These experiences alone have strengthened my understanding of dogs with many personalities and needs, allowing me to provide compassionate, attentive, and reliable care for every pet I get to meet. :) I work in the emergency department, so my schedule varies, but my partner and I live together so generally when I am not home he is there, and vice versa. When I’m not at work, I will spend all my time with your pet, taking them on walks, to dog parks, to get pup cups, etc, whatever you as the owner allow or prefer! I have a fenced in yard at my home, so dogs can be off leash to exercise, use the potty, and play time. About: I’ve been pet sitting cats for neighbors since I was a kid and still do it off and on now. Cats aren’t dogs, and I get that. My approach is pretty laid back, I just let them get used to me being around until they’re comfortable coming to me on their own terms. I think cats are so smart and so cool, and I love getting to play with them once they warm up. Happy to handle feeding, litter box care, whatever they need, on their schedule. I have a family member that has severe allergies to cats or else I would have one of my own!

About: Growing up we always had a family dog. We had Schnauzers (twice), a Cocker Spanial, a Wire Fox Terrier and a Springer Spaniel. My favorite was probably the Springer, as she loved to play fetch for hours. While I don't have professional (getting paid) experience, I do occasionally dog sit for a neighbor, in fact doing so for a week this coming March (2020). Looking forward to getting one of my one some day. Newly retired, I didn't want to have a dog while working full time and didn't want to leave the dog alone all day. About: I have been pet sitting and dog walking since before I can remember. My family members were all allergic to animals so I was never able to have my own to love and care for. Pet sitting and dog walking was a way to get my animal “fix” without causing any allergic reactions in our household! I also ride horses and have owned and cared for many horses over the past ten years. Currently, I am taking a break from owning a horse but still get to ride occasionally! When I dropped off our dog there was an introduction to the other pets in her home so our pup could get acclimated. About: My genuine passion for animals and my lifelong dream about having my own dogs finally came true when I welcomed my own pups into my family. I have firsthand experience with the daily care, attention and patience that pets need to thrive. My genuine passion for animals and my lifelong dream about having my own dogs finally came true when I welcomed my own pups into my family. Beyond caring for my own dogs, I volunteer with a local animal shelter for a “Dogs Day Out” program where I take shelter dogs on outside to provide socialization, exercise and enrichment. These experiences alone have strengthened my understanding of dogs with many personalities and needs, allowing me to provide compassionate, attentive, and reliable care for every pet I get to meet. :) I work in the emergency department, so my schedule varies, but my partner and I live together so generally when I am not home he is there, and vice versa. When I’m not at work, I will spend all my time with your pet, taking them on walks, to dog parks, to get pup cups, etc, whatever you as the owner allow or prefer! I have a fenced in yard at my home, so dogs can be off leash to exercise, use the potty, and play time. During their stay in my home, they are welcome to be free roaming, not in crates, unless owners would prefer crates.

About: I have a variety of pet experience. Most notably with dogs, I have fostered over 13 dogs in the last several years through Kane's Mission. I am sure to give your dog personalized attention and love and care they deserve! We live in a great walkable community in Shaker Heights. We are happy to take your dog on walks and visits to the park, so they can have a nice vacation too! I can currently adapt to most pet care schedules. I have a flexible schedule from home, and I am here to offer a seamless transition. I have fenced in yard with room to romp around, and I am located in a great walking community with a park nearby. I can also come to you reliably to let your dog out and given home play, social, and exercise time.
About: I've been surrounded by dogs my whole life, and can't imagine my life without them. I recently adopted a puppy and have gone through all of the stages of puppy training! I am a young professional who works from home most of the week. My dog and I enjoy long daily walks and hikes on the weekends! While I work from home a majority of the time, if I have to leave I keep my dog in my bedroom where he can enjoy sleeping in AC. Sometimes with multiple dogs, I find it best to utilize crates if they are trained.

“AMAZING!!! First of all even before how amazing these two are - they are right he the airport. About them: I knew my pups were so happy the entire time they were there. I received so many great pictures and little stories about their day. These two were so enthusiastic about loving my dogs and letting me know. Sarah even works from home some days so you know your pups are happy 24/7. My dogs just got home and they are completely passed out so I know they were active and happy. I highly recommend Brendan and Sarah.”
