There was constant communication throughout his stay, with updates that made me feel confident he was in great hands. He was truly treated like part of their family, not just a dog they were watching. “My husband and so were so pleased with all Austin did for our Little Lewey. He is our first dog. Lewey is a puppy and almost 5 months old and we went out of town for three days. Needless to say, I was a bit nervous. Lewey liked Austin the second he saw him for the Meet and Greet. Lewey had an amazing time with Austin’s two beautiful dogs. Austin sent us videos and pictures that kept us updated, and it was so appreciated as it helped to calm me and know Lewey was in good hands. He was so happy and active and able to play and run around in a gated backyard that was full of toys! We will continue to contact Austin in the future for daycare and boarding. I would highly recommend his services. I could tell immediately that he is an animal enthusiast. It was as if Lewey lit up the moment he saw him. Thank you, Austin, for all you did for Lewey. “Aspen was so great. I was nervous about using rover and leaving my dog with a stranger, but Aspen was amazing. She was very friendly and welcoming when I dropped my dog off; she told me that she would be to take Effie on a few walks throughout the day and that she might even take her up to the lake. She sent me daily pictures and updates about the walks she would take with my dog and just overall how my dog was doing. It was nice to get the updates/pictures while I was gone for the week and put me more at ease with leaving her. There was a portion of Effie’s stay that another dog was going to be there and Aspen was very accommodating and wanted to make sure it was ok with me that there was another dog there (it was), but she even offered to go to my home on those days to let Effie out if it was not. I would definitely recommend Aspen and would use her again in the future :)”
“Great stay for my senior dog. Christine paid attention to my senior dog and recognized when she needed to spend time alone. My dog is an only pet and I didnt know how she would do with other pets and christine made sure she had time alone to chew her bone in peace even though I didnt even know to ask her for that. Overall, great stay and I'm sure we'll be booking with christine again for our next trip.”
