Remy is very shy at first and has set boundaries when it comes to new people, but when he is out of his shell he loves to run and play and she waited until he was ready, we love that! She watched him very closely to make sure he was eating, drinking water, and using his litter box and send updates and picture through it al! We have anxiety when it comes to Remy because he is so shy and scared but Joy made everything so seamless and stress free we had no issues! She played with him, took time out of her day to sit with him and make sure he felt all the love she could give! Due to Remy being so shy and scared we did ask that remy would be separated from Joy’s cat and she was more than willing to do that! About: I’ve lived with a cat for a few years and have cat sat for my friend’s kittens/cats in the past! I absolutely love all of the furry friends and believe each animal deserves their dedicated time and attention! I have my dog Timber, she is a rescue and was quite reactive when I first got her, so I have lots of experience with calming anxious animals and taking things at their pace!! I will always ensure to take each animal’s temperament and routine into account while caring for them. I believe our pets are our children and I will treat yours like my own! I have cared for friends and family’s dogs and cats both in drop in style and dog sitting over night. I am comfortable giving oral and subcutaneous medication injections to animals (I had to do this for one of my old pups and my family’s horse). I am a registered nurse and work 3 days a week on day shift, so I will have 4 days off a week to help with walks or drop ins. Depending on how far you are from work I could consider a drop in after my shift ends around 7:30pm. About: Growing up I was always around dogs and had a dog of my own that I took care of. I loved taking him on walks, little trips, and even out to a lake. I’m coming home from college and have all the time to hang out with your fury friends! I’m available week days and able to come on weekends if needed. I have a fenced yard that allows a bunch of room for running around and having fun. I am also able to put the dogs on a leash or in a crate if needed.
About: I'm am looking to walk, and/or drop in and visit your dog and/or cat. I have had pets the majority of my life and have a good temperment to take care of animals of all shapes and sizes. I am currently in an apartment in a very family friendly neighborhood with lots of outdoor walking paths and close to several dog parks. I have a flexible job that allows me to stop in and check on pets at regular intervals during the day. About: I have been taking care of dogs since was 12! I used to check dogs in the neighborhood! I’ve even stayed at a house for two weeks taking care of two dogs one extremely geriatric. I am good with giving medication to dogs, getting them a daily walk, making sure they have frequent potty breaks, and a whole lot of belly rubs!! Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I already care for my own dog every day. I’m used to walks, feeding schedules, playtime, and giving pets lots of attention and affection. I enjoy spending time with animals and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. In my home or a client’s home, I follow all care instructions closely, including feeding, potty breaks, medication, exercise, and routines. I always prioritize safety, cleanliness, and creating a calm, trustworthy environment where pets can feel relaxed and cared for.
