About: I have always had pets growing up when I was younger and my love for them has grown into my adulthood even more. I have a passion for learning and understanding all different types of animals. My experience in pet care is caring for my own pets and caring for family, friends and I also have volunteered at shelters as well. My husband and I only have one dog. She is a GoldenDoodle/Labradoodle but we get her cut like a standard doodle and she is our world. I love training/exercising with her everyday and she pushes me to be the best that I can be. With our fur baby she gets a long walk in the morning, breakfast and lots of lovings. I do work a full time job in healthcare during the week Monday- Friday 8:00-4:30pm but I’m fully open on weekends. I have a large fenced yard for off-leash, supervised play time and live in a forest with acres of trails for leashed walks. I have one cat at home and aim to board only ONE DOG AT A TIME (or two if they are housemates already). Your pet will stay inside my home which is a peaceful and safe environment, no small children, quiet neighbours and a husband who loves to give free belly rubs! Home 24/7 so am able to be with your pet all day and night which is especially important for little ones who aren't used to being away from home. About: Hello! Thanks for considering me to care for your fur babies! I’m an avid animal lover and always have been! I started when I was 10 years old, my neighbors across the street had a boxer and a bull dog they would have me care for when they went on family vacations. From then on my love for pet sitting had grown. In high school I was involved with FFA & agriculture classes, especially when it came to animal sciences. I competed on a state level veterinary science FFA competition in 2017 at Murray state University, and am registered in animal nutrition. I currently have 2 dogs of my own, moose is a 2 year old Great Pyrenees, and Gracie is a 6 year old Australian shepherd. I also have a 6 year old cat, he’s an indoor only kitty! My pets are my world plus some, they make my world go round. I work from home Tues-Saturday, and my work is very independent. I only have 1 meeting a day around lunch time, with 2 15 minute breaks, and then a 30 minute lunch break. During my breaks i give my dogs potty breaks & fetch time, but im able to give them potty breaks whenever necessary! As I mentioned in my experience, I work from home! Tuesday-Friday I work 10am-6:30pm. I receive 2 paid 15 minute breaks, and a 30 minute lunch break. My work is very independent, and if needed I’m able to step away from my desk for a few minutes. During my 15’s I like to sit out on the porch and soak up some sunshine, while the dogs potty, play, or enjoy the fresh air! On my lunch break, I eat as quick as I can so I can get outside to play fetch with my Australian shepherd Gracie! My Great Pyrenees, moose, is a laid back big ol boy, he goes with the flow all day long. My Aussie gracie on the other hand, is very routine based! We feed gracie before bed time to prevent tummy upsets during the day due to her high energy. I’m very aware of how dogs can be when it comes to feeding, and I tend to feed pets separately to prevent any tiffs. I have a large fenced in yard, and 2 dogs to keep your pup company! Both of my dogs are very friendly, and very well behaved. They’re both crate trained, and we have 2 crates for them. We love toys around here, so we have lots of toys to choose from!
