I wanted someone here for them whose heart was truly in this job, and her’s really was. She also not only answered all of our questions, she asked some that we weren’t even thinking about (lights, plants) and took detailed notes. While we were gone, Kayla kept our kitties fed, gave one of them his medication, which we expected, but she also took lots of pictures and sent updates about her time with them. “Kayla was awesome! My dogs are very “needy” (lol) and require a lot of time and attention. I needed a day where I could just solely focus on work and getting things done. Also, they hadn’t had a bath or groomed in awhile and their fur was starting to get matted so thought I’d get that done also. I messaged Kayla asking if she was available that week to watch them/bath & brush them. She offered to take them immediately that day! She was very nice when I met her and made me feel comfortable. She took so much care and time with grooming them while also making sure they were comfortable to make sure that she got all the matts out that she actually kept them until 9pm with no extra charge. She also kept me updated every step of the way. My boys came home so soft and clean and I could also tell she tired them out because they both came home and went straight to sleep. She sent me lots of photos of them playing which made me happy to know that they had a great time!”

I have been on rover since the beginning of June 2025 and have had many successful stays with multiple clients and their wonderful pets! I always put the animals needs before my own and make sure the animal is comfortable and content at all times! I am currently a full time student. I go to school in Richmond Indiana. My longest day at school is on Tuesday and I am there for about 6 hours. On Wednesdays I am at school for about 5 hours. On Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays I am at school for about 2 hours. I will devote the majority of my time to your pets aside from having to leave them to go to school for a few hours during the day. When I get back from school, I will make sure your pets are well taken care of and feel loved by playing and getting their energy out or by cuddling if that’s what they prefer:) I will care for your pet in your home with any and all instructions you give me. I will be willing to clean up any messes that are made. I will feed, bathe, and cuddle your pets! I will make sure they have enough water and always take them outside for potty breaks!
About: Ever since I was a child, I was responsible for the care of a variety of animals, and I mean solely responsible. Growing up (and today), I was the one that friends and family came to for pet sitters and care/training advice. I prioritize following pet care instructions to a tee- I do not cut corners on even the most “meticulous” of care instructions. With me, you can trust that your fur babies will receive the highest quality of care and attention because of my intrinsic love for animals. My days vary a lot, but I am often able to make time if you give me a week’s notice. If you need urgent pet care, do not hesitate to reach out. I cannot promise that I will 100% be available, but I will make the time if I have it. Honestly, I prefer to play by the owner’s rules when caring for their pets. Besides that, I refuse to take anything but a gentle approach with the pets. I am very careful to only administer treats/toys as the owner instructs.
