They go above and beyond in attention, care and kindness. I absolutely highly recommend their services!”
“What a great hostess. We knew Elfie was in good hands the moment we dropped her off. Appreciated the images while we were away. Plus, I made a mistake with my booking and Ainura showed me a lot of grace and understanding. Highly recommend.”

“I would recommend Stephanie and family! Stephanie provided day to day updates to keep me informed of Georgia's comfort level. While she has been timid around new people in the past, Georgia adapted well with this family. Thank you!”

“Jessica was absolutely the best pet sitter! She was so sweet and really loves animals! She has the best setup for watching them in her home! She had a nice area for my cat to be separate if he chose to from her pets - but her pets were awesome also! I highly recommend her to everyone! I had been super anxious and worried about leaving my kitty, but my mind was at ease and I could relax on vaca because I knew my kitty was being extremely well taken care of! She also sent daily pics and notes, which was so great! Thank you so much Jessica!”

About: Hi! I’m Heather — a stay-at-home foster mom, runner, dog lover, and experienced foster/service dog handler based in Batavia, Ohio. After years in corporate recruiting, I’m finally leaning into a life that feels a little more like me — being home with our foster son, spending more time with dogs, being outside, going on walks, and building something slower and more meaningful here in Ohio. Dogs have always been a huge part of my life. I’ve helped foster and raise more than 50 dogs over the years, including service dogs in training, and I’m also a certified volunteer through the Clermont County Animal Shelter where I walk dogs, take dogs on day trips, and foster here in Ohio. Before moving here, I also helped watch and walk dogs for friends, family, neighbors, and foster connections in Minnesota. I genuinely love all breeds and personalities and really enjoy getting to know what makes each dog unique. Since I’m home most of the day, dogs here get lots of supervision, outdoor time, enrichment, walks, naps, snuggles, and attention throughout the day. We also have a fully fenced yard and two friendly Labs that love having dog friends around. I know how hard it can be leaving your dog with someone else, so I’m big on communication and love sending lots of photo updates throughout their stay so you know they’re happy, safe, and loved while you’re away. Dogs receive regular potty breaks, supervised outdoor time, meals on their normal schedule, walks, playtime, and plenty of attention throughout the day. Because I’m not away for long workdays, pets spend very little time alone and are part of our family’s daily activities. Safety is my top priority. We have a fully fenced yard and two friendly Labrador Retrievers who are used to having other dogs around. I’ve fostered and raised more than 50 dogs, including service dogs in training, and I’m comfortable managing different personalities, routines, crate schedules, medications, and introductions. Meet & greets are required before all new boarding stays so we can make sure everyone is comfortable and it’s a good fit for both your dog and our home. I want every dog to feel safe, successful, and stress-free during their stay.

“Ryan was wonderful with my two dachshunds. Boarded them during the day while we had workers installing new carpet. Sent pics and videos so I had no worries. They came home tired and happy. Would hire Ryan again.”

About: What's a life without dogs? My fiance and I took this very seriously and life has quite literally gone to the dogs. We have designed everything in our lives to revolve around ours and our clients dogs from our home to my SUV purchased with dog transportation in mind. We live in between the small towns of Bethel, and Felicity Ohio which gives us access to explore the banks of the Ohio River or the trails and creeks of East Fork Lake with our pets and occasionally the pets that stay with us. I'm a former veterinarian technician who quickly understood that after leaving the field I still needed and wanted to work with animals so I created Louvre where I can offer a safe, relaxing, and structured environment for my pet sitting and grooming clients. I've had pets my entire life and have always aspired to have a career involving pets, and while I loved being a technician the hours made me feel as if my own pets weren't getting the attention that they needed. Pet sitting has allowed me to spend time with my pets and my clients pets full time. I have experience with all ages, all breeds, and a wide variety of temperaments, as well as a keen understanding of canine body Language which allows for me to ensure that while your pet stays with us their needs will be met and their well-being prioritized. We have a fenced in yard were dogs can play while being supervised, two small towns which offer safe areas to walk your pets, and a living space that is accommodating to all pets. Here your pets can lounge on their choice of dog beds, couches ( our dogs have their own.), and plenty of toys to choose from in hopes that their boarding stay will be as comfortable for them as if they were staying at home. I'm currently pet sitting full time. My days revolve around my personal and client dogs. We have plenty of time for play time, snuggles, and anything else that they may need. While your pet is staying with us they will be treated as if they are our own. We tailor each pets stay to the pets individual needs to give then the best experience. We know thar boarding can be stressful for you and your pets and we do everything that we can to minimize that stress for everyone. I'll update you during your pets stay with photos, text, and videos so that you can see how your pet is spending their time here. We also provide everything needed for boarding except for your pets food, medications, supplements, and crate ( if applicable.) We find that this makes traveling easier for you and settling in easier for your pet. Of course you're welcome to bring whatever you'd like with your pet for their stay.
“Great sitter! Jobe was very communicative and flexible since we were using Rover to care for our pup while attending a friend’s wedding out of state. It worked out great because while we were able to have fun and relax with friends on a special day, Kouvr was having the time of her life with Jobe and his girlfriend and his other Rover pets! Bonus of her being exhausted and ready for bed after a day and a half trapped in a car/hotel room. 10/10!”

