“Summer was an absolutely wonderful sitter for Tycho and Kepler! They stayed with her for 5 days and 4 nights, and we felt completely at ease the entire time. She sent multiple photos each day and kept us updated, which we really appreciated. It was clear from the start that Summer took the time to read our dogs’ Rover profiles. She came prepared with thoughtful questions at drop-off and even reached out when Kepler started chewing on a deer antler, just to double-check with us. That level of attentiveness meant a lot. Tycho and Kepler got tons of playtime with her own pets, including her dog Morty and her cats, and they clearly had a great time. As an added bonus, her son was incredibly sweet with our dogs and spent time cuddling with them, which made their stay even more special. About: Hi! My name is Lexie 👋🏻 What sets me apart from other sitters is my lifelong experience and genuine love for animals of all kinds. About: I’ve been obsessed with dogs as long as I could remember. My college graduation gift to myself was my princess, Effie a cane corso. Now that she’s gone, I have to send my love somewhere else! Giant breeds have always been my love, but my 4lb yorkie holds place in my heart too. I worked at doggy daycare previously and volunteered at the APL for about a year. If I could save all the dogs I would. It’s what I’m doing this side gig for, to buy a house with property so I can rescue another dog. I’ve housesat and dogsat for all my friends and family since I was 16. No furbaby goes unloved just because you need to leave the house. This is what I’m great at. I work remotely from my laptop so I can go wherever you need me as long as wifi can be provided. Then I can love your pet all day long while answering emails. If you want me to board your pup that works too. Meet & greets include dog-to-dog introductions and supervised play in our backyard. Owners can observe from our office overlooking the yard, which helps keep the dogs relaxed—especially our human-selective pup. I have experience walking my own 120lb mastiff. She has pretty good leash manners however when that stray cat comes by, rest assured I can hold her back. Therefore you know I can handle most dogs. I also have worked with many different kind of crates so if a dog needs to be put back when I leave your home I am able to do that. I also am very good at following instructions if any medicine is needed to be given. Following pet parent instructions was pertinent when I worked with the doggy daycare as some pets stayed over while parents were out of town.

I walk in the morning or after work regardless and would love for your pet to join! About: I was four years old when I began training our family dog. I was home alone for a few hours and crafted a special bond with our purebred Rottweiler named Zeus. Sometimes I get along better with animals than people, probably because my family has always bred dogs and treated them as part of the family. My parents helped me train our multiple dogs as the years went by and the most important lesson I learned was patience and consistency. I will treat your pet as a member of my family! I have a park a block away from my apartment and I love finding creative ways to entertain and teach animals. I can't wait to be a part time parent to your animal! I am very flexible so please don't hesitate to tell me your needs, even if they seem strange! I exercise my pets everyday and ensure they are training consistently. I currently have a flexible schedule so we can work on your needs and scheduling. My home is puppy proof, along with a gate I use to separate the upstairs from downstairs so my cat can have some peace and quiet lol
