I tried traditional boarding facilities however they were not a good fit. There were too many loud noises and he always came home stressed and nervous. Mary provided a wonderful environment. Not only was he able to quickly adapt and feel comfortable, but he seemed to thrived there. He was running in the yard with her dog Elle. Which he has not done since we moved months ago. About: I have been working with dogs since my mid-teens, from fostering to training and just about everything in between. I have experience with dogs of all ages and sizes, as well as mobility, hearing, and visual imparments. I specialize in hyper, anxious, and reactive dogs. I always have an extra slip leash and break stick (a tool used to help safely open a dog's mouth in the event of a bite) on me in case of emergencies. About: We’ve grown up with dogs in our homes and have owned dogs for nearly 10 years now. We provide for all of their care, and have experienced that care from puppyhood through late adulthood. We have experience housebreaking, crate training, behavioral training, and trick/skills training. Our oldest dog, Chloe, has also experienced double CCL surgeries, so we also have experience with rehabilitation, medication issuance, and emotional support during healing. We’ve dog sat for multiple of our friends dogs who have special feeding schedules and needs that we've been able to maintain while they are with us. Given our experience, we are comfortable and confident to provide your dog with a safe and caring environment, where their needs can be met and they can have fun while you're away, playing with our dogs both in our home and in our fenced in back yard. We both work full time from home and care for our two dogs throughout the day, so your dogs will have non-stop supervision, socialization, and 2 other dogs to keep them company for their entire stay. We have two dogs currently that we have had for 9 and 3 years, that get along great with other dogs with experiences in other Rover's homes, time at The Wag (Dog Park & Bar near Grandview), having spent time at Doggy Daycares, and countless playdates with our friends' dogs through the years. Over the years, I’ve gained plenty of hands on experience with feeding, walks, playtime, keeping them company, and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I especially enjoy spending time with small dogs and love getting to know each dog’s unique personality. I understand how important it is to feel comfortable leaving your pet in someone else’s care, and I’ll treat your dog with the same patience, attention, and affection I would give my own. Pet care will be my full-time focus, so I’ll have plenty of time and flexibility to give each dog the attention and care they deserve. I’ll be available throughout the day for walks, feedings, potty breaks, bathing/cleaning, playtime, and companionship. My priority is making sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for. I’ll follow their normal routines while giving them plenty of attention and affection throughout the day. I’ll take the time to learn each dogs personality, preferences, and routines and I’ll always approach them with patience and kindness so they feel comfortable and loved while in my care. I typically only care for one dog at a time for overnight stays so I can give them my full attention and make sure they get the individualized care they need. If siblings are coming from the same family, I’m happy to care for them together. I want every pet to feel happy, relaxed, and well cared for while their owners are away. 🫶🏼

I always have an extra slip leash and break stick (a tool used to help safely open a dog's mouth in the event of a bite) on me in case of emergencies. About: I love dogs! I’ve always loved them. When i got my first dog at 8 I was terrified. I would scream and jump on the toilet. She wasn’t even the size of my backpack lol. As the years went on I grew not only a pet but a sister! She was there for me even when i didn’t think i needed her. I want to give your pet the same love I gave to her! About: I have had puppies and dogs in my life for the last 32 years. My life would not be complete without them. Currently I have a treeing walker coon hound who is full of energy. My lab just recently passed away. She was almost 13 years old. Being able to help people out by making sure their dogs or cats are loved and exercised would be so rewarding for me. I work full time at the moment but I am looking to do this full time so that I can go to dental assisting school. My experience with pets have been primarily dog walking for clients, feeding, pet/home maintenance I’m currently making myself entirely open to this experience into pet care as to making this my career. I tried traditional boarding facilities however they were not a good fit. There were too many loud noises and he always came home stressed and nervous. Mary provided a wonderful environment.