“This will be the third week in a row that my Roxxie will be attending doggy day care with her two new dog friends in Nancy’s home. It’s so amazing that I can go to work and not have to worry at all if my dogs being well cared for. Nancy is the best!”

About: I ONLY TAKE ONE PET AT A TIME SO THEY GET 100% OF MY ATTENTION & LOVE 24/7. I've had critters to love and care for since I can remember - all kinds: dogs, cats, a pony, ducks, chickens, rabbits, birds, guinea pigs and fish. Animals have always been a very important part of my life. I worked for a vet for several years, was on the Board of my local SPCA and have rescued 3 dogs and a cat as part of our family in the past 15 years. Now our empty nest home is pretty quiet but I am always ready to love some more! I started pet sitting for friends and discovered how fulfilling it can be, so I am more than ready to care for your fur baby too. I am at home full time now and have the whole day to tailor to the needs of the critters I care for, so even special needs are not usually a problem. I am an avid photographer and will happily send photo updates regularly. OH, and I go by LOLLY (a nickname since I was a toddler). I have a large fenced yard for off-leash, supervised play time and live in a forest with acres of trails for leashed walks. I have one cat at home and aim to board only ONE DOG AT A TIME (or two if they are housemates already). Your pet will stay inside my home which is a peaceful and safe environment, no small children, quiet neighbours and a husband who loves to give free belly rubs! Home 24/7 so am able to be with your pet all day and night which is especially important for little ones who aren't used to being away from home. We have a large fully fenced and large back yard in a forest-like setting and miles of trails for leash walks. Also a smaller fenced area within the larger fenced yard for late night or early morning relief. Your pet will never be outside without me.
“Jihting was excellent. Met her & family, including Cupcake, beforehand & she was very understanding of our needs, ensured we knew who would be around, that there would be water, playtime, etc. Would recommend & will use again for Ollie's daycare needs.”

