“If you're new to the area and kmhappen to see that Karla is available, you'll probably have the instinct to hire her. Just snag her help while you can! I have two kitties-my babies, of course, and leaving for an entire week wasn't easy. (Another app that is based around cat sitting didn't have a fraction of the sitters, so I was glad to find someone just as happy to cat sit.) I know she's great with them- especially since I was able to see lots of amazing pics of them after every visit. The shy one sat and let her scratch his neck within a couple days, so... yeah if you're a cat person, you know that's legit lol. I know your dogs would be in great hands, too! The litter areas were immaculate and everything was topped off. She even cleaned up the one "stomach incident," which I said not to worry about before leaving! (We discussed all the possible diet quirks and everything else imaginable prior to the trip.) About: Hello, my name is LēRae and I have one dog. Her name is Josie and she is husky shepherd. I grew up with dogs and have always had a furry roommate/coworker at every stage of my life. My family had rescued three pitbulls while I was growing up, so I am familiar with the process of taking in a dog and allowing them to become comfortable with you on their terms- especially in a home they are not familiar with. Since my own dog is a husky, I am most familiar with high-energy dogs. I work from home and we go on walks at least three times daily. While I don’t have a yard, the Miami Bike Trail is right outside my door so theres plenty of opportunities for walks . I use Rover both as a sitter and as a client so I understand the circumstances of ensuring your pup is in quality care. As a client, I prefer pic/video updates at least three times a day and will ensure you receive the same standard. Since I work from home, your pup will always have someone around. Unless there is an event or a quick errand run out— you will always be updated. I live in a one bedroom apartment with dog neighbors on both sides of me so noise is not an issue. My dog is a husky and can be verbal at times and will likely try to talk to your pup.

About: We've had dogs our whole lives and love the joy they bring us. We've been pet sitting on and off for the last 3 years and would love the chance to take care of your family member! Jathan works from home every day and Dani's office is dog-friendly and we have some flexibility between the two of us to both do work from home days. If your pup absolutely has to have someone there at all times or has medication needs, we can also rearrange schedules to have both of us work from home, or bring them along to the office! We have a patio dog door, allowing dogs to spend time inside if they wish or to let themselves outside to sunbathe, chase squirrels or burn off any energy if home alone. Our home has a large, fully fenced backyard that everyone always has access to. In the summer we try to spend a lot of time back there relaxing, chasing bubbles and throwing the ball. We do have a hairless cat who typically stays in my sister's bedroom under the blankets. We make sure she has her safe space by not allowing even our dogs free access to her room and when we have new doggie friends, we typically put up an extra gate in the hall just to make sure everyone has their space.
About: I have been helping care for dogs since I was 10. I grew up with Dalmatians, dachshunds, black labs and Dobermans. To say I love dogs is an understatement. Our dachshund (16) recently passed away and my daughters and him were best friends! I am not ready to have a dog back in the house full time but have realized, after dog sitting for a friends and family’s dogs, this would be a great way to help care for others pets. My husband and I work from home so letting the dog out is no problem for us. While we do not have a fenced in yard, we do have a lead to let them out on and take frequent walks. I work from home, so I am available during the day to give your doggie attention, take your dog for a walk, feed and of course give your doggie a lot of love. I know very well what it's like to be away from your beloved doggie and how much you miss them when they're not by your side. That's why I assure you of frequent, daily updates on your doggie so you can have peace of mind knowing how they are and what they're doing each day. Being home all day allows me to guarantee that your doggie will always be accompanied and well cared for. They will be able to go outside to pee frequently, will have their meals on time, and will get their daily walk if they enjoy physical activity. I always keep a close eye on the dogs I'm caring for and always take them outside on a leash. If your dog takes any oral medication or vitamins, please feel free to bring them so I can administer them. Just send me the instructions in writing before the day you drop them off. If your dog has any favorite toys, treats, or long-lasting chews that they're used to having, it would be great if you brought them so they feel even happier. My priority is that your doggie feels comfortable and happy, and they will receive plenty of belly rubs and love.

About: My husband Jeff and I have 2 dogs and no kids. Our dogs are our kids! Our dogs are about 2 years old and get along well with other dogs. Both of us grew up with dogs and have had dogs that are both young and senior. We give our dogs lots of time and attention. We are responsible pet owners and believe in keeping them healthy, loved, safe, and part of our pack! I am retired and my husband works part-time so one of us is almost always home to care for your pet(s). If we are gone for a few hours, our dogs are caged in the house. Usually, it is if we go out for dinner or the store, so it's for short periods. If your dog does not do caging, that's ok as long as they are good! We have a large fenced yard. Our 6 foot privacy fence also has wire mesh at the bottom of the fence to make sure dogs are safe and can't get out (or other animals get in). Our dogs are about 3 years old and get along well with other dogs. They love to play and are free to move in the house and the yard, and they get regular walks. Dogs are allowed on furniture. We would love to be your pet sitter while you are away, and you can be confident your doggie will be happy, safe and loved!
