I've had critters to love and care for since I can remember - all kinds: dogs, cats, a pony, ducks, chickens, rabbits, birds, guinea pigs and fish. Animals have always been a very important part of my life. I worked for a vet for several years, was on the Board of my local SPCA and have rescued 3 dogs and a cat as part of our family in the past 15 years. Now our empty nest home is pretty quiet but I am always ready to love some more! I started pet sitting for friends and discovered how fulfilling it can be, so I am more than ready to care for your fur baby too. I am at home full time now and have the whole day to tailor to the needs of the critters I care for, so even special needs are not usually a problem. I am an avid photographer and will happily send photo updates regularly. OH, and I go by LOLLY (a nickname since I was a toddler). I have a large fenced yard for off-leash, supervised play time and live in a forest with acres of trails for leashed walks. I have one cat at home and aim to board only ONE DOG AT A TIME (or two if they are housemates already). Your pet will stay inside my home which is a peaceful and safe environment, no small children, quiet neighbours and a husband who loves to give free belly rubs! Home 24/7 so am able to be with your pet all day and night which is especially important for little ones who aren't used to being away from home. About: What's a life without dogs? My fiance and I took this very seriously and life has quite literally gone to the dogs. About: Hello, I graduated from Grant Career Center’s veterinary science program in 2024 where I learned all about animal handling along with grooming and dog training. I personally love the older pups as I have a 18 year old Jack Russel myself. Im currently working part time at a doggy boarding facility but the hours just aren’t keeping me afloat. About: Hi! I’m Heather — a stay-at-home foster mom, runner, dog lover, and experienced foster/service dog handler based in Batavia, Ohio. After years in corporate recruiting, I’m finally leaning into a life that feels a little more like me — being home with our foster son, spending more time with dogs, being outside, going on walks, and building something slower and more meaningful here in Ohio.
