Since both are senior dogs, one is 16 and one is 14, we were a little concerned about how well they would do. And unfortunately, one morning, one of the dogs woke up having some rather serious issues. But Dawn was right on it! She immediately put him in the car and rushed him to MedVet, as we would have done. She called us on the way there, very calmly explained the situation and continued to keep us informed the entire time. She brought him home with medication and continued to give it to him until we could return the following day. All in all, as scary as it was, we couldn’t have asked for anyone to be more attentive or caring. We will definitely be leaving our two dogs with her again and have learned to trust that she is a true and kindhearted dog person. And by the way, all turned out well.”

About: I’ve taken in a kitten and nursed it to health for 3 weeks before finding it a home. Outside of this, I’ve taken care of other people’s indoor/outdoor cats and 2 indoor bengals cats. About: I have always had pets growing up when I was younger and my love for them has grown into my adulthood even more. I have a passion for learning and understanding all different types of animals. My experience in pet care is caring for my own pets and caring for family, friends and I also have volunteered at shelters as well. My husband and I only have one dog. She is a GoldenDoodle/Labradoodle but we get her cut like a standard doodle and she is our world. I love training/exercising with her everyday and she pushes me to be the best that I can be. With our fur baby she gets a long walk in the morning, breakfast and lots of lovings. I do work a full time job in healthcare during the week Monday- Friday 8:00-4:30pm but I’m fully open on weekends. When I come home she gets a long walk, lots of play time outside, dinner and after dinner we take a long walk. I’m very cautious in all of my surroundings. Making sure every dog is securely leashed and properly walked or if you do have a fence I will follow any rules that abide.

I've had critters to love and care for since I can remember - all kinds: dogs, cats, a pony, ducks, chickens, rabbits, birds, guinea pigs and fish. I worked for a vet for several years, was on the Board of my local SPCA and have rescued 3 dogs and a cat as part of our family in the past 15 years. About: With over 15 years of hands on experience fostering more than 80 dogs, I've cared for puppies, seniors, medical cases, and dogs needing extra patience, confidence building, and socialization. Every dog is an individual, and I enjoy getting to know their unique personality and routine. I actively train (and occasionally compete) in agility, herding, trick training, scent and others with my dogs as well as helping introduce others to CPE Agility as an instructor at Clermont County Dog Training Club. This experience has given me a strong understanding of canine body language, safe introductions, and enrichment. I provide a calm, home based boarding experience with plenty of individual attention. I'm comfortable administering most medications, happy to follow your dog's routine, and require a meet-and-greet before every first stay. To ensure personalized care, I accept a maximum of two guest dogs (40 lbs or less) at a time. I work from home, so your dog will have company and supervision throughout the day. Guest dogs are rarely left alone for more than a couple of hours, and if I do need to step out, all dogs are safely crated for everyone's security. Outside breaks are offered every 2–3 hours (or more often if needed), with plenty of opportunities for sniffing, play, and relaxation. Most days include two walks, enrichment activities, and, when weather permits, a longer hike or adventure around the adjoining 150-acre property using secure long lines. Dogs who enjoy the water may also have the opportunity to splash in the pond or explore the creek with owner approval. Every dog's activity level is adjusted based on their age, fitness, personality, and your preferences. Your dog's safety and comfort always come first. Every new guest is required to complete a meet-and-greet before booking so we can make sure everyone is a good fit. Because my own dogs share the home, I look for guests who are dog-friendly or dog-tolerant. New dogs are introduced gradually, and crate-free time with my dogs only happens after I've assessed everyone's comfort and temperament. Dogs are continuously supervised while together, and I carefully manage interactions to keep the environment calm and positive. My home features approximately half an acre of securely fenced outdoor space, along with access to 150 acres for on-leash adventures. Guest dogs are never off leash outside the fenced yard; long lines are always used when exploring. Dogs are welcome on the furniture unless you prefer otherwise, and I'll happily follow your household routines and care instructions to help your dog feel at home. Please note this is a hobby farm with chickens and sheep on the premise. They will be secured away from the guest dogs.

I can gate, and keep my dog separate if need) Your pet will be taken out for a run or walk at least 4x a day (usually 4-9 times with pictures)! Schedule: I take your/our dog out first thing in the morning, break, lunch, then around 3-4pm, around/after dinner time, and right before bedtime too ( update you with photos)! I will spend time with your dog/cat/pet. I will sit with, read to, massage, clean, comb, feed and pet (constantly check on, if they don’t want to be disturbed)! Even while I read to my kids, homeschool or while we watch tv at night. And my dog will be gated, separated, away from your dog/pet when we are out and when requested. About: We've had dogs our whole lives and love the joy they bring us. We've been pet sitting on and off for the last 3 years and would love the chance to take care of your family member! Jathan works from home every day and Dani's office is dog-friendly and we have some flexibility between the two of us to both do work from home days. If your pup absolutely has to have someone there at all times or has medication needs, we can also rearrange schedules to have both of us work from home, or bring them along to the office! We have a patio dog door, allowing dogs to spend time inside if they wish or to let themselves outside to sunbathe, chase squirrels or burn off any energy if home alone. Our home has a large, fully fenced backyard that everyone always has access to. In the summer we try to spend a lot of time back there relaxing, chasing bubbles and throwing the ball. About: Hello, I graduated from Grant Career Center’s veterinary science program in 2024 where I learned all about animal handling along with grooming and dog training. I personally love the older pups as I have a 18 year old Jack Russel myself. Im currently working part time at a doggy boarding facility but the hours just aren’t keeping me afloat. I need a side hustle and I refuse to do anything non animal related 💜 I have a huge fenced in yard for my 3 dogs (2 small 1 large), I also like to walk my cats outside so they can have time outside as well. I clean my cats 4 litter boxes twice a day (otherwise there’s issues).

About: I have been taking care of animals for as long as I can remember. I think my first gig I was maybe 13??? (I'll be 40 this year.) I just remember walking into my neighbors house after I fumbled with the key and the cats being happy to see me. I have experience with senior cats and kittens alike, and also dog care from puppy to senior. I can administer oral medication in pill pouches but I don't like the forceful method. I can also help with topical medications as needed. I do have formal training in any of these areas just many years of helping take care of my own and others.
