About: Cats have always been a huge part of my life, and I’ve grown up caring for them since I was young. My first cat, Hunter Patches, meant the world to me and taught me how important patience, love, and attention are when caring for animals. After losing him last year, I opened my home to two new cats, Loki and Marie, who have brought so much joy into my life. About: **Im sorry but I will not accept a next day booking if I have never met your dog previously, it's for safety's sake!** I've taken care of dogs of all shapes and sizes since I was a little kid. All the dogs growing up were considered "my dogs" by everyone else in the house. I currently have two well behaved dogs, a husky who enthusiastically learned to do basic tricks and a special needs staffie that is a certified couch potato. If your baby has a medication regimen, I can make sure it gets followed. We can be as lazy or active as your baby needs me to be. I also have extensive experience with cats and some experience with ball pythons. My human kids are adults now, so I spend most of my waking time doting over my fur babies; I could consider yours a part of my pack if you'd like! If your dog is an adventurer we can walk for hours. If your pup is spayed/neutered, vaccinated and well socialized (or needs a little nudge and isnt aggressive or reactive) I'd be happy to take them to a dog park with or without my pup Luna. Does your dog have a special diet? Bon appetit, I'll be sure to get them their right food at the right time! Senior dogs need love too, I'll be patient and we can take a nice and easy stroll or take a little car ride! Speaking of, I have room in my subaru for any transportation your pup may ever need (including a doggy seatbelt). Overall, I'm flexible and want to help you and your pup have a happy life! I am currently employed but my schedule is very inconsistent at this time so reach out for availability checks and I can work with you! I'm very flexible in my scheduling. Right now I do not have the capacity for boarding or keeping any dogs besides my own at my current residence. Here we have a large yard with room for our pups to run and their recall work has been going well. Dogs can be on the furniture minus the kitchen table! We also have a large basement with room to run there too. In your home, I follow your rules and will respect your privacy. About: No dog deserves the kennel! Why settle for the pound when they can spend a night in a home with an owner-on-loan; either in your house on in a house that has raised two other pets from puppyhood to old age? Admittedly, there are stairs and hardwood floors in my house, but I have bought several carpets for my old dog to move around on and can lay them down for your dog’s convenience. We also have a big backyard that your dog will love to run around in (and no predators, unless you count woodchucks and geese) and a long leash that can go all the way to the end of the property line. I love dogs and after a day with me, your furry friend will mistake me for his mother. I’m most busy Wednesdays-Thursdays, so I marked them out on the calendar, but if petsitting is required for several days, that is easy to accommodate! I also don’t mind waking up every few hours to take a dog out—I have not quite reached the age where sleep is important. I won’t allow your dog to roam around outside unleashed (sorry, but I don’t want to lose them!), but when they’re outside, I’ll make sure they have the freedom to run around to their heart’s content. Additionally, I’m willing to walk them in any weather they’ll put up with and even let them sleep on the couch/spare bed, if they’re not too dirty.

I had my golden retriever Jake, for 15 years, and I currently have a cat named Lulu who is 9 years old. I have previous experience in working with both cats and dogs who have required care. This included checking in on them as well as feeding, walking and playing with them. I really love animals and love that every pet has their own unique personality. I know that animals always bring a smile to my face, and it is my goal that I can return the favor and make them happy as well. I would love to have the opportunity to care for your fur baby!

“Joan and Duncan quickly agreed to do a meet and greet at their home before Carmella's (my 11 yr old pitbull) first time staying with them, with maybe less than a week before I needed them, so that was very kind. When leaving Enoch I was afraid it would be a problem because she has a dog at home & my dog is not friendly wiyh other dogs but to my surprise they became great friends. I picked him up he jumped at me of joy but I noticed he also jumped at her which I took as a sign of love from him towards her as well.
