About: My name is ebony and I have always loved dogs my whole life. Before working for Rover, I would travel from Toledo, Ohio to Hamilton/Fairfield which is estimately a 3 hour drive without a problem to dog sit for my sister and I absolutely enjoyed doing it. According to relocating, now I live in Middletown Ohio and working toward starting a dog sitting businesss. My sister introduced me to rover and I am excited to be doing business with different types of dogs and people. I am willing to walk, feed, play and keep your dog company. Not only those services but I am offering a free dog grooming service the first time i watch your pup. About: I have cared for dogs of every kind, size, and age since before I was 10 years old. I have lived with and loved my own dogs for years. I’ve raised them from puppies to happy adults, and cared for friends, family, and neighbors dogs, including many senior dogs and puppies. About: When I was about 8 years old my family got our first dog and helped my parents with basic training because it was fun, as a kid, to teach a dog how to shake and roll over. That's when my deep love for dogs began. Growing up I had a female Cocker Spaniel named Emily and a male Beagle named Fortitude. As I got older, I knew I wanted a dog of my own and when I was 20, I got a female lab mix and named her Tayla. She went EVERYWHERE with me and I trained her off leash unless we went on walks. She unfortunately passed in August 2024 due to a tumor. In February 2024, my beautiful dog Lenna crossed the rainbow bridge at the young age of 6, due to kidney disease. Loss is hard, but the memories we had and her heart lives within mine. I currently have a 2 year old female red Doberman named Maisie who is my service dog. Since I got her at 8 weeks old, she was also trained off leash unless on walks. She is a true Doberman being a Velcro dog which has made her become a wonderful service dog. I also have a soon to be 3 year old Belgian Malinois/Dutch Shepard named Reigny. She is high energy and loves to play, but also great during the day time to just hang out and sleep while I work. She is off leash and e-collar trained. She is friendly and loves snuggles, just needs to get to know someone first as she may bark a lot when you first meet her, especially in my home. I work remote full time for a therapy company, therefore I can generally adjust my schedule to be available for morning and afternoon appointments during the weekdays. Weekends I am generally open, especially in the summer months. Daycare can be in your home, I would just need access to Internet to be able to still work during the daytime. Leash manners are important, however I am more than willing to add that into walking/caring for your beloved dog. In home manners are also appreciated with not an excessive amount of barking or jumping, yet again, this is something I would be happy to assist with. Lots of attention, fresh water and meal times being met are important, especially when an outside caretaker comes in while the family is away. In my home or yours, I guarantee they will be care for like I care for my own girls! I will be certain to make sure your pet is not alone for too long when caring for them in your home and will always respect their responses upon my return.

I have a screened in patio for relaxing and getting fresh air on the rainy days. I have a 2 acre yard, so plenty of room for playtime. I have the ability to crate if needed. My house has hardwood and tile floors, so puppies are welcome with puppy pads of course.
About: I’ve taken care of my own menagerie of pets since I was a girl ranging from reptiles, rodents, small parrots, cats and dogs. Through college I volunteered on a horse farm where I cleaned and helped take care of 10 horses, also worked at a local pet store for 10 years as a floor manager and excelled in animal husbandry. In addition I worked part time as a veterinary assistant. I’m a dedicated, responsible, hardworking Momma of two wanting to share my passion for animals with others. I keep a variety of animals, book me for your reptile/small animal/aviary needs by selecting “cat” and let’s chat about what you need done while your away. I am responsible for 3 tortoises, 8 snakes, a few rats, a handful of leopard geckos, freshwater fish tanks, chameleons, dogs, a cat and let’s not forget my two babies. Keeping pets is my hobby and I’m passing this along to my young ones. Gone all day and have a new puppy that needs more attention. I’ve been there and can offer walks with BASIC obedience. About: My name is ebony and I have always loved dogs my whole life. Before working for Rover, I would travel from Toledo, Ohio to Hamilton/Fairfield which is estimately a 3 hour drive without a problem to dog sit for my sister and I absolutely enjoyed doing it. According to relocating, now I live in Middletown Ohio and working toward starting a dog sitting businesss. My sister introduced me to rover and I am excited to be doing business with different types of dogs and people. I am willing to walk, feed, play and keep your dog company. Not only those services but I am offering a free dog grooming service the first time i watch your pup. If you give me a chance at watching your dog I can prove to you how much I enjoy them and I’m pretty sure they will enjoy me being around just as much, maybe even more. I am still new to Rover but I definitely have an open schedule for any dog service needed. I am flexible with any day of the week as well as time. I have a unfenced backyard, so prefer dog to have a leash. I do not mind taking the dog to a park either. I don't mind taking the dog for a walk. It is not required but highly recommended as your dog is house trained due to the fact I have no pets at all and I am in process of learning how to train thanks to rover but not yet certified.

“Wow! I cannot say enough about what a great sitter Susan is!! On top of being just 4 miles from my home, Susan was just wonderful to us during our meet and greet, where we met her 2 dogs and 2 cats (can't say we really met the cats, since cats don't do meet and greets). We're always concerned about Abby and other dogs but once Susan's dogs met Abby, sniffed her once or twice, the novelty was gone and they all settled down. This was the first time that we had left Abby with anyone she doesn't know, and I can say that I was a little anxious, but Susan was fantastic! It's clear that she has a lot of experience with animals and cares deeply for them. She supplied lots of feedback and photos during Abby's 2-night stay and responded very quickly to my texts.
