“This was Stitch's first time staying somewhere that was not my home or my parents. He seemed to have a great time. Heather was great giving updates and sending photos while we were on vacation. They also accommodated as Stitch is an 8 year old boxer that does not like to be bothered by puppies or extremely energetic dogs. They ensured us he would be the only dog staying there. As soon as we walked in the kiddos stayed seated and waited for Stitch to go say hi to them and were very well behaved. Even with extreme anxiety both the dog and owner Heather helped us to get through our first trip away from one another.”

My family recently lost the last of our 3 dogs (our 15 year old Puggle), so I am equipped for even the old guys & gals too! I know boarding places can be scary and stressful for a lot of dogs, and my goal is to provide a reliable, safe, peaceful, fun, and loving environment while you are away. PLEASE READ :) Due to the fact that I have 2 small children, I cannot under any circumstances accept: -Dogs that have never been around children -Dogs that have any specific aggression (towards food, toys, other dogs, etc.) -Pit Bulls/Rottweilers. I realize this is controversial and maybe even unfair, and If I didn’t have small children this would not be an issue, but my kids come first and I have to be selective to protect them. Being that we are caring for dogs we have never met, I cannot take the risk for breeds that could possibly do extensively harmful damage to them in a worst case scenario situation. Again, I love all dogs/breeds and realize these breeds are normally the sweetest dogs, I am just mitigating any and all risk as a protective Mama. I am currently a stay-at-home Mom! I am home every day with the occasional runs to drop my son off at preschool, or attend my own appointments that come up/occasional errands. Although I am home most of the day, I cannot accept dogs that have separation anxiety, as I do have weekly errands/school drop offs/grocery pickups etc. that take me away from the home for a small amount of time. I live in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. I have a partially fenced in yard, but I would not be taking any dogs out without a leash. My back yard is hidden away from the main street and is great for taking dogs out. Rest assured they will have lots of potty breaks and sniffing outside breaks. We are pretty chill here! Once the weather warms up, walks are definitely in the daily schedule if wanted/needed... or just some sunbathing outside for the dogs who love a nap in the sunshine.

About: Im am the proud owner of two fur babies. My oldest cat is 11 years old, I've had him since he was 4 months old. I believe he chose me. I adopted him when i was going through a personal lost and he brought me so much joy. My second fur baby was adopted at 2 months old when her mom abandoned her, as she assumed she would never make it in the world but my sweet girl is now 4 years old and thriving. I stand out from other pet sitters because not only have a had cats for years but with my family & I have had fish, turtles, doves, parakeets, dogs( Great Dane, Terrier, chihuahua), and a Guinea pig. I believe it gives me a variety of experience above a-lot of others. My pets have been in my family for their entire lives and I believe pets are truly apart of the family and should be adored as such! I am awoken daily by my two lovely cats. I start my day by opening the blinds and curtains so my babies can sun bathe. Then i head to the bathroom the clean their litter box. Next comes their feedings. My cats are what you can considered spoiled lol. they have a filtered water fountain, and two different food bowls EACH (one for dry food and one for wet). My day begins and ends with checking on them. I don't not have a fenced in yard because I live in an apartment, but we have designated restroom areas for pets. So, I will need a harness/leash to take them out. I allow my pets on my furniture so your pets would be allowed on my furniture as well.

My two teenagers also help out with the animals and have lots of experience with cats and dogs. I have previously had rats, hamsters, hedgehogs, frogs and fish. I have some experience with snakes and birds. I work full time during the week 7am-4:30. I am available to board and take care of your fur baby on the weekends. About: I have had dogs my entire life. Over the past 15 years I've become quite fond of special needs and rescue pups. I have 3 awesome dogs and a cat that have chosen us to be there family. I know how terrifying it can be to leave your fur babies with a sitter but I can promise they will be happy and comfortable with me. About: Im am the proud owner of two fur babies. My oldest cat is 11 years old, I've had him since he was 4 months old. I believe he chose me. I adopted him when i was going through a personal lost and he brought me so much joy. My second fur baby was adopted at 2 months old when her mom abandoned her, as she assumed she would never make it in the world but my sweet girl is now 4 years old and thriving. I stand out from other pet sitters because not only have a had cats for years but with my family & I have had fish, turtles, doves, parakeets, dogs( Great Dane, Terrier, chihuahua), and a Guinea pig. I believe it gives me a variety of experience above a-lot of others. My pets have been in my family for their entire lives and I believe pets are truly apart of the family and should be adored as such! I am awoken daily by my two lovely cats. I start my day by opening the blinds and curtains so my babies can sun bathe. Then i head to the bathroom the clean their litter box. Next comes their feedings. My cats are what you can considered spoiled lol. they have a filtered water fountain, and two different food bowls EACH (one for dry food and one for wet). My day begins and ends with checking on them. I don't not have a fenced in yard because I live in an apartment, but we have designated restroom areas for pets. So, I will need a harness/leash to take them out. I allow my pets on my furniture so your pets would be allowed on my furniture as well.

“This was Stitch's first time staying somewhere that was not my home or my parents. He seemed to have a great time. Heather was great giving updates and sending photos while we were on vacation. They also accommodated as Stitch is an 8 year old boxer that does not like to be bothered by puppies or extremely energetic dogs. They ensured us he would be the only dog staying there. As soon as we walked in the kiddos stayed seated and waited for Stitch to go say hi to them and were very well behaved. Even with extreme anxiety both the dog and owner Heather helped us to get through our first trip away from one another.”

About: I’ve had a passion for caring for animals since I was a child. I have 25+ years experience ranging from dog walking to in-home boarding. I have two dogs of my own. I am also well-experienced with senior dogs and bring a very calm demeanor. I am currently taking a break from corporate life and have flexible availability! About: Since I work from home, I'm able to provide plenty of companionship, attention, supervision, and flexibility throughout the day. Your dog won't be left alone for long periods and will have someone nearby to provide care, playtime, and plenty of affection.