My name is Kate Palmer, and I recently graduated from the University of Cincinnati 🎓❤️ I just started on Rover and am looking for pet sitting opportunities because I genuinely love animals and caring for them! 🐶🐱 Although I’m new to Rover, I have years of caregiving experience through nannying for multiple families, which has taught me how to be patient, responsible, attentive, and dependable. Right now, I nanny, but my schedule depends on when the family needs me, so I have a very flexible schedule and lots of availability 😊 I grew up around dogs and lots of cats, so caring for animals has always been a big part of my life 🐾 My parents have a dog that I help care for often, and I also have two cats of my own! Because of this, I’m very familiar with daily pet routines, different personalities, and making animals feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I love being active, going on walks, playing with pets, and making sure they feel happy and well cared for while their owners are away 🦴☀️ I understand trusting someone new with your pets can feel nerve-wracking, especially with a new Rover sitter, but I truly care about providing the best care possible and treating every pet like my own 💛 I’m very detail-oriented, communicative, and reliable, and I would love the opportunity to help care for your pets while also growing my experience on Rover 😊🐾 -Kate💓 I recently graduated from the University of Cincinnati, so I have a very flexible schedule right now alongside babysitting and am currently looking for full-time opportunities. Because of this, I’m available throughout the week for walks, drop-ins, pet sitting, and even last-minute bookings. Caring for animals already fits naturally into my everyday life, I grew up with dogs and cats, help care for my parents’ dog, and have two cats of my own! I genuinely love spending time with animals and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, active, and well cared for while their owners are away 💛 I always want pets to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. In a client’s home, I make sure to follow their pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications if needed, and any special instructions. I know how important consistency is for animals and I always treat both pets and homes with respect and care. Since I have a dog and two cats of my own, I’m very familiar with reading animal behavior, giving pets attention and patience, and making sure they feel calm and cared for. I also keep owners updated with messages and photos so they can feel comfortable knowing their pet is in good hands!
About: I'm an animal lover of 28 years, since the day I was born. I've had animals from all walks of like for my entire life. My first pet was a pirana, my first disabled cat I had at 10 years old, the many of my mom's impulse buys and stray animals my house accumulated growing up, to the first pet I ever bought myself (a snake). I have got animal love and experience through the roof basically. I have dealt with administrating medications with injections as well as orally, and I'm not frightened easily. Walking is a breeze and something I'm sure me and the animals can both look forward to. I currently set my own working hours so I have a flexible schedule. I will happily work with you and my jobs to make sure the stay and check ins are a breeze. If your pet is happy, I'm happy. I love a hike through the woods or cuddling on the couch giving some belly rubs. Man's best friend? More like MY new best friend. I will probably spoil them (sorry lol) and take way too many cute pictures of them to show off.
About: I have over 27 years of experience in caring for my personal pets, as well as over 18 years of experience in the veterinary industry. I currently work in a Veterinary ER as a Clinical Supervisor and have been in Emergency Medicine for 13 years. I am well versed in caring for dogs and cats with a variety of conditions. I am comfortable medicating pets (both oral and injectable), working with special needs and paralyzed pets. I have many years of experience in house sitting and in home pet sitting. I would love to meet your furry friend and ensure they get the care you need while you are at work or have them stay for a sleepover! We have a very large fenced yard and the ability to separate dogs if needed, although our pups are great with other dogs! I do work full time, but I am on overnights and my husband works dayshift so your pup rarely has to be alone! I am used to having "extras" at my house on a regular basis and can make adjustments to make my routine fit their needs! We have a securely fenced yard with a 4.5 foot tall fence lined with vinyl coated chicken wire that has been taken down to the ground. I always ensure that the dogs are comfortable with my personal pups and only allow supervised time together. If necessary I have the ability to completely separate my personal dogs from our furry guests. When not at home I believe in a two barrier rule for my person dogs and our house guests. My personal dogs stay in my bedroom behind a closed door and gate when we are not home. Leaving the option of the kitchen and living room for our furry friends. I also have indoor cameras on when away.
About: I have had every type of pet under the sun. Birds, reptiles, small mammals, fish, cats, and of course dogs. I have vast knowledge of dog body language and psychology, since I trained service dogs for children, either as a volunteer or employee, for 8 years. I have a bachelors degree in Zoology, and have never known life without pets in my home. I also have experience as a zookeeper, working with a huge variety of species, and regularly administering medications. I run a small dog grooming business out of my home as well, have raised several puppies, and have 2 cats of my own! I am currently unemployed, looking for new opportunities, so during the workday when pet owners can't be home to care for their fur balls is my specialty! I ensure every pet has been seen and is healthy and happy with each visit. Requested pet care will be done with the utmost care and respect for each animal, and your home! If I have important questions I will always ask before I make a decision. For dog walking, I used to train dogs for search and rescue, so pulling doesn't intimidate me! I will walk each dog at the pace that is best for them and their energy needs.
About: Hi friends! I enjoy exercising and animals especially dogs, why not just do both? If you or someone you know needs a reliable dog walker, I'd be happy to walk and play with your pets. I'm flexible with times and will commit to making sure your pup will be tired and happy! My schedule is yours, morning, afternoon, or night will always work for me. I'm excited to treat your pup like my own and I hope to meet you and your fur friends soon! I am always exercising and walking, so why not included your furry friend? I would love to be on your schedule and help your dogs loose their energy! I am not offering care at my home since I have two myself. I would always keep an eye on them no matter what and always see what I could do to help them out!
“Avery is great! She was great when our house key was lost. She took our dog for the day and made sure he was taken care of and safe! Will definitely be booking with her in the future. (:”

About: I worked at a boarding pet care store for over 2 years in high school. Where I took care of dogs of all ages and sizes as well as working up front where I gained tons of knowledge about animals. I currently have not much to do since I’m on winter break for college and have no other major responsibilities or vacations. I also can always stay the night if needed. I make sure that any pet feels safe and comfortable with me as well as ensure that they get the proper care and love they need while I’m with them.

