime too ( update you with photos)! I will spend time with your dog/pet. I will sit with, read to, massage, comb, feed and pet (constantly check on, if they don’t want to be disturbed)! Even while I read to my child, homeschool or while we watch tv at night. I have taught my children not jump around,not rush, nor scare animals. Most of my friends called my house a "zoo" growing up because of the wide range of animals we had around the house, from puppies to snakes to pigs- we had it all.
