About: I am just returning to this app. I used to full time dog walk and sit through my community in Hinesville, Georgia and I am now living back in Ohio, where I am originally from. I have been caring for cats and dogs my entire life. I have a lot of experience with senior dogs, especially as my dog has had heart disease, a collapsing trachea, and arthritis for years and requires every day medication and has to eat a special diet and help going up and down stairs. About: When I was about 8 years old my family got our first dog and helped my parents with basic training because it was fun, as a kid, to teach a dog how to shake and roll over. That's when my deep love for dogs began. Growing up I had a female Cocker Spaniel named Emily and a male Beagle named Fortitude. As I got older, I knew I wanted a dog of my own and when I was 20, I got a female lab mix and named her Tayla. She went EVERYWHERE with me and I trained her off leash unless we went on walks. She unfortunately passed in August 2024 due to a tumor. In February 2024, my beautiful dog Lenna crossed the rainbow bridge at the young age of 6, due to kidney disease. Loss is hard, but the memories we had and her heart lives within mine. I currently have a 2 year old female red Doberman named Maisie who is my service dog. Since I got her at 8 weeks old, she was also trained off leash unless on walks. She is a true Doberman being a Velcro dog which has made her become a wonderful service dog. I also have a soon to be 3 year old Belgian Malinois/Dutch Shepard named Reigny. She is high energy and loves to play, but also great during the day time to just hang out and sleep while I work. She is off leash and e-collar trained. She is friendly and loves snuggles, just needs to get to know someone first as she may bark a lot when you first meet her, especially in my home. I work remote full time for a therapy company, therefore I can generally adjust my schedule to be available for morning and afternoon appointments during the weekdays. Weekends I am generally open, especially in the summer months. Daycare can be in your home, I would just need access to Internet to be able to still work during the daytime. Leash manners are important, however I am more than willing to add that into walking/caring for your beloved dog. In home manners are also appreciated with not an excessive amount of barking or jumping, yet again, this is something I would be happy to assist with. Lots of attention, fresh water and meal times being met are important, especially when an outside caretaker comes in while the family is away. Through college I volunteered on a horse farm where I cleaned and helped take care of 10 horses, also worked at a local pet store for 10 years as a floor manager and excelled in animal husbandry. In addition I worked part time as a veterinary assistant. I’m a dedicated, responsible, hardworking Momma of two wanting to share my passion for animals with others. I keep a variety of animals, book me for your reptile/small animal/aviary needs by selecting “cat” and let’s chat about what you need done while your away. About: I’ve had dogs since I was a child. I am always the first person friends and family call to take care of their dog’s because of how much I love animals and they know they can trust me to treat them the same as I would my own dogs. I have two dogs at home one is a Labrador retriever and the other is a Yorkshire terrier. I don’t currently have any other work so I am available throughout the day. I can come take care of your pet/pets during the school day while my 8-year-old son is at school. I've had dogs and cats my entire life. I can’t imagine a life without a pet. Her home is very nice; her dog runs are covered; and she has artificial grass in the runs, which are adjacent to the house so she can observe them. She has two huge yard areas for dogs to run and play. Most of all, she let our dog inside and treated her as part of her family. My dog was not stressed when she stayed there. Sabrina did not use crates, which is extremely important to me. She followed my dog’s feeding instructions and answered any questions that we had.”