“Avery took great care of Teddy when I went out of town and I never had to worried about him as I knew he was in great care. She was very flexible when I had a last minute scheduled change which I really appreciated. Teddy would love to go back anytime we need a sitter! Thank you!”

“Hazbleydy I. & her husband were great! My dog can be very anxious and is usually not fond of new people but she had a great time at their house. Hazbleydy kept me updated with pictures the entire time, and even went out to get supplies for my dog that had ran out of during the stay. I would highly recommend her!”

“Kelti and Tanner always take such good care of Ollie! He has so much fun playing with their cute pups! He is a pretty shy guy and kelti and tanner always seem to break him out of his shell, we love them!”

“Our dog love his stay with Scott and Alycia. They were very accommodating, quick to communicate and sent us lots of pictures. William went on several walks, played tug with their dog and had a great time with them! Would recommend them to anyone!”

“Katie did such a great job watching Reggie while my husband and I were out of town for a few days! We received plenty of updates and could tell he was well taken care of when we picked him up. Will definitely be using Katie again!”

“Tricia watched my 2 cats for a week and a half. She wasn't just a sitter, she LOVED on the kitties and the kitties loved on her and her 2 sweet kids as well! Her home is very clean, nice, very warm and homey feeling. She has all the accommodations needed to watch cats and dogs! She kept me posted with lots of pictures and updates which made it so much easier to relax and not worry while on vacation!”

“Lauren and Wynn are awesome. We have used them quite a few times now and they have been so patient with our always loving, high energy and somewhat mischievous pup!”

“Once again we have struck GOLD! Abbie has a GREAT home environment. My Keazer and Sözé were well taken care of. They enjoyed the ability to be outside and great lengths. We were able to extend when pick up needed to be delayed. We are looking forward to having them return for the next time.”

“Patricia is the best!! Our dog absolutely loves staying with her. She takes him on multiple walks a day and plays with him. He has now stayed with her a couple of times & has had the best experience. Patricia gives us daily updates throughout his stay. Highly recommend!!”

“Want to drop a note of love for Tasha & Joe... my 2 boys have been going to them for almost 4 years now, and I can always rest easy knowing they are in a great home with attentive owners, and other fur friends too. I always appreciate the picture updates they provide too. They're the best!!”

“This was my dogs first stay at Matt and Jill’s home and I can say it will not be our last! They were great and very communicative. Super happy I found a place where I know my dog is safe and happy.”

“Dianna was incredible! Our pups were well looked after and had the best time! She gave daily updates and I was reassured by the photos and updates! Could not have been happier with her service!!!”

“Bill and Haley are more than I could ask for in dog sitters… once after my fight got delayed, they were willing to bring my dog Sadie out to the car at 1 am, so I wouldn’t have to drive back the next morning. They go above and beyond in attention, care and kindness. I absolutely highly recommend their services!”

“Hailey watched my little dogs Maverick, Jax, Willow, and Lulu for 4 days and I think she is WONDERFUL!! Not only did I receive pictures daily but videos as well. I was so impressed by her boarding area it was clean, spacious and very professional. Hailey has a way with dogs and you can tell she enjoys taking care of them very much. When I picked them up they all were clean and had the cutest bandannas on they looked ADORABLE!! I know I will book Hailey in the future and I have already recommended her to several friends!!”

“Bentley loved her stay and getting to play with all her other fur friends! First time my dog has been away, and she did not want to come home! Tammi does a wonderful job of protecting and loving my dog while I’m away! Can’t thank her enough! Highly recommended!”

“I would recommend Stephanie and family! Stephanie provided day to day updates to keep me informed of Georgia's comfort level. While she has been timid around new people in the past, Georgia adapted well with this family. Thank you!”
