About: I have had dogs my whole life. I currently own a 7 year old shepherd lab mix and a rescue Yorkie mix (age unknown but at least 5 years old). I grew up with dogs and have experience with many breeds and many mixed breeds. I have experience with oral medications and special needs as well. I live on a small hobby farm and own a horse, 2 mischevious goats, a couple kitties and some chickens along with my 2 rescue dogs. About: Growing up I have always cared for our family pets. Today I have 3 rescue dogs of my own. My pups are apart of my family. I volunteer to transport dogs to a safe homes. Animals of any type depend on their humans to care for them. When their humans can’t be there for some reason they still need that special care and attention. My last dog unfortunately had to have her leg amputated when she got older, so I also have experience with disabled dogs. I left notes about his usual day at home and she was happy to accommodate those things so he was a happy and comfortable guy. Murphy was just another family member at Rene’s house that week and I would be at ease leaving him again. She has a great set up for the dogs to enjoy the outside. When I was at their house dropping him off and picking him up, I could tell this was an animal loving family because they were all there smiling and willing to help the “move in” and adjustment of Murphy being away from home. 😊”
“Shannan took incredible care of our dog, Bodie, while we were out of town for 2 weeks. It was clear he was so loved and well taken care of while we were gone. I’m sure he felt like he was on vacation too! She sent daily updates with photos and made sure Bodie was comfortable and getting to do his favorite things! He loved his time spent with Shannan!”

She has a lovely home with a nice fenced backyard for your pup. Her fur baby Roxy is such a sweetheart and immediately was friendly with my 100 pound dog.
