Their property us beautiful, with a huge fenced back yard, surrounded by cows and horses. They provided photo updates during our stay, and our pups seemed to genuinely enjoy their vacation from home. About: Taking care of animals is just something I love to do, your animals will be in good hands with me. Taken out, fed and given water anytime they need it. I would love to know some things your animals like so I can make sure they don’t feel lonely while you are gone. The last thing I want is your animal to feel lonely or abandoned while you are out. I can adjust my prices to whatever you need. Need to pay less that’s alright I can work with you on that. Taking care of animals is just something I love. Any animal at all, cats,birds,dogs, bunnies or guinea pigs. Anything at all I would love to take care of them ! About: I been around animals of all kinds my entire life. I've previously worked in a vet clinic and am currently working in the equine industry. Your pup must be good with kids and animals as we have two young boys who absolutely love animals and a miniature Australian Shepherd, who will play well with any dog! There are also two barn cats on the property who keep to themselves for the most part. I will send update pictures daily, so you can be assured that your pup is doing great. We can’t wait to host your furry friend! I am a stay at home mom so I can be extremely flexible with schedule and be available for your pet most of the time and attend to the needs of your specific pet. I will be sure to feed your pet as often as they are used to at home and with the food you provide. I spend lots of time outside with the kids so you can also be assured that your pet will be given plenty of outside time! I am happy to leave pets inside if they prefer that as well. With our Australian Shepherd exercise will also not be a concern as he is very playful but he also will leave animals alone if they don’t want to play!

About: As a dog mom for many years, I know that having a dog sitter you trust is super important. Being away from home can be nerve-wracking for the furrbaby and their parent. I have 7 wonderful years of experience caring for dogs of all sizes (some with past trauma and anxiety). You can trust that your dog will get the love, care, and attention they need! I typically wake up at around 7:30 am take your pupper out to use the fire hydrant, then provide fresh food and water during breakfast time. After working from 9am-3pm I will walk them around Downtown Mount Vernon. After water and treats, I'll usually play fetch, tug-o-war, or run around with them if they're in the mood for playtime. After more relaxation, while I run errands (house chores, etc.), I take your dog out to relieve themselves before the evening routine (playing, working from home, preparing dinner). I take them outside one more time before bed, and that completes a full day in the Rowe House. I care for your pet according to your preferences. Here at the Rowe House, we typically allow pets to nap on the couch and hang out with us while we work at home. I do have a Corgi (Monty) who loves other dogs and have a pretty careful routine with him, so I highly respect any owner that has very strict or more laid-back preferences for their pups. When bathing or clipping your dog's nails, I use positive reinforcement and desensitization techniques. These include distracting them with treats, encouraging/praising them with treats, and peanut butter. I do require the dog to have all vaccines up to date for bathing and nail clipping. Whether or not I can provide these services will also depend on your dog's comfort and anxiety level.

About: Growing up I have always cared for our family pets. Today I have 3 rescue dogs of my own. My pups are apart of my family. I volunteer to transport dogs to a safe homes. About: Over the past 18 months, we lost our 2 beloved dogs. We aren’t ready to commit to adding pets yet as we are so busy with an upcoming graduation and travel plans. So, if your timeline matches ours, we’d love to take care of yours! We are available daily after 3pm, but sometimes noon. Once summer comes, we will have more availability. “Jamie was great with our dog, Jack, and was very accommodating and easy for us to work with. At our meet and greet, Jack got so nervous he pooped on her carpet and she didn't bat an eye. Within seconds she had bags and spray at hand and we went on with the meet and greet like nothing ever happened. Her home is lovely and spacious and it is set up for multiple dogs to feel safe and comfortable. She provides crates, dog beds, couches and laps for any visitor to feel right at home. This was precisely the environment we wanted for Jack versus a sterile cage at a boarding facility. Jamie sent lots of pictures and video throughout Jack's stay and, although it made us miss him even more, it gave us so much peace of mind to see him happy and having fun with other dogs and Jamie's family. He got plenty of exercise walking their property on leash and through lots and lots of play. Thank you, Jamie, for hosting our beloved furbaby! Our minds are at ease knowing we have someone we can rely on in the future for our dog sitting needs.”
About: I’m a stay at home mom with a very flexible schedule and a great space for your fur baby to play! I’ve owned a lot of different dogs breeds my entire life ranging in size from a chihuahua to a golden retriever. I love routine and will follow your dog care needs exactly how they’re used to. They will receive a ton of love, cuddles and play time from me and my three animal loving kids. We have 5 acres of yard space to play and maintained walking trails in the back of our property for daily walks. I will only accept dogs that are potty trained and good with little kids. I’m happy to administer medication, give treats and give you plenty of updates on how they are doing as I know how hard it is to leave your pet with someone else. I am home a lot and have a very flexible schedule. I can give frequent bathroom breaks and follow whatever schedule your dog is used too I have a very large yard to run and play in and have well maintained grass walking trails on my property. Your dog(s) will receive a lot of love and attention.
