“John and Shannon were wonderful with our dog Oslo. You can tell this family really loves dogs. We got sweet updates throughout our trip. Oslo was happy to see us at the end but we think he would have been happy to stay with his new family - ha! I was particularly struck by their flexibility and resourcefulness when our flight was canceled coming home from our trip. They were gracious, flexible and communicative.”
