I can work from home any time I need to which allows for stress free and anxiety free care for boarded furbabies. My work day ends at 2pm at the latest which allows plenty of time for training and play time. I have a large fully fenced in backyard. (6ft privacy fence) I also have large baby gates up to restrict access to the bathrooms and kitchen to maintain a fun and safe environment. I have 3 well established dogs and 1 cat. The cat has its own area where the dogs can’t access it. I have hardwood floors for easy mess cleanup as I know new environments sometimes create bathroom accidents due to separation anxiety at first. I have crates of all sizes if needed. I do allow animas on the furniture which I know some do not like. I can use a crate or dog bed if preferred for bedtime to avoid that so they have consistent care between their home and mine. My neighborhood is extremely low trafficked for safer walks and a dog park nearby.

About: When my husband and I first started talking to each other it was to set up puppy play dates with our dogs and the rest is history! We both have had dogs since we were kids. Our family and friends know that their dogs are always welcome at our house anytime they come over. Our two boys enjoy playing with our dogs and give the best belly rubs around! We are both teachers and work during the week from 7-4. We are available on the weekends. We are off most holidays and during the summer. We have a fully fenced in back yard. We have two friendly dogs. One that is younger and loves to run and play. One that is older and plays for a bit, but then just likes to chill for awhile. Dogs are allowed on furniture and we have dog beds they can lay on. We also have hard wood floors, so the occasional accident is no big deal.

“I was coming to a Dayton Ohio for work and I was bringing my mini golden doodle pup along. I needed someone trustworthy to watch my baby boy, Arlo. I came across Katherine’s profile and immediately had that instinct that she was the one 😊 she was accommodating to my over protective mommy needs and agreed to hop on a zoom call with me beforehand. She was warm, nice and kind. It also helped she has 3 adorable little fur baby girls too. For the 4 days I was here for work she would take care of Arlo for me all day. She was extremely responsive and would send me pictures and videos all day without me even having to ask. She has a nice big fenced in backyard that Arlo loved running around freely in all day. Each evening I would pick him up he was exhausted from having fun playing all day. (His besty was her dog, Vanilla) 😊 I cannot recommend Katherine enough. She made my experience great and worry free. About: I have spent a lifetime caring for my own pets as well as rescuing animals. I think pets are an extremely important part of my livelihood and good mental health so I understand that your pet is an integral part of your family as well. I also understand that I am a guest in your pets home and will treat your home with the utmost respect and privacy. “Wow! Incredible! I hesitate to leave an awesome review because she was so unlike any other sitter and I want her all for my dog. Hatsuki is on another level. I went to do an introductory meet and greet. Her house was immaculate, very clean and organized. Hatsuki had printed (let me say it again, she printed a sheet!) a profile of clutch so she can make notes about his needs. Again this was just a meet and greet, she also made a thumb drive with a tag that had clutch’s name. About: Hello there! My name is Abby and I am a 28 year old exotic animal keeper, as well as cats and dogs. I have several different species ranging from large snakes to chameleons. I have been caring for exotic species for the last five years. I also care for dogs and cats. I’ve had 20 years of dog and cat care experience. I ask that you bring their food, bowls, litter, and litter boxes and any other special items they may need. Same goes for any dogs :) I have worked as a foster for shelters in Columbus for three years as well, so I am used to providing 24/7 care for other animals. I work from home full time, so I am able to have a very flexible schedule. If you need your animal cared for in my home, I am able to provide that service. I get off of work in the early evening, which gives me plenty of time to do drop in visits after work. My yard is fenced in, which is great for your doggie kiddos. I also do not let my cats outdoors, so any cat staying with me will be safe in the home. I have a dedicated room in our home where I house all of my rover guests away from our pets. Small dogs are okay to be boarded in my home, as well as any cats as long as they are litter box trained.

About: I’ve always been exceptionally empathetic towards animals, and I’d like your pets to feel as if they’re on vacation when they’re with me. When I first started rover, an owner saw how well I cared for their dogs, and they became like my second family during college. I still visit after moving away. My family dog is a husky, so I can take on big energetic dogs, and my first dog ever was a Yorkshire terrier with medical problems, so I know how to administer medication if needed (I have a background in the medical field as well). You can have a stress free day knowing your animals are safe and well cared for with me. I will be with your pet the entire stay, so you don’t ever have to worry about them being left alone for long periods of time. I live in a townhouse, so I have two levels, making it larger than your average apartment. I also have a back yard with a lead allowing your dog to run around without being hand held on a leash for every potty break. I also enjoy to walk the dogs around the complex, as they get “new information” and excitement from smelling new experiences around them.

Honest, protective and reliable pet parent who has raised both cats and dogs from babyhood to seniors. I take great care of my pets, with my oldest mixed breed pup living to the age of 26! I love to spoil and baby my pets, my grand-pets and the pets of my friends! I can offer your special fur baby the care you’d be giving when you can’t be there. I’m a home owner, have a safe and clean pet yard and allow allow pups to swim in my pool during their stay (weather permitting). I guarantee that your furkid will return home happy, tired and ready for a good nap! I have expertise in puppy training, behavioral training, elder care (and medicine) and can feed and provide accommodations to your preferences. My home is very pet friendly, with safety gates, and dog beds aplenty! All animals in my home are treated like family and by the end of their visit have made lifelong furfriends! Dogs are fed separately and there is always fresh water available both inside and outside through automatic waterers. All water play (splash pad or doggie pool) is supervised.

About: I have had pets all my life. Cats, dogs, hamsters, and fish. My current cats are 12 years old, and one requires meds daily. I also assist my family members with their dogs. One of the dogs was a rescue from a very abusive situation so she does well with me. I currently work full time, but my schedule varies from week to week. Before I go to work, I take care of one of my family members dog so I can make things work. I have a fenced in back yard. Privacy fence on 2 sides. I have a cat that requires a pill daily so I use pill pockets to give the pill. I feed and let my relatives dog out 5 days a week before work.

About: I’ve taken care of multiple dogs and cats my entire adult life. I currently actively train my dogs at a local Kennel Club and specialize in deaf dog training. I currently own an embroidery shop and work part time. I work my dogs and take care of my kiddos outside of that time. I always enjoy working dogs and helping others. About: Ever since I was a child, I was responsible for the care of a variety of animals, and I mean solely responsible. Growing up (and today), I was the one that friends and family came to for pet sitters and care/training advice. I prioritize following pet care instructions to a tee- I do not cut corners on even the most “meticulous” of care instructions. With me, you can trust that your fur babies will receive the highest quality of care and attention because of my intrinsic love for animals. My days vary a lot, but I am often able to make time if you give me a week’s notice. If you need urgent pet care, do not hesitate to reach out. I cannot promise that I will 100% be available, but I will make the time if I have it. Honestly, I prefer to play by the owner’s rules when caring for their pets. Besides that, I refuse to take anything but a gentle approach with the pets. I am very careful to only administer treats/toys as the owner instructs.

About: I have been raised around dogs and other animals my entire life. I was raised at a young age that pets/animals are your family and deserve to be treated with love and respect just like people. I adore pets and respect them as well. I have two cats of my own that are shown in my profile picture that are like my children. I have taken care of small dogs from the size of a Yorkie to big dogs like the size of a Rottweiler. I am a teacher, and I’m currently on summer break. I have a very open availability and reliable transportation. I am very good with communication as well. I understand the importance in routine and consistency.
