About: Hello there! My name is Abby and I am a 28 year old exotic animal keeper, as well as cats and dogs. I have several different species ranging from large snakes to chameleons. I have been caring for exotic species for the last five years. I also care for dogs and cats. I’ve had 20 years of dog and cat care experience. I ask that you bring their food, bowls, litter, and litter boxes and any other special items they may need. Same goes for any dogs :) I have worked as a foster for shelters in Columbus for three years as well, so I am used to providing 24/7 care for other animals. I work from home full time, so I am able to have a very flexible schedule. If you need your animal cared for in my home, I am able to provide that service. I get off of work in the early evening, which gives me plenty of time to do drop in visits after work. My yard is fenced in, which is great for your doggie kiddos. About: I own and care for a 3 year-old medium goldendoodle. He is energetic and always ready to play with any dog or human around. I have 2 years of dog training experience, including basic obedience training, and basic trick training. I stay at home with my one year old son, so I am available during the week days, and for extended stays/overnight boarding. We would love to care for your dog! So, my time for your pets is very flexible. I am also able to bathe and/or groom your dogs if that is a service you would like. I do all the grooming for my dogs including haircuts, nail clipping, and deshedding. I have two very friendly dogs, but I do have enough space/baby gates to keep my dogs separate from yours if necessary. I have a fully fenced backyard and a very walkable neighborhood. So, your dogs will have plenty of opportunities for exercise. My dogs are kennel trained and sleep with us in bed, but I will respect whatever pet rules you have in your home.

We have chickens/ducks, a snake, cats and dogs currently but have also had rabbits if you’re looking for someone with experience outside the norm. I can administer oral medications if necessary. I stay home with my kids so I’m available most of the day, early mornings and evenings so adding in extra pets is no problem at all. “Emily was very patient and kind with me learning how Rover works and helping me figure it out as traveling plans evolved and changed. I felt safe leaving my dog with her the first time he's ever stayed with someone. I was reassured several times with messages, photos and videos. She was also able to get him to eat even though he was being picky and I trusted her judgement with him. She has a double fenced yard which came in handy as my dog is an escape artist. I recommend Emily as a caring, adaptable, responsible pet sitter who easily handles challenges and gave my dog a loving environment to stay in. “Amber is very good with Asher. He is a bit skittish and she knows how to handle him. Any other time I had taken Asher to be boarded, he came back a little different and less trusting. Not so with Amber. When I bring him home after being with her, he goes quickly back to his old self. I see no new behaviors.. He’s his lovable self and that says a lot for the care she gives him.”
