“Kirsten and Nicolas were great! They sent pics during the whole stay and were very communicative. They also have a fenced in back yard that they let the dogs run around in. They updated us when the pups appetites were low, which I really appreciated. Both of our dogs tend to be anxious without us because they aren’t used to used to being alone, so it was also a big plus that they work from home. In the past we have had to send our pups to kennels because we don’t have friends or family near by who can watch them. They would be locked in a kennel all day and we would literally have to pay extra for belly rubs or time out of the kennel. I usually feel uneasy the whole trip but not this time. I could tell they were well taken care of and treated like one of their own. Thank you so much Kirsten and Nicolas!”

Your pup must be good with kids and animals as we have two young boys who absolutely love animals and a miniature Australian Shepherd, who will play well with any dog! There are also two barn cats on the property who keep to themselves for the most part. I will send update pictures daily, so you can be assured that your pup is doing great. We can’t wait to host your furry friend! I am a stay at home mom so I can be extremely flexible with schedule and be available for your pet most of the time and attend to the needs of your specific pet. I spend lots of time outside with the kids so you can also be assured that your pet will be given plenty of outside time! I am happy to leave pets inside if they prefer that as well. I grew up with dogs my whole life and did a lot of house sitting/dog sitting throughout high school. I absolutely love playing, walking, and spending time with animals. I am currently going to school to become a veterinary technician because of my passion for animals! I am able to stay overnight, head over during early morning hours, and spend the night overnight! I work in Powell OH about 40 hours a week, 8 hour shifts on average. I love to take dogs on walks, play with cats and dogs alike, and cuddle with both of them, should they permit me to! I'm currently off of work for the summer as I teach full time during the school year. I am working on taking time for myself, exercising, and walking dogs. I take care of my pets by either crating them or leaving them in a bedroom when I am out and about. I have a crate for them to use.
About: I grew up with both cats and dogs as well as living with both in my adult years. I do also have experience pet/house sitting in the past. I currently do not have a pet at the moment as my cat passed about a year ago. I am looking forward to be able to meet and get to play with cats and dogs! I do work full-time during the week but am available on the weekends for house-sitting, drop-in visits, or dog walking. I will open up availability for walking or drop-in visits during the evenings throughout the week. I will be able to watch your pets in your home as well as do drop-in visits in your home. This will include doing walks or playing.
About: I grew up within a household with a variety of animals. At one point we had five dogs, a cat, a bunny, a guinea pig, three hamsters, 5 birds, a bearded dragon, and a gecko. I learned at a very early age how to tend to animals (clean, feed, play, walk, potty breaks, etc) I enjoy helping others and especially caring for animals. They simply bring me joy. I have open availability (other than dates marked off calendar) and am flexible to try and accommodate your schedule as best as possible in order to make things easy for you and your pet. My male husband and I own a house with a fenced in backward and a neighborhood to walk in. Since I have open availability, I have time to tend to the animals without any distractions from other tasks.
About: I have prior experience walking dogs and I have had cats in my home for the majority of my life. I have also volunteered at animal shelters to help take care of the cats and dogs there. Pet care fits into my weekly routine well since I now have much more time available to dedicate to it. I am available most days of the week with normal hours (9 AM - 5 PM just as a ballpark) unless something comes up. I will care for the pets in their owner's home or in mine the same way they would if not better. If there is something specific that the pet needs, I will take care of it.
“Stephanie really came through for us in super short notice. I have two pit bull type breeds and I booked her the night before we left with no way for her to be introduced. She came over and was really good at introducing herself and was not intimidated at all. Because of that my Pooh got two walks a day while we were gone on vacation. Thanks Stephanie!”
About: My whole life there was an animal in my household. So ever since I was 5 years old I would help out. It started off as just feeding the dogs but as I got older I gained more and more experience. Taking the dogs on a walk, letting them outside, simple grooming, administering medicine, etc. Dogs and animals alike have a special place in my heart. They truly are man’s best friend. Even if it isn’t my personal animal it is my goal to give your furry friend the same care and affection that they deserve. I’m currently a college student in my sophomore year. I miss my dogs now that I’m not home, so I truly do give other people dogs as if they are my own. My schedule is mostly open in the evenings and I’m more than willing to work things out, even outside of hours that are listed in my profile. I would want to get to know you and your dog before I come into both of your guys domain. I would follow directions however you desire and most importantly treat them as my own fur baby.
About: Hello! Today I have had around 16 years of pet experience, it started when I was 5 and got my first puppy a dachshund, I have had a love for pets ever since. About: I have had dogs in my life since I was a little kid, so very comfortable with pets! I am a nurse currently at OSU so wanting to give back to some dogs near me! Very big on animal rights as well :) With my normal week schedule being different almost every week it can be hard to find certain days! However, every week I’m open 4 days with my nursing schedule! I am more than open to do different things if needed, but really looking at walking, feeding, letting them outside, playing, and just entertaining in general! Not really looking to ever stay overnight anywhere though!

About: I have trained and bred German Shepherds for over 20 years. I have titled 5 different dogs in the sport of Schutzhund. I have worked in a very busy veterinarian office and took care of multiple boarders there. I have also boarded dogs for friends and family. I have a wide range of availability. There are morning and evening pick up and drop off times. Dogs will be boarded at our home, where someone will always be onsite. I have indoor/outdoor kennels where the dog can go in or out at their leisure. Dogs will be walked on a leash 3 times a day. If needed your dog can be crated if preferred. I live on 7 acres so plenty of room to exercise your pet.
